Njut av denna vackra helt nya 4 bed 3. 5 bad hem ligger i det nya Miners Camp stadsdel. I de 4 sovrummen finns 2 Kings bÄda med eget badrum, 1 Queen, och i vÄningssÀngen 2 tvilling över hela bunkar. Varje sovrum har sin egen TV. Köket Àr mycket rymligt och mycket vÀlfyllt för underhÄllande eller bara lagar mat och en Keurig kaffebryggare finns. Det finns en park med basketplan och gott om plats för barnen att springa direkt tvÀrs över gatan. 2 cyklar pÄ fastigheten. Det finns ett shuffleboardbord, air hockey, ping pong och pop-shot basketspel. Njut av rostning av marshmello pÄ din egen privata brandplats. AnlÀggningen har flera bra restauranger, full service spa, vingÄrd, 2 golfbanor, vandring, cykling, paddla boarding och kajakpaddling. Du kan fiska, Äka ridning och lÀngdskidÄkning eller njuta av skidÄkningens skidÄkning nÀr det finns snö. Det finns ett fantastiskt barnlÀger pÄ sommaren och Dawson parken har överflöd av roliga aktiviteter för bÄde barn och vuxna.

We had such a great stay! This house has everything you need! We felt right at home. Kevin was very responsive & communicative. We have stayed at many houses in Suncadia and this one is our favorite by far!! Can’t wait to stay here again.

The place was clean, had everything we needed and everything worked. I loved the kitchen and appliances, I could cook in there everyday. Location is convenient-gas and groceries are close. The trail was an perfect for morning walks/bike ride. The game room was great and we even got a game of horse in the playground right across the street. Kevin was an amazing host! He answered my questions promptly and checked in on us. I would highly recommend and definitely stay again!

Great house that is well amenitized. Fantastic location walking distance to the hotel with a park right across the street that is great for kids. They can just run outside and play and street is a cul-de-sac which makes it perfect for bikes and scooters. The place is as advertised and a great choice for families.

Beautiful & well stocked home

We very much enjoyed staying here. We had 9 in our group (ages 14-75). Lots of games & activities to do, property was conveniently located for wandering around Suncadia. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need but forgot to pack. It was a great spot for our early family Christmas!

Perfect Getaway

I stayed at this property in August with my family, my sister's family, and my parents. We had 4 kids ages 6-13. This was the perfect house for us for many reasons. First, the location could not be better. It is directly across from a park and basketball court, a 5-minute bike ride to the lake, and connected to all the amazing Suncadia trails. Every day, we rode bikes and walked the trails. The loop around the lake is particularly lovely and very easy for kids. The house looks directly onto the park, so we could let the kids run over there and still see them from the house. The house is in a cul de sac, so there were very few cars. Second, our plan had been to mostly cook and grill at the house and I have never seen such a well-stocked kitchen. The equipment was all in excellent condition and there was literally everything in the kitchen. The grill on the deck is particularly nice and is beside the fire pit and hot tub, and overlooking the golf course and a valley of trees. Finally, the house has a wonderful collection of board games, games in the garage, and bikes for use. We really enjoyed all these extra amenities and can't wait to come back.

Great Time!

House was a great size and layout. Our group was two families both with young kids and we loved being across from the playground. The kitchen was great and really well organized. Highlight was definitely the view out towards the golf course!

Comfortable & Cozy!

First and foremost, Kevin the property manager, was kind and very helpful! The property was very clean and well kept! The location was wonderful. Having the playground and basketball court across the street was perfect for the whole family to enjoy!! The pictures online made the bedrooms look bigger than they actually were. That was the only thing I noticed when we arrived. I woud totally recommend this propety for a family vacation!!! I myself would stay at this property again!! Thank you!!

This is a great house for multiple families. Had such a fantastic time with 3 young families from all over the country reuniting for a few days up in the mountains! Host communicated great and the house was well stocked and super clean.

Beautiful house, fully stocked, perfect for our family! Hot tub and fire pit were added and relaxing amenities. Suncadia area is stunning for bike rides and hikes! Owner was super responsive and helpful when asked for advice! I would rent again in a heartbeat!

Great Family Getaway

This property was in a great location, enjoyed the walking trail and the kids loved having the basketball court and playground right out the front door. The house was well stocked, very clean, and plenty of room for the 9 of us. We would definitely stay here again, thank you Kevin.

Great home and location

This is perfect if you have young kids or teenagers. Lots of space for them to play inside or out. The kitchen was well stocked and much appreciated. Would recommend this house anyone who asks.

Great house

This house was well stocked compared to other rentals we have stayed in, and there was plenty of room for our families to spread out. The kids loved having the game room! The location is great, close enough to walk to many of suncadia's attractions. I use a small wheelchair and the garage entry has no steps and I found the downstairs bedroom/bathroom to be easy to use. The owner was great to work with.

Wonder and Cozy House With Everything You Need

The home was amazing and had plenty of room for two families. The kitchen and family room is very spacious and a great place to gather and relax, play games with the kids, and gather for meals. The house is very clean and well stocked with necessities. This is the first time I’ve been in a home where I did not have to make a run to the store. The BBQ grill, fire pit, hot tub, and games in the garage were a big hit. We would definitely come back and stay as this house.

My wife and I have owned in Suncadia for the past 4.5 years and absolutely love it there! We furnished this home thinking of every detail so our guests will feel right at home. My wife loves to cook so the kitchen is very well stocked!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We fell in love with this particular lot and the view of the 14th hole at Prospector. The location to the park across the street and being centrally located between the lodge and winery makes it easy to walk to everything.
