Duplex Historic City Center / takterrass balkong / luftkonditionering / gratis wifi

Njut av lugn duplex i den historiska stadskÀrnan (Town Hall Square, Place des Cardeurs), ljus, med charmig balkong, gratis snabb wifi, luftkonditionering, separat sovrum, "italiensk" dusch och öppet kök. I stadens centrum ligger du inom Aix-en-Provences sÀtt att leva, nÀra konst och kultur. Perfekt för par, ensamresenÀrer, företag och till och med familjer med 2 barn!

BelÀget pÄ 3: e och 4: e vÄningen i en gammal byggnad i det historiska centrumet inom 100m av platserna i rÄdhuset och kortare, renoverades lÀgenheten i juni 2016. I hjÀrtat av det historiska stadskÀrnan med utsikt över en lugn gata och direkt till restauranger och bagerier.

Du kommer att hitta mycket charm med sina golvplattor (rum), hans snygga sammansatta begagnade delarplanering och böcker som Ätervinns frÄn mormor, polerad betong och rÀcken smidesjÀrn (trappor) och en duschkabin.

Vardagsrummet har en bÀddsoffa 2 platser, ett litet marmorbord och 4 stolar och formica ett litet extra skrivbord. Balkongen bestÄr av ett litet sidobord i marmor, smidesjÀrnstolar.
Köket öppet till loungen Àr fullt utrustat (italiensk moka kaffebryggare, vattenkokare, tvÀttmaskin och allt som behövs för att laga mat varje dag (- salt, peppar, olivolja men Àven krukor, kokkÀrl, etc).

Rummet Àr utrustat med en sÀng 2 platser (140x190) med en mycket bra madrass och en ny madrass för en vilsam semester, sÀnglÄda inklusive förvaringsutrymme och en öppen garderob.

Badrummet har en duschkabin inredd med provensalska plattor, med duschkolonnen "Rain", en handduksvÀrmare, stödhylsor och en ny handfat. Toaletten Àr i badrummet.

Vi Àr med Agnes, ansvarig för lÀgenheten, tillgÀnglig nÀr som helst mellan 8:00 och 22:00 för att möta alla dina behov.

The apartment had everything we need for a short stay. The photographs were clearly taken sometime ago and the place could do with some re-decoration. The bed was not at all comfortable for me and it is also worth noting that there are a lot of stairs up to the apartment which may be an issue for some. The location is excellent and we had no problem with noise.

Tolle Wohnung mitten in Aix mit tollem Ausblick.

Wir haben unsere 10Tage sehr genossen. Nachts ist es teilweise etwas laut zur Straße hin, dafĂŒr ist man wirklich mittendrin. Wundervoll.

Flat with nice balcony

Pleasant living space with nice balcony. well equipped kitchen. Nice to be able to get a through draft when hot with window at one end and balcony door at the other. Quiet bedroom but a bit bleak and very basic.

A fantastic apartment with picturesque views !

I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment! The check-in and check out was very smooth thanks to the clear instructions I received. The apartment managers were great! Very helpful and great communicators. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom has a fantastic shower! I loved the location in the heart of the historic part of town—it was super quiet at night and just a quick walk to everywhere I wanted to go. But my favorite was sitting out on the balcony, enjoying the fantastic views of the city. Highly recommend this apartment!

This was the only place out of about 12 places where the hosts were not even there to greet me. It was a difficult place to find, and a difficult place to get in. As usual I have a lot of questions to ask about the town and there were no hosts to answer my questions. Also I couldn’t get things to work in the apartment.

Wonderful Appartment in the Heart of Aix

This charming appartment is located perfectly if you want to explore Aix. Everything is within walking distance including the two locations of the fantastic MuseĂ© Granet Also, it is ideal for Festival goers just a few minutes away from the ThĂ©Ăątre de l'ArchevĂȘchĂ©. There a many cafĂ©s, Restaurants etc. just outside the house. The appartment is on the top floor, so you need to be fit to get up the narrow staircase. It was really hot in Aix (above 35 C) during our stay, but the AC sure does help and cools the appartment down quite well. We especially enjoyed the terrasse (at night) overlooking the roofs of the old town. Communication was easy and friendly, we were even able to choose our check out time as no one had rented the place after us. Highly recommended!

Great Host and Location

Location, Location, Location! The apartment was adequately clean.. The kitchen was very functional. The service and response times were excellent. The Internet was fast and reliable. The air conditioner was very helpful while our little one was sleeping. The balcony was pleasant. The washing machine was so useful. It was a little challenging a times with our 22 month old. There are lots of stairs. Our little one has certainly mastered steps after staying here 5 weeks. I was sad to leave. It felt familiar and a little like home after a while.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Clearly for the light and the balcony. Enjoying a balcony at dawn or at sunset with a pain au chocolat or a glass of wine and sight on the roofs of the city center is unique and very few other appartments will offer that.
