Le Clos du Verger, beläget i Levernois, 2 km från BEAUNE (listad som världsarv av Unesco), designades som en HAVEN OF PEACE.

På övervåningen ligger två mycket rymliga och extremt bekväma sovrum, tack vare närvaron av king size-sängar, 2 m breda vid sovområdet. Varje rum har en platt-TV, eget badrum och ett exklusivt badrum med fantastisk utsikt över trädgården. På bottenvåningen finns det ett modernt och perfekt utrustat kök samt ett stort vardagsrum med TV. Den industriella stilen och modern utrustning smälter perfekt med de ädla materialen och husets autentiska karaktär. Genom sina exponerade träbjälkar, sin gamla tegelugn och stenmurarna har platsen faktiskt behållit sin gamla charm. De naturliga färgerna och dekorationens nykthet skapar en elegant och avkopplande atmosfär.

Dessutom var det så att Clos du Verger ansågs vara en fristad. Det stora vardagsrummet, öppet mot trädgården, sätter ton. Vid öppningen försvinner det glidande bildfönstret i väggarna och erbjuder en magnifik levande bukolisk bild. Trädgården är en inbjudan att drömma. Det har denna "je ne sais quoi" som inte kan förklaras, vilket gör det särskilt gynnsamt för avkoppling. Installerat i trädgårdsmöbler eller liggande på solstolar, i skuggan av fruktträd, är det dags att låta dina ögon vandra och vandra i sinnet: någon Koï-karp strövar i poolen, en anka inbjuder sig att vada , några fåglar klipper en haklapp från gren till gren medan två charmiga hörn kommer att hälsa dig. Odette och Madeleine, maskotgrytorna, om de är på humör, ger dig två färska ägg varje morgon.

Om du vill riva dig bort från kontemplativa läckerheter finns cyklar tillgängliga, golfbanan ligger bara ett stenkast bort, och det är också restaurangerna i Levernois, inklusive en stjärna. Med bil kan du nå Beaune på 5 minuter, din privata parkeringsplats väntar dig när du återvänder.

Beautiful Levernois Home

We spent a wonderful week exploring the area around Levernois with this lovely home as our restful retreat. The property is beyond peaceful and the house is perfect for relaxing, reading, cooking and sleeping! A family of 3, we fit perfectly. The owners were so helpful, offering many restaurant recommendations as well as suggestions of activities - many of which we did and made such great memories. The location was perfect, everything was a short drive away. We miss it already and look forward to visiting again.

Perfect Burgundy Retreat

This is a lovely, peaceful house just outside Beaune. Bridgette, the owner, is welcoming, full of good advice about sights and restaurants, and very responsive. The house is comfortable, nicely furnished, with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We recommend it highly and be happy to return.

Very Comfortable Home

We very much enjoyed our stay in this home in Levernois, located just 5 minutes outside of Beaune, where we had wonderful dinners every night. The home is quiet, clean, comfortable, spacious and has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Brigitte, the owner, is gracious, kind and accommodating. I recommend!

A trip to Beaune

What a super time we had. Communications with Brigitte before we arrived were great, prompt and helpful and the property was absolutely as described. Kitchen was well equipped, linen was superb and overall condition and fit out of the property was to an exceptional standard. Simply wonderful.

Beautiful and Relaxing Property in Beaune

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Brigette is a very helpful and responsive host, and the house offered everything we needed and more (we loved cooking in the kitchen and relaxing in the peaceful yard). The layout is perfect for couples or those traveling with kids (separate bedrooms and bathrooms on the second floor), the location is wonderful (a 5-minute car ride to Beaune and a 20-minute train ride to Dijon), and the backyard is a perfect location for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. I cannot recommend this property highly enough or Brigitte as the host. We would love to plan a return trip and this home is at the very top of our list!

Quiet, comfortable, safe, with a lovely host

What a wonderful place just south of Beaune. We spent a happy six days there. Brigitte was so kind and helpful. The house is well- equipped and behind a gate that opens easily with remote control. The chickens were unobtrusive, and added to the charm of the experience. We had a rental car and found it very easy to come and go to all the places we visited in Burgundy. We also enjoyed two meals at the swanky Hostellere just down the street.

Blissfull in Burgundy

Far and away the most beautiful vacation cottage I have ever seen. A classic French country cottage which has been completely renovated with the most modern and tasteful accoutrements, while respecting the fabric of the original structure. Everything one could possibly need or want for a self-catered vacation has been thoughtfully supplied. Bicycles for exploring the locality are of high quality. The lovely garden and orchard, with its resident hens and the beautiful pond with its school of koi complete this incredibly attractive and comfortable home away from home.

