Om boendet

Vårt lilla hem försöker verkligen svårt att vara så underbart som cederträdet det sitter bredvid. Den klädde sig även i fina cederskivor och lättade sig med tungolja. Och även om dess ansträngningar kan ha misslyckats (det är svårt att översta moderns natur) har ett bestämt tema födt. Runner-up namn ingår Hail Cedar! och 20.000 ligor under Cedar.

Cyklarna är speciellt bra, eftersom det finns några restauranger och en musikplats inom en lugn fem minuters resa. Mer om det senare. Nu på huset:

Det är litet! Men det känns inte så bra. Den ljusa färgen på bambu golv, de många fönstren och högt tak hjälper till att öppna den. På loftet finns en queen size-madrass, som sitter lågt på golvet på tatami mattor. Det finns ett badrum med regndusch, luftventil och trappdörrdörr. Det finns ett fullt fungerande kök med gasspis och mikrovågsugn. Det finns ett skrivbord / bord och en mycket bekväm futon soffa som öppnar för att sova en (extra) vuxen eller två barn (som är mycket välkomna). Futon, när den dras ut, mäter 82 "x 45".

Bekvämligheter för vardagsliv överflöd: snabb wi-fi; tvål, handdukar och sängkläder; kokkärl; elektrisk vattenkokare; kaffebryggare och fransk press; ett urval av te, Trader Joe s mörkt rostat kaffe; vinglas och vinöppnare, champagne glasögon, pepparkvarn, kosher salt, olivolja, honung, etc. Om du behöver något, fråga bara!

Huset sitter på det främre vänstra hörnet av vår egendom och är omgivet på tre sidor av ett privatliv staket. Framsidan vetter mot uppfarten, där du drar upp och parkerar (vänster sida). På grund av det höga staketet har gästerna en hel egendom åt sig själva. Bredvid huset finns en uteplats med gungstolar och en plats för en hängmatta (som tillhandahålls). Det finns också en magertåkning, som rymmer cyklarna och strandartiklarna. Huset nyckeln är i en lås låda monterad nära ytterdörren; Vi delar koden före ankomst.

Restdful getaway

This tiny home is a perfect getaway place for 1-2 people. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The place was accurately represented and the neighborhood felt very safe for me to ride the provided bike around. Seeing the sunset on the Stono river at the back of the neighborhood was a plus as well. The restaurants and activities recommended by the host were also very nice. Thank you so much.

Excellent in every way!

This tiny house is clean, impressive and fun! Lots of attention to detail that makes for a great stay. The host has thought of everything to make your stay comfy. We slept great here and loved exploring the neighborhood, it’s great for walking. We highly recommend staying here and trying out a tiny house!

Charleston Gem!

My 2 night stay in the adorable tiny home was perfect! This little gem was clean, comfortable and convenient to downtown Charleston. Although I opted to not cook while there, home was equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave and the coffeemaker which I did use. Very comfortable bed. Met the owner who immediately responded to a small heating issue which was resolved immediately. Fun experience to stay in a tiny home. I would definitely consider again if ever in Charleston again!

Quick trip

We went to Charleston on a Friday/Saturday trip. This tiny house was perfect for us. Yep its tiny but had everything we needed. When we go again we will look at staying there again.

Tiny indeed but great place

The house is definitely tiny but has all of the amenities and the location is great. Would recommend to any one who is tiny house curious and looking for a central place to stay between the beach and downtown.

We absolutely loved staying at this tiny home. Only a 15 minute drive to downtown and 15 to Folly Beach was a no brainer. Would recommend this to anyone staying in Charleston!

Charleston Vacation

Wonderful stay! Brian was extremely kind and communicative, offering us lots of recommendations around the area. The home was indeed tiny (but the space was utilized very well) and had all the necessary accommodations and then some. Quick and cozy stay

This tiny home was a unique place to stay and affordable for the area. We had a great time exploring Charleston and enjoyed how cozy this place was. We made use of the bikes/amenities offered and the super friendly cat added to our experience :) The only thing I that would make the place more comfortable is a little more bathroom privacy, even just a more opaque curtain would do the trick. Overall it was a great stay and fun vrbo, we look forward to visiting charleston again!

Can not say enough good things about our stay. The perfect spot if you're trying to balance a little of everything in the Charleston area. The area it is in specifically is also so nice for bike rides and walking. The property itself is such a great tiny home design with everything you could need. The owner Brian was amazing, great communicator and helpful with anything you might need. This is definitely a spot I would look to stay at again if given the chance!

This tiny house is in the coveted Riverland Terrace neighborhood of James Island -- a great leaping off spot for downtown (four miles), Folly Beach (nine miles), and Johns Island (just across the bridge). The neighborhood itself is super cute, with a community garden, boat landing, quirky bungalow houses, and live oaks trees draped in Spanish moss. Use the provided bicycles to get to the adjacent plaza, which has awesome restaurant/bars, a yoga studio, independent movie theatre, and more.
