Njut av en 3 sovrum hem i Waikoloa Beach Resort till ett bra pris. Detta hem ligger på en av de större delarna vid Ainamalu och erbjuder en öppen utsikt med både Mauna Kea och Mauna Loa bergen i bakgrunden.

Det rymliga stora rummet erbjuder gott om utrymme för familjer. Vardagsrummet har två soffor mot en väggmonterad storskärms-LCD-TV med utökad kabel och en DVD-spelare. Angränsande är kök och matplats. Matsalen plats 6. Köket är välfyllt och har rostfria vitvaror och granitbänkskivor. Strax utanför köket finns tvättstuga med handfat och full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Både matsal och vardagsrum öppnar upp till lanai. Här hittar du en matplats för 6 samt en lounge med soffa och två stolar. Det finns en fin storlek pool med jacuzzi för din njutning. Strax utanför Lanai är ett stort gräsutrymme för din njutning. Du kan också njuta av att laga en lokal fisk eller biff på propangrillen.

Strax utanför vardagsrummet finns två sovrum. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng med säng sidobord mot en väggmonterad LCD-TV med förlängd kabel. Stora glasdörrar ligger precis utanför sovrummet som öppnar upp till lanai och erbjuder en fin utsikt. Befälhavaren bad har dubbla fåfängligheter med en duschkabin. Strax utanför duschen är ett tropiskt utrymme med en utomhusdusch. Gäst sovrummet har två extra långa enkelsängar som kan konverteras till en kung på begäran med två nattstativ. De möter en fin byrå med en väggmonterad tv med DVD-spelare och förlängd kabel.

Tillträde till hemmet har en trevlig tropisk trädgård och utanför ingången hittar du ett separat fristående sovrum. Detta rum är mycket rymligt och har en king size-säng mot en väggmonterad tv med DVD-spelare och förlängd kabel. Det har ett trevligt utrymme för att slappna av med en soffa och slutbord. Det finns ett litet kylskåp med en handfat för din användning också. Det finns stora glasdörrar som ser över palmer. Utanför dörrarna är en väg till poolområdet för enkel åtkomst till och från poolen. Det finns också en full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare i detta rum. Det bifogade badrummet har dubbla fåfängligheter med en duschkabin.

Great location!

This house is on a great corner lot in a perfect location with ease to hopping on the highway, kings / queens shops, and area beaches. Check in was super easy and the rental agency called the next day to make sure all was well. The property does need various maintenance, and I gave that feedback to the rental agency directly. Kids loved the pool and we have no major complaints!

Wonderful accommodations, superior service, exceptional cleanliness all created a memorable vacation. From the helpful check in, Elizabeth, Chris, Jessica to Nathan the pool maintenance tech who provided excellent dining suggestions. This was a lovely experience.

Great Stay in Waikoloa

1. Check in was easy and property was clean, well maintained, and very well stocked. 2. Outdoor gear: There were beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella, and soft food cooler. Pool toys and balls 3. Pool and hot tub were great, good temperature, and easy to maintain. 4. Kitchen was as well stocked as any home we've stayed in, great bbq. 5. Rooms were spacious and perfect for our stay with 2 kids and 4 adults. 6. Pictures might not do the property justice. We would stay again.

Simply amazing for family!

Our family of 6 (me, husband, 3yo, 1yo, my mother and aunt) simply loved our stay at 42. The amenities were lovely - kitchen is well stocked (they heard the previous reviews loud and clear — lots of wine glass options!) and the overall home is well appointed for a family. The outdoor living made our vacation so special - days poolside, afternoons running around the yard and nights under the lanai. With plenty of space to spread out, we easily made this place home for our 11 days and loved every minute of it. Washer and dryer were must haves for our small kids, as well as the bathtub. My husband tells everyone he never once showered inside (he lives for that private outdoor shower). So many pool and sand toys also. We got great use of the beach chairs and boogie boards. Simply amazing. Thank you for hosting our family!

Comfortable stay

This house was fantastic for my family! This house accommodated myself, my husband, my two young kids and my parents. The open main living area was perfect for us to cook and eat meals, watch TV or relax in the backyard by the pool. The neighborhood is very quiet, we might've seen 2-3 cars drive through during our entire stay. Everything was fairly new. The house: The bed in the main bedroom was super comfortable, I had some of my best nights of sleep. One of the bedrooms has a separate entrance, which worked well for my parents to have some separation. The two non main bedrooms have frosted glass doors that face the courtyard. Luckily my kids are hard sleepers but it could be bothersome to some in the morning as the sun rises. The kitchen was well appointed overall, but was missing wine glasses as another reviewer mentioned previously. The fridge and pantry had some basic items left from previous guests, which was a bonus. We were also able to take advantage of the beach items that were in the garage: beach chairs, mats and umbrellas. The pool: We used the pool and hot tub everyday of our stay. It was nice to get the salt off after a day spent on the beach. The house had noodles, pool toys and other floaties for use. The deep side of the pool is about 6 feet deep and the shallow end was just enough for my five year old to stand. There were a few nights that were super windy, it might be because of the particular location of the house. But it didn't stop us from enjoying the pool and hot tub. Location: The location is on a very quiet side of the island, close to the best beaches. You'd have to drive a bit if you want to go to the more "wet" parts of the island as we did when we went to see a few waterfalls and gardens. There are restaurants and shops in Waikoloa Village but they're pretty standard tourist shops. The best part of of the Kings Shops was the shave ice at Original Big Island Shave Ice Company, we went several times. Being nitpicky because I'm a clean freak... There was a huge hairball left in the drain of the main bathroom shower. The shower doors in two bathrooms had major water stains that were obviously not cleaned previous to our stay. Lastly, the property managers communicated with us throughout our stay and were very friendly and accommodating. I'd stay again!

Exceeded our expectations!

Thank you for sharing the wonderful home. It exceeded our expectations even though the pictures accurately depicted the amenities. The kitchen was well stocked, the washers and dryers were a plus, the beach chairs and boogie boards were a nice surprise and the beds were so comfortable! We will be back! Mahalo!!!

Amazing in Ainamalu

This place was absolutely perfect for our family’s trip back to the big island. It is located close enough to the islands best beaches and shops. We are already planning our trip back! A hui hou!

Excellent family location

This house was great! It was very family friendly and easy to baby-proof from a busy crawler. The kitchen was well stocked and due to difficulty making dinner reservations we cooked and grilled every night. Only downside it was so windy every evening we couldn’t eat on the patio and we switched up the kids rooms when we arrived because our 8 year old wasn’t comfortable being outside the main house separated by two exterior doors.

Great accommodations

House had plenty of room for two couples and a 14th year old. Pool and spa were excellent; had controls to heat spa when needed. Fairly new house; good amenities. could use wine glasses, chair in bedroom. Needs better and thorough cleaning. Would recommend. Property manager checked in with us.

Perfect !

This home is in a great location with incredible views of 3 of the volcanos. Very nice kitchen with JennAir appliances. Even sharp knives! Pool area is lovely. Comfy bed. Definitely would come back with family.

Wonderful house

Very nice house which is accurately reflected in the photographs. Large and private and very new. .Communication with the management company was excellent. Note that one of the bedrooms/bathrooms is a bit of an 'annex' where you have to go outside across a small private courtyard to access; this was fine for our 11-year-old and would be great for adults but may be a consideration for families with small kids. The hot-tub was not working when we arrived but the management company was very responsive and made appropriate accommodations. Would stay here again for sure.

This place was all we could ask for from beach and pool equipment to culinary needs (many condiments). New, clean and energy efficient home. Quiet and private location.
