Jag tror att du kommer att gilla min plats! Dess dekorerade som ett strandhus, för att var nära stranden! Jag är nära restauranger, nattliv, historiska sevärdheter, sjukhus, shopping och mer. FLETC & St Simons Island ligger ca 10 minuter bort

Trevlig liten 1 br Lägenhet nära centrum historiska distriktet, hamnar, underhållning, matsal och festivaler! Dess centralt beläget på fastlandet mellan St Simons & Jekyll Islands och minuter till centrum. Enhet är inte långt från FLETC, sjukhus eller Gulfstream. Enkel åtkomst till I 95 North & South, så ungefär 1 timme till Savannah & Jacksonville. Detta hem är en kolonial stil hem som byggdes 1928, med mycket charm. Innan jag köpte den omvandlades den till 3 enheter, och det här är den minsta, med cirka 600 kvm, vilket är ungefär storleken på ett 2 bil garage. Jag har en 2br på övervåningen som sover 6. Det är en perfekt plats att stanna på semester, om du har lång eller kort sikt, letar efter ett hem att köpa eller en långsiktig uthyrning, resande sjuksköterskor, snowbirds eller du eller en älskad är @ FLETC att träna ect. Jag ger en månatlig och veckovis rabatt! Dess mycket bättre än ett hotell, och mycket billigare! Jag tror att du får det mesta av vad du behöver med en liten spis, kylskåp, krukor och kokkärl, tallrikar etc, och starter kaffe, kryddor ect. Hemmet ligger i Brunswick Historic District nära vattnet, marina, restauranger och händelser hålls downtown. Trevlig mysig veranda med skuggdukar, kärleksstol och stolar. Alla verktyg och trådlöst internet ingår, inklusive en 42 "tv med kabel och röst fjärrkontroll.
Beläget nära olika hamnar, vattnet, FLETC, college och sjukhus. Downtown är ca 8 kvarter, och din
2 kvarter från "The Yellow Bakeri", där du kan gå till frukost eller lunch!

* $ 30 husdjur avgift, gräns 2 betalas upp framför
* Du måste rensa upp efter ditt husdjur "röra" utanför & hund håret ect inuti.
* Hund KAN INTE vara en barker / whiner / destroyer eller det kommer att störa andra som bor / bor här
* Ska vara på kontinuerlig loppbehandling, & inte "billiga" saker som inte fungerar.
* Yard isnt helt inhägnad, men det finns en park tvärs över gatan. Hundväskor i kökslådan
** Extra städavgift på $ 20 timme om det tar mig mer än 2 timmar att rengöra in & ut enheten, av någon anledning!

Den apt har ett mest utrustat kök med en liten spis och ugn, mikrovågsugn, brödrost ugn, kaffekanna, tallrikar, bestick ect. Alla handdukar och sänglinne för sängen och badet finns också. Theres 6 flaska vatten, toalettpapper, pappershanddukar, tvål, kaffe, filter, socker & kryddor ect. Badet är litet men har en full badkar med dusch. Theres ett trevligt vardagsrum med en bekväm soffa och 1 sovrum med queen size-säng. Enheten är inredd i ett kusttema, och har fina koloniala funktioner! Tvättmaskin och torktumlare ingår också, med tvål och blekmedel!

Cozy cottage

This was the perfect location! I could walk to historic downtown Brunswick, bike ride under the live Oaks, and there was a lovely open park area just across the street to play frisbee with my dog.

This place/host never disappoints!!

Great host, great location, this trip was a rainout, we enjoyed staying in and relaxing. We played games and enjoyed sitting out on front porch watching the rain. We plan to return maybe November and try out another one of your rentals.

Fantastic getaway

We love staying at this property. It is in a quiet location and it is always extremely clean. The host is wonderful, she goes above and beyond to make sure the apartment is stocked with all kitchen items, spices, coffee, etc. this is our favorite place to stay when we visit the golden isles.

Great host and location between Jekyll and St Simons

The host was outstanding and wanted to make sure everything was as promised. She provided everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. The house is close to restaurants and shopping in Brunswick, as well as within 20 - 25 minutes of Jekyll Island and St. Simons Island. Because it's a historical home, there is no dishwasher, but I don't mind hand washing dishes. I would stay here again or in one of her other properties.

