Detta hus ligger på östra sidan av Stid Hill och erbjuder pittoresk utsikt över nästan hela Canandaigua sjön. Beläget på 9 uber privata tunnland, har vårt hem alla moderna bekvämligheter, en öppen planlösning och en inground pool. Tre sovrum på separata våningar med eget badrum för varje sovrum. Ett extra pulverrum finns på bottenvåningen.
Den fantastiska utsikten från vardagsrummet smälter sömlöst in i det uppdaterade moderna köket och matsalen med stor storlek - allt med fantastisk utsikt över Canandaigua sjön. Däck är tillgängligt via skjutbara franska dörrar från sovrummet på bottenvåningen och från matsalen. Efter grillning på däck, gå några meter från huset ner till den grindade i marken poolen.
Håll dig sval inomhus med central luft. Kyliga nätter? Spisen ska värma upp hela hemmet. Tvätt på huvudnivå tillsammans med massor av sängkläder - nya, rena handdukar och lakan samt poolhanddukar!

Vår närhet till Bristol Mountain gör detta hem, mer kärleksfullt känt som Eagles Nest, den perfekta reträtten året runt med skidåkning / snowboard som finns på vintern och zip-foder / trädtopp äventyr finns på sommaren / hösten.

Nitty gritty:
Sovrummet / badrumslayouten är enligt följande:
en drottningssäng (Serta Edgebrooke Eurotop) i källare / walkout-nivå. Det finns ett badrum med fullstor dusch direkt över en kort hall. På huvudnivån, sovrummet, där en drottningssäng (Serta iComfort Hybrid Series) med bifogat badrum med dubbla handfat och en fullstor dusch i full storlek. På loftet på övervåningen finns det en full säng (Allswell Hybrid) och badrum med full (duschinsats med stå upp). Alla våra sängar och kuddar har madrass / kuddeöverdrag för hygien och sinnesfrid.

Vi vill nämna att grusuppfarten inte är upplyst. Vi uppmuntrar dig att komma fram till dagsljuset eftersom husets avskilda natur kan göra det svårt att hitta på natten om du inte känner till vart du ska gå. Tyvärr hade en ny gäst med en liten sedan problem med att navigera i uppfarten och behövde hjälp från våra vänliga grannar. Även om uppfarten inte är en fråga för de flesta förare och grannarna är mycket hjälpsamma, vill vi se till att allas vistelse går smidigt - gratis! - och kräver därför att alla gäster har 4WD eller AWD.

Vi älskar barn och hundar och är glada att rymma båda! Vi har en barnstol, boosterstolar och packar / spelar i huset. Vi har också hundskålar men tillåter dem inte på möblerna!

Sedan vi köpte huset i juli 2018 har vi lagt till ett vattenreningssystem för filtrerat dricksvatten, ett 8-personers inomhus matbord, ett 8-personers matbord utomhus, ett extra picknickbord för att förbise utsikten, poolmöbler tillsammans med poolparaply, nytt poolfilter, och nyligen anlagda trädgården.

What a great place for a fun, quiet getaway!!

We loved our stay here! Tons of things already furnished in the house to make packing easier. All the comforts of home! Privacy is second to none. The serenity of this house is exactly what we needed to get away from the city. The hosts are incredible and we definitely would stay here again. Very clean, stocked, comfortable and fun! We actually fell asleep by the pool, we were so relaxed. 😌 Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Just Book it!

Amazing views of the mountains and the lake. Private, secluded, tranquil, quiet, peaceful—these are just a few words that come to mind to describe the atmosphere of the property. Huge pluses include a heated pool, firepit, and dog-friendly accommodations. If you’re planning to cook during your stay, it has everything you need (even a kitchen apron!). The village of Naples, just a short drive away, has a great market called Joseph’s Market that offers seasonal fruits and veggies, breads, oils, jams, and even steaks. Thank you, Annie, for hosting us!

Stunning Views

We had a great time at this property. We would definitely come back. We loved the property. It had everything you could want to enjoy your time there. The hot tub, the pool, and the view is magnificent!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I think my granddogs will miss it the most. They had a great time as well.

Spectacular Vacation

We Loved every moment of our vacation at this beautiful home. It has a fabulous open floor plan with gorgeous views overlooking the pool, with Canandaigua Lake & the hillside vista beyond. Home is well appointed with everything needed. Coffee on the deck In the AM watching the sunrise was glorious. The property is extremely private & quiet. Unbelievable Star gazing at night. Everything needed for a spectacular vacation. Ie: Pool, pool table hot tub, fire pit, cornhole. Outside the property there are many things to do in Naples, Canandaigua, breweries, wine tasting, hikes, etc. Great cookies at Company Store not far down the road & Cheshire Farms Creamery has fabulous ice cream/coffee in Canandaigua. The driveway absolutely requires the vehicle as stated in description. Thank you Annie & Gary!!! We hope to be back next Summer!

