Duck Key Darling är en 2 bed 2 bath Townhouse Villa i Hawks Cay som över ser vackra Tom's Harbor! Denna enhet har underbar utsikt över vattnet från både de främsta bostadsutrymmena nere och sovrummet på övervåningen. På övervåningen hittar du både sovrummet med full säng och eget badrum plus det är egen privat balkong över vattnet! Gäst sovrummet kommer att innehålla full säng och eget badrum också.

Nedervåningen har en öppen planlösning med kök, matplats och vardagsrum. Köket är fullt utrustat med alla köksredskap och krukor och kokkärl. Det finns också en frukostbar med tre barstolar. Matsalen har ett runt bord som sitter bekvämt upp till fyra gäster. I vardagsrummet kommer det att innehålla en platt-TV och en bäddsoffa. Det finns en veranda utanför vardagsrummet som kommer att ha ett bra utomhusbord för att njuta av Tom's Harbour!

Den här egenskapen har tillgång till Cabana Club! Cabana Club är en exklusiv pool och strandklubb som ligger på Key Colony (ca 10 minuter). De har en uppvärmd och kyld pool, privat sandstrand, tiki bar och snackbutik!

Awesome getaway to the Keys!

Loved this adorable property with amazing sunsets and beautiful views. Slept our family well - we cooked in the kitchen - enjoyed hanging out and appreciated the proximity to so many things.

Disappointed

1. Bed was awful. Memory foam was hot. We finally pulled it off. We dreaded going to bed because it was so badddddd! 2. TV Remote in 2nd bedroom had keys missing in guest bedroom. 3. We were told we were not allowed to use the Resort pool and chairs when the listing said we had privileges. It was clean but very cheaply furnished. We were not expecting The Ritz but we also did not expect the cheapest toilet tissue. Only 2 wine glasses in the whole place!

Nice home but make sure the ac works before having someone stay at the property

The property overall was very nice. We arrived to 79 * in the house it was around 5 pm. Thought we had the ac was working since it did get cooler through the night. The next morning we left to go to the state park and come home to 80* again in the home. After contacting management, we were told someone may not be able to come out because it was Sunday evening. They ending up having someone come out that evening. It was broken and the ac unit could not be repaired fully until Monday. We asked for another unit or place. They were not able to accommodate the request. We have to leave the home and find hotel. Mind you it was 8 pm and now 82 * in the home. The owner has a nest so they can see the temperature of the home on record. Management was not very accommodating or helpful. They didn’t even give us a discount for the one night with them. I’m a landlord and understanding things happen but they should at least been more helpful with their tenant.

Great location!

Very clean and nice furnishings, but bedrooms were very cramped as far as storage for suitcases and no dressers for clothing. Washer and dryer are located in Master bedroom which added to the space issue. Would not be convenient for two couples or a stay of more than 1 week.

What a delight

The property is lovely and exactly as described. Very clean and ready to go. The location is very quiet and the beds were great. Perfect amount of space. Nice location to everything. The property owners thought of everything you would need for any activity. The welcome basket was unexpected but greatly appreciated. Thank you much for a lovely stay.

Beautiful townhouse

We really enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was very clean. The views were gorgeous! We received a nice basket and personal note welcoming us! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property!!! Very clean and up to date with very comfortable beds. The care package upon arrival was well thought out and appreciated. Condo had beautiful views and was conveniently located. Would definitely stay again.

Great views!

Excellent townhome, great views from both back porches/balconies with comfortable seating for 4. The welcome package from the owners was a nice touch. Definitely will stay here again!

Great location and views!

We really enjoyed our time in this quaint condo and surrounding area. Would stay here again but please please replace the mattresses!!! Also there is no outdoor grill available as we thought.

Problems

Dirty not taking care of and not ready for rent. I honestly hope your company will actively make sure that properties which are listed on your web are much better than this one. Nothing is more important in property when I go to rest for my vacation than clean, fresh not chemically smelly room, and clean bed. This stay ruined my vacation. My family and I didn't want to sleep in the bed. I would hope people would take cleanness seriously. Very disappointing. Ewa

MIDDLE OF EVERYWHERE

Great location! Beautiful & safe area. The condo had everything we needed and more. It was very well kept, loved the décor. Only two negative things I'd have to comment on are the mattresses are not comfortable at all. And the Cabana Club pool wasn't not worth the drive to get there. Luckily for us we didn't go to the keys to sit around a pool anyways. I would stay here again... & I'd stay as long as if I could actually.

Duck Key is lovely-Great Sunset Views

This condo was a great base to explore the Keys- only 1 hr 20 min from Key West so not bad if you want to go explore a day or two. Loved the Dolphin Research Center that is near for a really up close dolphin experience. This unit is located in Hawks Cay- We thought when we booked that a pool was here as it was checked as a search filter- When it says that it does not come with Hawks Cay privileges, that means you can not use the pool you can walk to from your unit & must drive, yes drive 8 miles to the Cabana Club for your pool experience. The Cabana Club pool was nice but very crowded with few shaded areas. Forget about getting a chair if you don't line up at 10am. Not the relaxing pool experience we wanted- Other units in Sunset Village come with privileges- you will pay more per night -
