Mary’s Penthouse is beautiful. We have stayed at her condo at least 4 times and will continue to do so. The unit is extremely clean with a great beach view. We also love the location and the private beach.

We love staying in Acadia one it is the best property that we have ever stayed in, in Myrtle Beach. This penthouse property is awesome. The building is extremely close to the beach and has good access and a nice pool. The unit was very clean and we like that. It had a dehumidifier to help with the humidity in the unit. This is probably one of the better units in this building that can be rented. Our only suggestion would be to add a couple of carpets to the master bedroom on either side of the bed. You will love it here.

The property is beautiful and it was perfectly located just steps away from the beach. Mary was a wonderful host and very helpful! There are a lot of pros to staying here, it’s very safe and parking is easy. The only cons were that the cleaning crew could have done a much better job, the necessary things were done such as bathrooms cleaned and bedding changed but everything else could have been cleaned better. Not having a washer and dryer in the unit was a little difficult and expensive. Also the drain in the master shower is clogged and the water won’t drain.Overall it was a good stay and we enjoyed our trip!

Beautiful condo. Felt very spacious. Very clean!! Comfortable balcony furniture to enjoy your morning coffee. Keurig and regular coffee maker a plus. Didn’t get to use the blender lol. Ceiling fans in bedrooms definitely good!! Pool/beach not crowded at all. Only a 96 unit building! Loved that there were sprayers with hoses long enough to rinse beach stuff. Noticed even the facilities and grounds were maintained daily. Clean and beautiful. We always stay in this area, location is private feeling and still in the middle of most common attractions and stores!! Communication with Mary was simple and fast. Thank you, Mary, for everything!! Would absolutely recommend and hope to stay here again!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The ocean views and proximity to beach were the top selling points for us. The unit was exactly as described and we would stay again for sure. Only negative was no washer and dryer in unit, but there is laundry machines right across the hall.
