Helt ny stuga med fantastisk utsikt över bergen.

When booking a rental it is important that you read through the amenities. It is clearly stated that the home does not have a dishwasher. The oven unfortunately broke during your stay, and was serviced the next morning. We were in constant contact w the guests during this process. The repair man told the renters that the part would take 14 days to order, so unfortunately it was out of our hands. We graciously ordered them fresh pizza to compensate them their lost meal. The guests did not have any frozen food other then that, camera on the front door shows them never bringing in any groceries, but wanted to be compensated for food that had been "lost". The guests demands were demeaning and over the top, so much that they were asked to check out early to find a place that would better accommodate them with a refund for the days that they would have missed. I believe this is the reasoning behind their hostility in their reveive. We will NEVER be renting to them again and so should no other owner. Beds are Queen all you have you do is pick up the sheet and read the tag on the mattress. If it was as bad as they claim they should have left 1 or no stars and not 45+ days after check out. Our reviews speak for themselves and other guests rave about our hospitality. Previous guests have shared how great experiences they have had with us as hosts. Please read them, we will not allow "the one" bad apple to ruin it for everyone else. We take pride in our home and only wish the best for our guests during their stay.
