Great location and the rooms were nicely sized and good layouts. Close drive to our favorite restaurants and beaches. Complex is quiet and pretty.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Host communication was excellent, clean flat and amenities on site (pool) was very enjoyable. Location is very well suited for a nice evening stroll for dinner, or a beautiful sunset. When we decided to dine in at our location the kitchen was suited to cook; clean and well stocked to prepare a great meal! Comfortable king size bed was a must; and after a busy day on the island we slept great. We will visit again.

We really enjoyed staying here and it was our first vacation with our dog. So fun to have her with us! We had everything we needed and the place was nice. Would definitely stay here again with or without our girl!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property itself was quiet, clean and just down the road from the village. We had a great time and enjoyed the morning on the patio having our coffee and watching the birds.Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

The condo is in a perfect location. The neighbors we met were so friendly and welcoming. St. Simons Island is a wonderful place for a get away in the winter.

Condo was exactly as described. Very comfortable, filled with thoughtful amenities and everything we needed. Kitchen was very nicely equipped, bathroom had plenty of towels and nice spa products. Bed was super comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent.

The entire process with VRBO was very smooth. We received entry instructions from the owner prior to our arrival. The condo was extremely clean and well appointed with whatever we needed. This was our second time staying at this condo and would definitely recommend it. The location is great and quiet which worked well for us. We look forward to our return in the near future.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at P11. The condo was spotless and well-appointed. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bed was comfortable, and the little details throughout made it feel genuinely welcoming.The location is hard to beat, and getting around the island is easy. The back patio was a great spot to enjoy morning coffee, and the Keurig was a nice touch we appreciated more than expected!Kathy was a fantastic host, responsive, warm, and easy to communicate with. You can tell she takes real pride in the property. We'd definitely stay here again.
