Våra rymliga 3 våningar hem, "Dream Weaver", är idealisk för grupper om 14-18 gäster (en luftmadrass kan ställas till förfogande på begäran för en extra gäst eller 2) med 6 sovrum, 4 fulla bad. Ligger strax utanför Spring Street kommer plats och parkering inte att vara ett problem här!

Detta är en sammansatt förteckning över två separat åtkomliga lägenheter. Dream Weaver-sviterna har tillgång till sina egna ingångar och utgångar och har öppna planlösningar som rymmer både matsal och vardagsrum, vilket gör det perfekt för grupper som vill spendera tid tillsammans eller njuta av en måltid. Matbord med 6 platser och vardagsrum med höga välvda tak. Fullt utrustade kök med grundläggande matlagning / köksredskap finns också i varje svit. Svit A t��cker 1: a och 2: a våningen medan Suite B täcker 2: e och 3: e våningen. I Svit A finns ett 1: a våningen sovrum med en king size-säng och ett badrum utanför korridoren. Vardagsrum och kök ligger på denna första våningen. Två gästrum ligger på andra våningen med tre queen size-sängar och ett badrum att dela. I svit B finns två sovrum på tredje våningen båda med king size-sängar. Kök och Vardagsrum finns också på denna tredje våningen. En tredje gäst sovrummet ligger på 2: a våningen i Suite B. Svit B erbjuder tillgång till en privat takterrass med fantastisk utsikt över solnedgången medan Suite A har full användning av främre och bakre verandor.

Great house for large groups

The house is ideal for large groups—complete with two full kitchens/dining rooms and 4 bathrooms. Either dining room/living room was large enough for our group of 6 to gather. Would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing time at this house - it is so spacious and perfect for a large group. Walkable to King Street and everything downtown Charleston has to offer.

Disappointed

Due to the historical ice storm, we had asked to rebook this property for another weekend. StayDuvet refused . When we got there , within a few hours the pipes had frozen and there was no running water for 2.5 days in one of the units . This is what we were trying to avoid . They couldn’t get someone out there in that time period to fix it . As you can imagine , it’s not great to show up to a property when half of it was unusable for more than half of the trip. When someone finally did get out to the property , he was helpful. Communication with managers was delayed (we couldn’t even speak to someone with decision making power for 48 hours) and terrible even prior to arriving to the destination . The property has some pluses. Spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds, and lots to walk around to . Good parking spots behind the house . There are a lot of stairs so if you have an issue with someone using stairs , be aware. Overall, we were disappointed with the service .

Girl's 50th Trip

We had a girl's trip for a friend's 50th. The VRBO was clean and comfortable. The location was well-suited to amazing restaurants and convenient grocery store across the street. It was nice to have basic sugar, filters for coffee and cookie sheets. We didn't realize that the rental was split into two separate units when we rented the all our bedrooms. We used the luggage service to hold and deliver are luggage so we could stay late, that was helpful. The only concern was the dilapidated building next door to us that we could not figure out if it was vacant or if there were actual people occupying it. We saw lights from time to time, but it was out of place neighbor.

Great location

Great location walking distance to king street but far enough away for a peaceful quiet stay. Close enough to bars and cute coffee shops, best of both worlds. Management was very fast with responses and accommodations. Overall loved our stay!

Great Spot for large Bachelorette Groups

This property was in the perfect location and easily accommodated 14 girls for a bachelorette getaway. The property managers were great to work with were always very responsive through text messaging. Would highly recommend.
