Måste vara över 25 år för att boka. Husets andra och tredje våning 'TLC 5' är ett fem sovrum, 4 badrum, två våningar hus som rymmer 16 personer. Ligger på bottenvåningen finns ett fullt utrustat kök, matplats och rymligt vardagsrum med gott om sittplatser och en väggmonterad platt-TV med queen size-bäddsoffa. Balkongen tillgång från vardagsrummet ger majestätisk utsikt över smaragdvatten och orörda vita sandstränder.
Master-sviten är välutrustad med en king size-säng, en sittgrupp och erbjuder tillgång till balkong där du kan njuta av de fantastiska solnedgångarna. Anslutningsbadet är utrustat med en stor badkar, duschkabin och hans och hennes fåfängligheter. Den första gäst sovrummet har en queen size-säng med badrum, det tredje sovrummet har queen size-säng och det fjärde sovrummet har 2 enkelsängar. It was the perfect location for our rather large family group of 12, 5 were 3 and under. Easy access to the beach was the biggest plus. The property manager was very responsive and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Misleading Pics

This is a 2 story with loft unit. From the pics online, I thought we were getting the whole house but it was only the second floor with loft is what we rented so another family had the bottom floor. The online pics are not updated pics. The house needs painting, the property needs a good cleaning and bushes needs to be trimmed, and grill area needs cleaning and a lot of maintenance issues needs to be addressed. The main thing is the air conditioning unit did not work at all. When we arrived, the temp was 75 degrees and I thought it was because the cleaning crew just finished cleaning but I was wrong. It got up to 79 degrees inside at night and we were all miserable trying to sleep that hot. I will say the host was very nice and did try everything to fix the issue. He sent 4 or 5 AC guys out to try and fix unit and eventually the last night we stayed the air finally got cool down to 71 degrees even though we had it set on 68 degrees. We stayed from Sunday-Saturday (6 nights) and are supposed to get refunded a nights stay because of our troubles but honestly we just wanted a cool house to sleep in and stay in but that wasn’t the case. And what really makes me mad is the new guest that stayed down stairs told us that when they stayed their before, the people up stairs had the same problem a year ago so apparently this has been an ongoing issue that the owner will not get fixed or repaired properly. This place has the potential to be an awesome place if it was updated a little.

Hi Robert! Thank you for staying with us again and I’m sorry for your trouble with the new AC. You reservation was the first issue we had this season but it was also the hottest. The owners have lined up to get a third AC installed the top floor and that should be more than enough to cool it year round. I think we addressed most of the issues you referred to in your review. So sorry again for the trouble..

Beachfront Week Away

Todd & Amy were responsive hosts. Had plenty of room for 5 couples and great location right on the beach. Loved sitting on the balcony even in the rain. 4 stars just for need to do some maintenance things after the busy summer season.

Simply Amazing

Todd and Kim were absolutely wonderful!!!!! They were available with any issues. Made sure to bring extra towels and a stock pot for a shrimp boil. The house was beautiful!!!!!! Had everything you could possibly need. We had all rooms full and never felt like we were on top of each other. Super convenient to the beach.

Decent house, need better cleaning

The location was great, the layout of the house was amazing. Otherwise needs better cleaning, dust buildup under beds, fans, and moldy shower curtains.

House needs a lot of TLC and upgrades

House was very dusty and sheets were sandy. AC wasn’t working stayed at 78 . This is not one house it is 2 units and ours was the top unit which the whole reason I rented was rooms on the main floor to avoid stairs for my 70 yr mother and my blown knee. Stove top burners disgusting and two mornings saw roaches dishwasher leaks dryer takes 3 times to dry a load shower leaks and balcony chairs need to be replaced. Todd the manager was very accommodating by sending a AC tech out along with a Pest control company. The loft they show is great for extra space however you’ll feel like you’re in a sauna for the week we purchased 4 box fans, bug and cleaning spray for the price especially the cleaning fee that’s ridiculous. The view however.... absolutely beautiful along with the access to the beach. The pool... pictures are decieving wasn’t worth the walk to sit in a crowded small pool to share with other houses. The communication was great. Although the last text on our last night was kinda creepy my sister in law got married in the beach in front of our house which was not planned when booking this and the text congratulated the bride n groom ( Big Brother ) ?!? Who knows ?!? I have nothing to hide but just felt we were being watched after that one! At least it was the last night! I think the fact the house is for sale maybe why they’re not putting much into it... overall great week on the beach however we won’t return
