Vår lyxiga villa vid stranden i Trocones, Mexiko erbjuder dig, din familj eller din grupp en underbar utopi att återskapa och koppla av. La Nueva erbjuder 3 master sviter. Det finns en king size, master svit på övre plan med ett badrum. Också på den övre nivån finns ett kontor / studie som kan omvandlas till ett annat drottningsrum för två; Observera att det inte finns ett särskilt badrum för studien när det används som ett extra drottningssovrum. Den lägre nivån har två king size, master sviter med fulla bad för att inkludera utomhus regndusch. Dessutom finns det 2 halva badrum på fastigheten. Gourmetköket är fullt utrustat för att förbereda dina måltider tillsammans med en utomhusgrill och en bar vid poolen för din underhållning. Grunderna inkluderar också en infinity-pool, tropisk trädgård och lusthus, samt att vara på stranden om du vill sätta tårna i sanden.

Great place in great location

Second time there. Beach location and proximity to town is fantastic. Pool is great. Need to update all of the appliances: the fridge, freezer, bbq, stove, dishwasher, wine fridge and sink all have issues and either need updating or needto be replaced.Outdoor plastic furniture by the beachis cracked or broken

We had an absolute wonderful time in this paradise. We were back in Troncones after 13 years and it was our first time staying in beautiful Casa Despacito which is perfectly located on the Troncones beach. We really hope to be able to come back another time. Another review had mentioned issues with the appliances which can be an ongoing challenge in the climate and we had some issues so I would recommend the owner to perhaps invest in some new ones. But it did not ruin the pleasure of staying in this gorgeous place. We would be back in a heartbeat. The Property Manager Tina was very responsive as well.

Loved staying at La Nueva for a week in February. The house was large, clean and nicely appointed. The staff at the house were great. This is a gorgeous property.

Beautiful house, amazing landscaping, amazing beaches. Seemed like May was the best time to go we had perfect weather warm and sunny. Went to sleep each night with the sound of the waves. Town was very safe and secure. Great maid service and if you get the chance to have Marlene cook for you - do it the food was great. This seems like more of the real Mexico. Small restaurants with terrific food. Saw the release of the baby turtles, great waves. Just extremely relaxing. We can’t wait to go back.

It´s a new high quality construction beach front with all the amenities you can think of! My congrats to the owner and arquitect, they´ve created an extremely confortable house, every area has perfect space, for cooking, pool, talk or just chill out. By far THE BEST house I´ve stayed. Very accommodating and well appointed

We watched whales every day from the serene pool/lounge area. Troncones is our home away from home and this was our 18th visit and first stay at La Nueva. Everyone from the owner to property manager to house staff are very accommodating and interested in making your stay exactly what you want. La Nueva has gorgeous finishes throughout the home with every detail considered. You’ll never want to leave the master bedroom as it’s a perfect place to enjoy the view morning to night; the deck off the master makes for an excellent reading nook to have some time alone. If you enjoy music, La Nueva has the best speaker set up we’ve ever encountered. No need to bring your Bluetooth as you’ll have a speaker in every room and excellent speakers by the pool. We danced, played cards, relaxed, swam, and had the best views during meals at La Nueva. Oh, and the electric garage door is a rare find in Troncones!

Spectacular! Magical from the moment we arrived!

We walked though the courtyard into this stunning home and we knew we had fallen into the lap of luxury. Just past the warm infinity pool, this home sits on an expansive sandy beach, which we basically had all to ourselves! It was perfect for surfing, swimming, boogie boarding and just playing in the sand with the kids. the house was spotless and the beds super comfy. It is very obvious how much this owner cares about his guests. There is so much attention to detail and the house is well supplied with everything you need to have the best vacation ever. He even supplies bikes so you can ride into the town of Troncones, where we felt very safe and welcome. All of our meals were excellent. Admittedly, I was a little leery of traveling to Mexico. Not anymore! I cannot wait to go back. I'm dreaming of being back there-relaxing in the hammock with a good book, overlooking the infinity pool while the sun sets-oh and a margarita! Heaven!!!

Our stay at La Nueva was the best!!!

We loved this house!! The location is perfect - right on a beautiful beach and close to town. La Nueva is so creatively designed; it has so many fun and beautiful touches, from the fine woodwork, to the exquisite furnishings, to the outdoor deck and infinity pool. We loved sitting in the pool, sipping Margaritas and watching the spectacular sunsets. There was nothing we lacked; the staff, Marlen and Juan, were so sweet and helpful, taking care of our every need. We can't wait to go back. 5 stars!!!

Oceanfront Troncones Luxury Home

Amazing oceanview open air home with cook/housekeepers. Stunning decor and art throughout. Infinity pool overlooks beach and crashing waves. Surfing, snorkeling, walking, turtles, shells, bocce & sunsets. Troncones is charming with very good restaurants and welcoming locals. Perfect family escape. Wish I was there now!

Absolutely outstanding

The property is very beautiful, spacious, and completely furnished with every amenity needed for a relaxing vacation on beach. The staff is very helpful took care of all our needs. One of the highlights, was watching the sky turn hundreds of shades of red, yellow, blue and gold at sunset. The house is only a short walk to several good restaurants. I highly recommend the La Nueva and the staff will ensure you have a great holiday.

Paradise!

Amazing beach front property! The location is perfect, right between the Main part of town and the Surf Point to the North. You can walk to many restaurants or choose to BBQ by the Pool! The house and surroundings are incredible! Its the perfect place to relax with a quiet beach so close that feels like your own private island paradise! The Infinite Pool is incredible and provides the most amazing Ocean sunsets I have ever seen!!! Highly recommend it!

Little Slice Of Heaven!!!

Gorgeous house with an amazing location. Right on the water with an unobstructed view. Walking distance from the town center and restaurants. Relax all day by the pool, take a horse ride down the beach or surf right out the back door! House has everything you need. The outdoor showers are the best!!! The staff is lovely and everyone in our party had a great time! Honestly can't wait to go back and will most definitely be booking at Casa Despacito again!!!
