This is a great holiday apartment, on the ground floor, also suitable for families. It is though perhaps not the place to spend a lot of time in-doors, as there are only two compact armchairs and no sofa in the open-plan living/dining/kitchen room The children room is though very spacious, space to play for kids, and has two single beds. There is space to park a car within the property boundary. The booking is managed by an estate agent in the neighboring town. This was fine, as my partner is French, otherwise be prepared to read and sign French online documents. Keys are handed out in person at the agency, after signing documents, no key-boxes at the property like in many other places. The owners of the apartment live in the same house next door, and they are lovely and were very welcoming to us. They even invited us to an informal neighbourhood dinner on one night. There is a further rented apartment above, but no issues or noise from that. In terms of location it's about 12-15 minutes to the centre of Le Pouldu and the Plage des Grands Sables, or in the other direction 12 minutes walk to the Port de Plaisance de Pouldu Laïta, where there is a small ferry across to Guidel where you can also find a small supermarket. We walked most days, only took the car for beaches further away and to get to larger supermarkets in nearby towns for shopping. There are plenty of cafes/restaurants in Le Pouldu, but only a very small convenience shop for basic shopping.
