Lift House Rental

The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Overall the experience was good, not exceptional or great. The location was great. Challenges: the check in after 5pm is nonexistent. For a property of this stature there should be someone on site at least to 6pm, not closed and buttoned up at 5pm. It was difficult to get in with the codes initially and we had to call into emergency number to get it figured out. Second, the hot tub was down the entire time, for maintenance so that was a real miss. No way to relax after a day of skiing. Our room #306 was fine, but small beef, a 5 cup Mr. Coffee is cheap. Put a real unit in that you can make a decent cup of coffee instead of making multiple pots, that's not hard to fix. There is no freezer in the refrigerator, so you can not for example buy Haagen Dazs down the street and bring it home to store, or anything else that needs to be frozen. The toilet and shower is at best a 6 in rating. It's functional but needs a serious update. Get rid of the tub and build a walk in there, everyone takes showers and no one is tubbing it after skiing. The access to everything in Lionshead was great, that is a real plus.