Charming and clean

We had a great stay. Apartment was cozy with anything you could possibly need. Shelly thought of everything! Instructions are clear and she responds almost immediately. I recommend this place for traveling couple.

Brunswick coastal cottage

We stayed in one of the other units. From the moment we walked in it felt like home. It had everything we needed. The location was superb. Communication between us and the host was great as we had a couple of questions and she got right back with us. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was very convenient for my trips to St. Simon's and Jekyll Island. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and parking very easy out in front of the home. Shelley has it decorated in nautical theme to set the mood. Very nice

Great stay

Everything was as advertised. Great host who texted daily to check in and offer suggestions on things to do and places to eat. Was everything I needed, but it was just me. Older neighborhood, but safe. Checking in and out was easy. Will definitely be back.

Home Away From Home

My recent stay at this home was really great. I would say it was a home away from home. It was very cozy. My family and I had everything we needed, it was very clean and the host was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us great recommendations of things we should try. She also had immaculate communication, which is very important for me when traveling to a new area. I would definitely stay at this home again, no doubt about it! Great location, Clean & Comfortable, Pet Friendly!

We spent a month in this unit and were very comfortable. The apartment is in an older home in a historic neighborhood, so there are many interesting streets for walks. It is also a short walk to downtown Brunswick which has interesting restaurants & shopping. The unit is nicely decorated in a beachy vintage way, and the porch is a great place to hang out on a nice day. We had everything we needed and our landlord was very attentive and accessible. A grocery store and other conveniences are only a few minutes drive away, so you don't have to drive north to all of the malls and chain stores to get what you need. Access to Jekyll Island and St. Simons Island is quick and easy also. This is an excellent value and I definitely can recommend!

Highly Recommend

Schelly had great customer service from the start and even after our stay. The space was nice, pleasant, and comfortable as well as affordable. We also immediately noticed how clean the space was. Then there's the decorations which are super cute. It looks exactly as described and the some. I love the attention to detail. I also appreciate how thorough Schelley is. Plus we were so close to the beach and not far from any of the attractions or other areas, including St. Simons and Jekyll Island. It was just what we needed for our stay. Schelley also went the extra step of assisting us with getting back in (thanks to our little one, we couldn't get in), including coming out in a storm. She was so patient and understanding. I definitely recommend Schelly's place for any type of stay.

Cozy

This property is perfectly located between St. Simons Is. and Jekyll Is. The space is comfortable, clean, and appropriately furnished. We were so busy seeing the area that we didn't spend a more than sleep at the location but because it was so cozy we felt well rested. The communication pre, during, and post, is absolutely amazing. Thank you! We will be back.

Very cute place

Reasonably priced and only a short drive to Jekyll Island where we spent all our time. Took the dogs and were able to walk them around the neighborhood. Liked the beach theme decorations. Had everything we needed.

Quiet, Convenient, Cute

This property was exactly as listed. This place was cute and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. You can tell the owner and guests care for this precious place. Location is peaceful, safe and convenient. The host was sweet, helpful and easy to communicate with. We would stay again if in the area :)

Great place for a beach getaway

I loved this property so much. It was spotless upon arrival and the host is fantastic. She communicates well and truly cares about our stay. This apartment was perfect for my husband and I to visit the golden isles. This is about a five minute drive from the jekyll Island causeway. Would love to stay here again.

Quick Get Away

This cottage is wonderful. It looks just like the pictures posted. Property Mgr gives great suggestions for local eatery's, etc. We tried one of the restaurants she recommended and it was awesome! She is quick to respond to questions. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend.

Shelly has superbly decorated and equipped this home away from home. The decor is delightfully oriented to a beach house and the furnishings and equipment are all that's needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. It is close to everything, yet located in a pleasant residential neighborhood, near the Brunswick Old Town, yet only minutes away from Jekyll Island and St Simons Island. We definitely enjoyed our visit and we recommend it to other travelers

Brunswick stay

We enjoyed our stay at Schelley's place in Brunswick. Communication with Schelley is great and she is quick to respond to any issues that may occur. The location was perfect to explore downtown Brunswick (an easy walk), as well as St. Simon's and Jekyll Islands. Schelley provides lots of info on activities, restaurants and places to explore in the area. Our dog loved it too.
