Sonia, we apologize for any frustration that you have experienced. We see that in March 2020, we provided our cancellation policy when you wanted to cancel your reservation. In April 2020, you reservation dates were changed from April 2020 to December 2021, less than a week before your stay. In June 2020, you wanted to move your reservation to September. The requested dates were not available due to the owner's booking. You decided to move your reservation to November 2021. We have tried to be as accommodating as possible. We hope you enjoyed the layout and decor of this five-bed, five-bath house in WaterSound. Thank you for choosing Real Joy.
