Denna två våningar, Ocean Front Condo ger exceptionellt interiör och yttre utrymme. På huvudvåningen finns en uteplats bara några steg från stranden, ett stort vardagsrum, matplats, 1/2 bad, kök och frukost bar - alla med utsikt över stranden och havet. Två rymliga kung master sviter, med eget badrum och skum madrasser, ligger på andra våningen med en annan "Juliet" stil utomhus promenad sätt. Tillgång till en privat takterrass med sittplatser och "nästan" 360 graders utsikt ger dig den perfekta inställningen för att koppla av och varva ner.

En del av The Landings på Tres Cocos-familjen, som inkluderar ytterligare ett, två, tre och fem sovrum alternativ, är denna lägenhet belägen strax norr om bron vid klippet och mindre än en kilometer från San Pedro Town. Nära till restauranger, barer och shopping, men tillräckligt långt bort för att vara tyst och avslappnad. Perfect Spot to Relax

What a great property! A great location with a stunning location right on the Ocean. Quiet and peaceful, yet very close to all amenities. The property managers were top notch. Everything was so easy! Would come back in a heart beat.

Wonderful Stay

The condo is exactly as described. It is in a very convenient location. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here. I can not say enough positive things about the host. They can help you with every aspect of your trip from transportation, golf cart rent, places to eat or activities. They really do go above and beyond in help you in every way. We heard this many times by others staying here as well. It is all true they are awesome!

Perfect stay

Communication was great with the hosts. Property location was ideal for getting into town and to the locations north of the bridge. Pictures accurately portrayed the property. Nice amenities.

Top Notch Service

Landings 1 was perfect for our family of 4! Amazing location, views, and launch point for a family Belizean vacation. Just north of the bridge, easily able to access the best of what north and south of San Pedro has to offer. Unsung heroes were Brittany, Mike, and Kimberly who provided white glove service, before and during the trip. The booked all excursions, flights, and provided door to door luggage transportation. Can't say enough good things about this property and team!

We enjoyed everything about this stay. Kim and Mike helped with everything we needed, and the property was fantastic. They helped us get acquainted with the property and even give you a phone to call them if you need anything. The property is an awesome location also. We will be back for sure.

AMAZING!!

AMAZING! Right on the beach, sat on the patio and watched the sun rise every morning- beautiful! Close to town but far enough to have peace an quiet. Hosts are amazing as well, accommodating and made sure we were well taken care of from pick up to drop off. Definitely going back!

Great condo, great location. Amazing communication

Our stay could not have been easier. From booking flights and transporting us to and from the airport, arranging snorkeling trips, leaving recommendations for places to eat and visit the mgmt was incredible! Condo was perfectly stocked and mgmt even ordered drinks and stocked our fridge before arrival. A great location - close to town but still quiet. Mgmt was soo responsive to every question we had. A great trip

No off switch on the rain! Otherwise great!

We enjoyed the accommodations, perfect for two different families! Very close to Coco’s Loco beach bar. A great spot. We met the most friendly people there. Especially Stan and Sharylin (sorry if I spelled that wrong) and Alex!! The property managers are excellent at responding to your needs! Maybe new supplied cell phones would be a bonus! A great stay, I highly recommend!

The Landings

Stayed at The Landings for 10 days. Very nice property in a great location. Just far enough out of San Pedro to escape the chaos but close enough to zip into town in a couple of minutes on the golf cart. Can’t say enough about the seamless check in, info and help during the stay and the checkout help from Brittany and Mike. Have travelled extensively around the world and Brittany is at the top of the list as far as a property manager goes! Kudos to her! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

An incredible experience in Belize!

Kim and Chad were amazing hosts! They made sure everything was smooth for us from the minute we booked our trip, including helping us book a flight on Tropic Air to get to San Pedro, stocking the fridge for us with drinks we had ordered from them, and helping us book a catamaran excursion to Caye Caulker for the day. The property was absolutely gorgeous, located right on the beach with a pool and a private rooftop where we could watch the sunrise. Everything about our stay was top notch! Highly recommend! We will be back!

San Pedro gem of a property!

Kimberly, Chad and their staff deliver the highest customer service, from meeting your incoming Tropic Air flight, assisting in the pickup of golf cart rental and stocking the refrigerator with beer and water. The condo is clean, spacious and the rooftop balcony was the stargazing destination. Our Searious activities were awesome - snorkeling and sunset cruise. Loved eating at The Farmhouse , The Truck Stop, Rum Dog and Coco Loco. Do not hesitate to book at The Landings at Tres Cocos!

Wonderful views and relaxing location

Ideal location on ocean, away from town noises but only a 5 minutes walk away. Snorkelled for hours right off the dock with fish, crabs and rays. Multiple pools to soak in, watching geckos and iguanas sun themselves on rocks all about the place. Beach bar for good food, drinks, and fun bartenders. Interior was spacious and well stocked with many amenities. Kimberly and Chad made our arrival and departure quick and easy. The refrigerator was stocked with our favourites upon arrival and our adventure tours that Kimberly booked for us were amazing.

The best of everything!

This unit offers the best of everything...location, amenities and service. Just steps from our porch were the pool, the dock for excursion pickup and lounge chairs on the beach. Daily necessities for the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were well stocked and ready for our use. Hosts, Brittany and Mike, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable with everything we needed. They picked us up at the airport, had cold beverages in the refrigerator, responded quickly with any questions we had, made our flight, golf cart and excursion reservations and accompanied us to the airport on departure day even waiting in the check in line for us. Their service was outstanding as were the condo and location of the unit. The best we've ever experienced!

Couldn't be happier

Perfect spot for our family of 4. The oceanfront views are spectacular and the layout is even better than what you see in the pictures. We loved relaxing on the front porch/pool during the day and on the rooftop deck at night to watch the stars. The location is ideal as you are just out of the busy downtown area, but close enough to walk or take short golf cart rides to almost anywhere you want to go. Kimberly and Chad were amazing during the time leading to the trip and made sure we had everything we needed and more once we arrived. We've already booked our return trip next year. I highly recommend this property for anyone that wants to experience the culture, entertainment, and peacefulness of Ambergris Caye.

Paradise….

If we were to return to the island we would most definitely come back to Bermuda Landings. It was our first trip to the island and we weren’t sure about where to stay as far as proximity to town. This turned out to be the perfect location for checking out everything North and having easy access to town and restaurants!!! Nice and quiet at night! The beds were SO comfortable. The staff here are so friendly and welcoming. They had our beer, water and soda that we ordered in the fridge ready for us on arrival. Knowing now what we didn’t know while booking, we would have had them book our golf cart also. Can’t thank you enough Brittany, Mike and Merlin

Paradise

Extremely happy we picked Bermuda Landings 1 as our home away from home for a week. We spent hours relaxing on the veranda just steps from the pool. We did not worry about a thing all week. Kimberly booked our golf cart rental, flight to/from the island and our excursions during the week. The map which included her favorite places to eat was extremely helpful. Yum! The location of the condo was perfect. Just far away from the city to be quite but just a short golf cart ride away to enjoy all that San Pedro has to offer. We played pickleball as well at Mata Rocks. This was our third visit to the island and Bermuda Landings is my new favorite. Book it…you will not be disappointed!
