Great location close to hospital

This was a great option for a stay near the hospital. The location was easy to access with on site parking. The property was quiet and comfortable.

Great host and location to CSU Vet Hospital

Nice clean little villa with well maintained grounds. We stayed a week while our little pup was at the CSU vet hospital and the location was very convenient to the vet hospital. It is also an easy drive to restaurants, retail outlets as well as the wonderful downtown Fort Collins area. We will definitely stay here again

We loved our stay at University Acres. The home was cute, super clean and great location.

We had a wonderful stay at University Acres. We loved the home and location. Home was super clean and had all the amenities for a perfect stay including cruiser bikes that allowed for a great family bike on the Poudre Trail. Stacy was very responsive and professional as our host and we could not be happier with our stay. We look forward to returning again on our next trip to Fort Collins. Highly recommend this property.

clean and light

This was a perfect spot to stay while in Fort Collins. Location is close to old town, Poudre bike trail and the University. The convenience of having a yard worked really well for us since we had 2 dogs with us. The full kitchen and washer and dryer made it really convenient for a 10 day stay. Stacy was a great host and answered any questions we had very promptly.

Perfect for what we needed!

We weren’t at the property much but it was great for what we needed, a place to stay while visiting family during the holiday. Nice location, sweet neighborhood with children and dogs, lots of friendly neighbors too! Also the mattress was very comfortable :) I am a pillow snob so I can’t comment on those because I just need my own pillow but the mattress was great! Thanks Stacey!

The property has a lot of potential. The backyard and access to bikes was great. Response to my questions was quick and friendly. It was not clean. Lots of animal hair and a strong pet odor.

Nothing like the pictures shown. Trash in the back yard (we have pictures). The supposed bbq area was in another yard. Ill equipped kitchen utensils. Dirt on sills of doors, chipped paint. No vanity area for women. No cabinet in bathroom. Nothing like pictures.uncomfortabuncomfortable.

Place was nice but wrong pictures for our place that we actually stayed

Nice place. Super friendly and prompt manager that allowed us early check in but the pictures that we booked off of were not the same as when we entered the place. Pictures were nicer than than what we had. Very clean, nice beds, and good location. Was a little surprised on cleaning fee with what we had to do to make sure we got all deposit back and no extra cleaning fee. I basically had to clean it like it was my own. But all and all good place, a little over priced in my mind. Thanks

Felt like home

We were staying in Fort Collins to move our two daughters into apartments at CSU and this was a great location. We were close to campus and also close to Old Town. The home was very clean and we had no concerns regarding COVID. The kitchen was well stocked for evenings that we decided to stay in and cook, and the back common area had a grill and seating area. There is a grocery store nearby that was very convenient and had everything we needed. Stacy was very helpful when we had an issue with the TV and helped us resolve it quickly. We were also very happy that the area was so quiet. It really was a fantastic home away from home while we were in Fort Collins and we will definitely come back!

FoCo gem!!!

This duplex unit was clean, updated and perfect for our 8 day stay. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen which had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the WiFi was strong and had an awesome TV. We really enjoyed meeting the other tenants from the other units in the backyard and it was the perfect spot for our pooch. Loved playing Cornhole on the warm summer eves which the unit provided or just hang out enjoying a cocktail. The welcome booklet on the coffee table had lots of important info for our stay. I was somewhat skeptical noticing on Google Maps how close it is to the UC Health Hospital but that concern quickly went away. In the 8 days we only heard 2 ambulances during the day. Don’t let the location deter from picking this property. There are plenty of places to eat in FoCo. Don’t miss the breweries, especially Odell’s and New Belgium where they have food trucks and you can bring your pooch. The Tuesday afternoon Food Truck Rally is a must do and don’t bypass our favorite truck...Corndoggies!!! Walk to the CSU Trial Annual Gardens, hike along the Poudre River, ride the cruiser bikes the complex provides down the Power Trail, check out Horsetooth or visit The Shops at Foothills, their newly renovated mall. There is aNordstom Rack! Stacy was very quick to respond to our questions and the perfect hostess. We’ll stay here without a doubt for our next visit which will be in a couple months.