Mr et Mme Marshall et leur belle fille ont été absolument charmants, respectueux de l'environnement et d'une éducation sans faille. Ce sont pour moi les clients idéaux et l'on aurait envie qu'ils séjournent plus longtemps pour pouvoir créer des liens encore plus sympathiques. Personnes très attachantes. C'était parfait.

Perfect in every way

My husband, my brother-in-law, sister-in-law and I spent four wonderful days here exploring Beaune and Bourgogne. The home is perfectly located - seemingly out in the countryside but a 5-minute drive (really!) to the center of Beaune. However, the town of Levernois is an upscale resort community and there are several very nice restaurants within walking distance of the home, so if you don't want to drive after a long day of touring there is no need to. The house itself is spectacular - I am forever spoiled for another rental property after staying here. The decor is perfect (thanks to the owners and their daughter, who is a talented designer) with comfortable beds and pillows, all new baths and a well-fitted kitchen, and a living room made for lounging. The colors are lovely and the paintings throughout (by the owner, Brigitte!) pay homage to the chickens who charmingly roam the expansive back yard. The huge, shaded lawn and koi pond with soothing waterfall made evenings spent in the garden extremely pleasurable. One final thing - Brigitte took VERY good care of us - she came by every evening to see to our comfort and her husband brought breakfast (croissants and a daily baguette) in the morning. We even had a couple of eggs one day from Jo and Jeanette, the resident poulets. Truly, I didn't want to leave. Un séjour incroyable. On va revenir dès que possible. Merci mille fois Madame Sidorski d'avoir partager votre belle maison avec nous.

La maison est magnifique, bien située près de Beaune et donnant facilement accès aux châteaux et vignoble de Bourgogne! Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques! Nous avons passé du bon temps! La maison aurait besoin d’un bon ménage pour que nous donnions un 5 étoiles. Il y avait des toiles d’araignées, les charpies dans le sèche linge, des traces de doigts autour des interrupteurs… un bon ménage et ce serait splendide!

Superbe séjour!

Brigitte est une hôte très attentionnée. Le gite est vraiment bien positionné pour rayonner dans la belle région vinicole de Bourgogne, à quelques minutes de voiture de Beaune. La maison est bien équipée, les chambres et salles de bain sont spacieuses et pratiques. Nous avons même mangé des oeufs frais à tous les jours!!

Séjour merveilleux

Brigitte et Patrick nous donne accès à un endroit de privilège! Merveilleusement situé tout près de Beaune, le Clos du Verger se trouve dans une petite enclave de calme et de nature bien appréciés. La maison a été rénovée de façon magnifique en alliant modernité et histoire. Lits très confortables, salles de bain impeccables, cuisine très bien équipée, jardin agréable et poules amicales! Bref, malgré une météo plutôt capricieuse et froide, ce fut un séjour mémorable et chaleureux! Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation!!

Lovely French country cottage

We immensely enjoyed our stay at this lovely and charming home. The location was perfect for exploring Beaune and the wine regions around Beaune. The place was clean, full of charming french country furniture and the kitchen well equipped, modern and with the basics supplied. The 2 full ensuite bathrooms and extra toilet on the main floor was perfect for 2 couples or friends travelling together. Having laundry mid trip was fantastic. We were blessed with eggs from the chickens every day. We even managed to snag a reservation at the Michelin starred restaurant next door. Our hostess Bridgette was warm and welcoming. We would not hesitate to return to stay in the future.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Brigitte's property. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the living room was very comfortable. Brigitte was a great host and very attentive to our needs. We were only a five minute drive to Beaune. If we ever return to Burgundy Brigitte will be the first person we contact.

We really enjoyed Brigitte’s property. The home is incredibly comfortable, and just beautifully appointed. We enjoyed the bikes, very comfortable beds, the chickens and the fish, as well as Brigitte’s responsiveness to any requests!

Best Homestay to Date

Brigitte’s guest house is one of the best stays we’ve experienced. The home is located in a beautiful and queer village, close to Beaune. The property is beautifully decorated and maintained, and includes every amenity you might need. The beds are comfortable and have high quality linens. The private garden is gorgeous. A plus, is watching the chickens and collecting eggs. Brigitte is extremely kind and generous. We look forward to the opportunity to return.

Beautiful cottage outside of Beaune

This home was absolutely beautiful, inside and out. The house was clean and cozy. The backyard was spacious and relaxing. We loved visiting the chickens every morning. Bridgette was the most polite and helpful hostess. Next time we visit Beaune we will definitely stay here again.
