VÄrt lilla hem försöker verkligen svÄrt att vara sÄ underbart som cedertrÀdet det sitter bredvid. Den klÀdde sig Àven i fina cederskivor och lÀttade sig med tungolja. Och Àven om dess anstrÀngningar kan ha misslyckats (det Àr svÄrt att översta moderns natur) har ett bestÀmt tema födt. Runner-up namn ingÄr Hail Cedar! och 20.000 ligor under Cedar.

Cyklarna Àr speciellt bra, eftersom det finns nÄgra restauranger och en musikplats inom en lugn fem minuters resa. Mer om det senare. Nu pÄ huset:

Det Àr litet! Men det kÀnns inte sÄ bra. Den ljusa fÀrgen pÄ bambu golv, de mÄnga fönstren och högt tak hjÀlper till att öppna den. PÄ loftet finns en queen size-madrass, som sitter lÄgt pÄ golvet pÄ tatami mattor. Det finns ett badrum med regndusch, luftventil och trappdörrdörr. Det finns ett fullt fungerande kök med gasspis och mikrovÄgsugn. Det finns ett skrivbord / bord och en mycket bekvÀm futon soffa som öppnar för att sova en (extra) vuxen eller tvÄ barn (som Àr mycket vÀlkomna). Futon, nÀr den dras ut, mÀter 82 "x 45".

BekvÀmligheter för vardagsliv överflöd: snabb wi-fi; tvÄl, handdukar och sÀngklÀder; kokkÀrl; elektrisk vattenkokare; kaffebryggare och fransk press; ett urval av te, Trader Joe s mörkt rostat kaffe; vinglas och vinöppnare, champagne glasögon, pepparkvarn, kosher salt, olivolja, honung, etc. Om du behöver nÄgot, frÄga bara!

Huset sitter pÄ det frÀmre vÀnstra hörnet av vÄr egendom och Àr omgivet pÄ tre sidor av ett privatliv staket. Framsidan vetter mot uppfarten, dÀr du drar upp och parkerar (vÀnster sida). PÄ grund av det höga staketet har gÀsterna en hel egendom Ät sig sjÀlva. Bredvid huset finns en uteplats med gungstolar och en plats för en hÀngmatta (som tillhandahÄlls). Det finns ocksÄ en magertÄkning, som rymmer cyklarna och strandartiklarna. Huset nyckeln Àr i en lÄs lÄda monterad nÀra ytterdörren; Vi delar koden före ankomst.

This was my first tiny house experience and wish I would have stayed an extra day. The location was within 8 miles of the beach and close to food. The stove and outdoor amenities were less than expected but overall Super cute place. Would definitely stay again.

Had the absolute best stay at this tiny home! Everything was perfect, the home was super cozy, peaceful, and offered total privacy. Brian was incredibly kind and welcoming and was always quick to respond if I had any questions. Also got many visits from a sweet little cat, which made my day!Can’t recommend this place enough, it was the perfect spot for my first solo trip, I’ll definitely be back next time i’m in Charleston!

We loved it here! It was so cozy and truly felt like we were at home. The AC works great, and space was very clean. The host was very communicative and helpful especially if we needed anything. At first we were skeptical of the size (yes we know we rented a tiny home) but it was plenty of space and really great!!! Will definitely look to stay here again. Also in a great, safe neighborhood!

Wonderful stay for a traveling couple firat time to SC. Host communication was great, very timely responses. A list of Information from the host about nearby restaurants and where to go was helpful for navigating around Charleston for our short stay. The neighborhood is safe, with families & single persons out bicyling/walking in the area to see the sunsets at 2 park locations within walking distance. Being a coffee drinker, my favorite creamer was in the fridge! Additional welcoming touches such as ice cubes in a Yeti cooler in the mini-fridge and Alexa (which I dont have at home), was super nice to use. Well maintained, clean, with 'extras' for an enjoyable stay.

Tiny indeed but great place

The house is definitely tiny but has all of the amenities and the location is great. Would recommend to any one who is tiny house curious and looking for a central place to stay between the beach and downtown.

Excellent in every way!

This tiny house is clean, impressive and fun! Lots of attention to detail that makes for a great stay. The host has thought of everything to make your stay comfy. We slept great here and loved exploring the neighborhood, it’s great for walking. We highly recommend staying here and trying out a tiny house!

Quick trip

We went to Charleston on a Friday/Saturday trip. This tiny house was perfect for us. Yep its tiny but had everything we needed. When we go again we will look at staying there again.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

This tiny house is in the coveted Riverland Terrace neighborhood of James Island -- a great leaping off spot for downtown (four miles), Folly Beach (nine miles), and Johns Island (just across the bridge). The neighborhood itself is super cute, with a community garden, boat landing, quirky bungalow houses, and live oaks trees draped in Spanish moss. Use the provided bicycles to get to the adjacent plaza, which has awesome restaurant/bars, a yoga studio, independent movie theatre, and more.

It's a tiny house that doesn't feel tiny, loaded with amenities and comforts, super cute, in a fantastic location, and with great hosts to boot!
