I highly recommend booking with kai for a stay at the Grand Rockies, check in and out was super easy, room was immaculate, communication was very easy. The view from my room was amazing, surrounded by mountains. I highly recommend 10/10

Everything was pretty much as expected and described. Sent two messages to the host that went unanswered, so that could have been better. Recommend providing a small cooler for guests to use since many are spending days traveling and hiking. Couldn't get the safe to work, nor could we find remotes to change the channels on either cable box. We weren't there much but wanted to wind down in the evening and couldn't find any live TV channels. Didn't affect my rating and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Loved the location and walkability to everything! Underground parking was welcomed, as parking elsewhere is limited.

Location and view are great. We were allowed to check in early. But the place was very dirty. The sheet you would cover with they tucked it in tight as if you would sleep on it. We untucked it to have a top sheet and discovered the fitted sheet to be badly stained. We called and we were told where the key was for the linen closet to get different sheets. First one had a long hair on it. We washed the sheets to have clean sheets. Floor was sticky, bottom of shower curtain is stained. The owner did refund our cleaning fee.

This was a great place to stay. It was unseasonably warm when we were there and the AC wasn't turned on, which made sleeping a little difficult. Other than that, this was a great property.

We found the room to be exactly as advertised. The room was clean, and all the amenities were as stated. The king sized bed was very comfortable, and the views were amazing from the balcony.Access to the recreation area was simple, and the pool and hot tub were maintained daily.Access to the reserved indoor parking space was problem free.Kai our host, was very easy to get in touch with and responded very promptly and professionally.

Lovely place

I stayed with my parents and my 11 year old son, it was a lovely place the view was stunning and the beds were super comfortable. It was accessible for everything.It was a easy check in and check outWe liked that it had underground parking.We would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family

Convenient location

Clean and comfortable. Everything needed was there and served our stay very well. Check in and out was very easy and communicated in advance. Walking distance to grocery store and quick hop on and off the highway.

Great Place to Stay

This is truly one of the best experiences we have had with VRBO. Kai did everything in her control to make our stay as close to perfect as possible. If you are not booking your stay in Canmore at this location then you are missing out!
