Golf trip

Great place to stay with friends and family.

The property was clean and modern. Basic cooking supplies, an extra trash bag, and dishwasher detergent. We had seven people in our party. Three adults and four teenage girls. The resort was very nice. The pool was clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

Love the location and access to property. Wish I was better advised of a few items. - you have to pay to use grill. - you can’t take food to clubhouse for kids as you stay all day. -The inter-tubes for lazy river stay in the lazy river so you may not have a float. They are very limited floats so we bought some at Family Dollar.

Disappointing place

The condo was just ok, nothing special. That would have been fine for our group and use occasion. Smoke detectors were beeping constantly. No response to my calls or emails. Is it my responsibility to replace the batteries? Zero thought in the stocking of the place. We needed to purchase toilet paper, trash bags, dish detergent…all on day 1. Very few towels and blankets for a place that sleeps 11. We had fewer people than that and needed more of both. Kitchen had nothing. Drip coffee maker???? Are you kidding? No salt pepper aluminum foil or any minor convenience. Bare minimum. Convenient location. Easy parking. Nice community pool but you cannot even bring a bottle of water in. I’ll find another location next time.

Granddaughter spring break

Property was great except except for the little bugs on the counter constantly. Called it in. Prior to arrival the Property was not properly inventoried ,Towels from previous guests were left in the washing machine still dirty, sockets in kitchen and upstairs bedroom was not working blinds in patio door was missing and language barrier with Property staff when they came to correct the issue of the towels left in the washing machine. The staff even went through the house to inventory the clean towels before leaving with the dirty towels. The young lady answering the phone need to work on her customer service she didn't believe us when we told her that the towels were still in the washing machine from previous guests still dirty. So we text a picture to provide proof. Did not appreciate her attitude as well as her not believing what we were telling her until I sent pictures.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews and understand that short-term rentals can vary. We also own a rental, so we’re familiar with hosting standards and know no property is perfect. However, I feel it’s important to share our experience.Upon arrival, we were disappointed with the cleanliness. The upstairs carpet was heavily stained and didn’t appear vacuumed, and there were splatters on walls and doors. Before unpacking, I spent nearly two hours cleaning just to feel comfortable.I contacted the host, sent photos, and requested a vacuum. The next day, I was told housekeeping found everything satisfactory. We were also surprised someone entered the home while we were away without permission. The response focused more on defending the condition than addressing concerns.The kitchen was poorly stocked, making meal prep difficult, and only one roll of toilet paper was provided per bathroom. The furniture was worn, and the home felt poorly maintained. The photos did not accurately reflect the condition.The highlight was the community—ChampionsGate is beautiful, and we enjoyed the amenities and location. I would stay in the area again, but not this property. I do appreciate the host allowing a late checkout until noon.Overall, we were very disappointed and recommend future guests research carefully before booking.

Great location

The Pool was my favorite!! I request to heat the private pool and it was well worth it! Overall the stay was pleasant. ( there was a few small things missing but nothing major) The environment was nice inside n out! I’d would like to stay again in the future

We enjoyed our stay and would again. Nice home in great location. Clean and modern. Could use a update on kitchen utensils. Plenty of towels and stater supplies.

Not worth what you pay

We have stayed in Championsgate for many years. This place is probably in the bottom 2 due to what we paid and what we got. Dead roach on the counter, front porch areas not swept in a month, slider blinds missing half the blinds, stain on comforter and sheets, and nothing to bake on for the oven. Why have an oven with no baking sheets or pans? No spatula either. Area rug needs to be replaced. The A/C worked well and the place was stocked OK other than the baking sheets and spatula. They did have plenty of beach towels. However, been in places with much more to offer overall for the what we paid. Sent an email to the management company the first morning we were there and we have never received a response. Don’t waste your money.
