Denna lägenhet med två sovrum är charmig och modern och har ett idealiskt läge på Upper King Street, i utkanten av Marion Square. Inom kort gångavstånd finns toppbutiker och restauranger inklusive Halls Chophouse, The Darling Oyster Bar, Parcel 32, O-Ku och Kudu Coffee & Craft Beer. Privat parkering ligger precis bakom byggnaden, så att du kan lämna din bil och gå överallt i hjärtat av centrala Charleston.

Det öppna vardagsrummet och köket med frukostbar erbjuder den perfekta platsen att börja dagen på. Två bekväma sovrum (ett med en king size-säng och ett med en dubbelsäng) delar ett komplett badrum i korridoren. Känn dig som hemma med ett komplett kök, gratis Wi-Fi och kabel-TV (varje sovrum har en platt-TV med kabel).

Under sommaren kan du njuta av bondens marknad runt hörnet på Marion Square med lokala konstnärer, säljare och bönder. Under hela året stängs andra söndagen på King Street (händer den andra söndagen i varje månad) Lower King för en "shop & promenad" med gatuförsäljare och artister, levande musik, restauranger och shopping.

Som en andra våningslägenhet finns det en upps��ttning trappor för att komma åt hyra (ingen hiss tillgänglig). Nyckellösa ingångslås möjliggör enkel åtkomst till och från lägenheten.

Great trip! The location was excellent for our stay! We were able to walk everywhere! The apartment was well appointed and comfy. Also our communications with the host/manager went well - they were very responsive. I would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Charleston.

Great location, easy to walk everywhere on King Street. Plenty of uber bikes around to go further if needed. The apartment was great, exactly what we needed. Came equipped with paper towels, coffee, dishwasher pods, etc. Great communication throughout our stay! The only confusion we had the entire trip was the entrance was in the back alley of Warby Parker. Not the best entrance but the location was quiet so worth it.

Great location and nice place. Shocked though at the 900 VRBO fee that was added after booking! This was a complete shock. Beware!! Also, they only left 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 people over 5 days.

Great location with a dedicated parking spot right off King Street. Comfortable beds and overall a really nice spot. Highly recommend for anyone needing to be in Charleston for an extended period of time or just a few days. Walking (or just about) to all points of interest, great r restaurants, campuses, etc. and very easy access over the bridges to beach communities, etc. Would def stay here again.

Excellent Stay!

Convenient location on King Street, clean and comfortable place with modern decor. Only 1 parking spot for a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment FYI, but otherwise all around wonderful stay and would recommend.

Many years ago I visited Charleston with a few friends. We didn’t stay long and I have always wanted to come back. This time it was with my husband. We had a wonderful time. The location and comfort of this lovely condo were just what we needed. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Loves this place!! The apartment is conveniently located on King Street within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, etc. Check in/ checkout was super easy and the texts letting us know if the owners could help in anyway were great. Definitely would stay here again.