Lots to do

This is a lovely property, close to lots to do, and lots to do even if you never leave the house. The house is updated, has a big room with a nice pool table (not in a basement or “kid area” like most), a lovely pool, a fire pit, and a hot tub. Very comfortably sleeps 6 but one of the rooms isn’t closed off with a door. The hosts are responsive and very detailed (very helpful), and easy to work with. There are a few minor things in the house that need attention/updates, like, there are only 5 forks in the kitchen, the bottom of the two chairs on the deck have collapsed, and minor wall repairs are needed here and there. Nothing major and the hosts do provide a lot of little extras, like plenty of trash bags, dish tabs, laundry tabs, cooking oils, and even a welcome bottle of wine from the region. Very welcoming. It’s a high per day cost compared to other properties in the area but it’s worth it!

Wonderful Girls Trip

What a wonderful way to spend time with your girlfriends then to do it at this lovely house! We had an amazing time and are thankful to our hosts for allowing us to stay at their home. The views are stunning and the house was just what we needed. We would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to get away and enjoy what Naples and Canadaigua has to offer. Amazing stay with amazing views!

This is an incredible getaway stay. It's high up with a stunning view of the lake from every window. Clean and inviting, the rental was ready for a weekend stay perfectly. The extra amenities such as the pool, hot tub and pool table were a hit as well and got much use during our stay. 10 out of 10, can't recommend enough. Thanks!

Pictures don’t do it justice

We absolutely loved everything about this house and location. Stunning views of Canandaigua Lake and hills. Sunrise and Sunset just stunning. So many amenities, fireplace, fire pit, pool table and beautiful large deck with a grill and tables and chairs to enjoy the view while you eat. There is also a great swimming pool but not open this time of year. The kitchen was gorgeous with hi tech appliances. Will definitely be back and the hosts were fantastic to work with. Also pet friendly so that was a major plus for us!

Release Your Worries + Clear Your Mind

If you're looking for a unique property to release your worries and clear your mind...this is the place! As it is written, you must have a AWD/4WD vehicle and I will tell you "that's the truth!" Without this type of vehicle, you'll not reach this beautiful property. I'm in my mid 70s + use a cane and/or treking poles while walking, etc. + I found this home was accessible for me.. there is a main floor master bedroom w/bath. The two other bedrooms (both with a full bath) were on different levels of the home. All were fully accessible for me + my guests. This property offers the peace + tranquility that is truly needed in our present lives... I was a guest from Monday 4pm check in - Wednesday 10 am check out. During this short stay I witnessed a beautiful pink sunrise sky, a star show, an early a.m. greeting by dear roaming around the apple trees, pure silence + all the other sounds a secluded property could offer. These experiences are hard to have when living in the city but at this property, you'll feel like you won the lottery!! This property had been well designed... great inground pool (a short distance from the home) with a very comfortable furniture grouping allowing you to enjoy as much time as you wish; the firepit area was designed so that you could view and enjoy the property from a different perspective while sitting around the fire; and lastly the hot tub was the cherry on top! It was a delightful stay...DO IT! You won't be disappointed. R+ to owners!

Eagles Nest didn't disappoint

Beautiful as advertised. View awesome,plenty of area fir the grandkids to play,we all enjoyed the pool and hottub. The pool table was a great source of fun for all. The road up to house is in need repair.

Canandaigua Lake House

The house and property were amazing and exactly what my family needed for our annual vacation together. We had an easy time entertaining ourselves with a heated pool, large private lawn for games, hot tub, and pool table inside. The owners were clear with instructions and easy to get ahold of if needed.

Peaceful setting

Truly an amazing property. House is as described but pictures do not do it justice. We had perfect weather and used the pool and hot tub daily. Had a few minor issues and owners were prompt to respond. Detailed information when checking in was very helpful. Do not let the warnings about the driveway deter you but all wheel or 4 wheel drive is a must. We hope to return someday

Canandigua lake trip

We wanted to visit the finger lakes and this cabin was perfect. It had everything we needed for our week of fun. The kitchen is spacious with everything you need. The pool and hot tub were so relaxing.

Great Property!

The setting is fabulous! We enjoyed a very relaxing week even though the weather was not cooperative! The house was well maintained and more than roomy.Gary and Annie were extremely helpful and responded quickly to address any questions.

Amazing Relaxing Experience

Myself and three other guys came in for a golf weekend during the PGA championship. Although the house was 45 minutes to an hour from the action, we thoroughly enjoyed being able to spend some downtime and just unwind from our busy normal days. The view is amazing of the lake, the backyard is exceptionally manicured, and the house did not leave attention to detail! We were close enough to a small town in order to get provisions but other than that it seemed it was set an a location to offer a very relaxing weekend or weekdays for whoever chooses to stay here. Of course we are from Texas and are used to humidity and high temperatures. This area proved to have exceptional weather, except for one day of rain, which was a cold front that came through but we took advantage of the downtime and just relaxed. I highly recommend staying at this property! The owners were very informative prior to arrival, and they were merely a text message away for any questions that we had. First class service for a first class location!

Eagles Nest

Eagles Nest is a beautiful place with everything you want in a vacation home. There is plenty of open space, lovely views, and a home that has all that you need for a delightful stay. Amy and Gary were wonderful and helpful in answering all our questions after we arrived (like how do you turn on the lights in the living room? Answer, the switches to the left of the fireplace!) Anyway, the only negative was there was no heat in the downstairs. This time of year, it was impossible to utilize the area. I do not think this would be a problem in the summer. The driveway is quite steep, and best traversed with a 4WD/AWD. But once you get there, the place is fabulous! The town of Naples is close by with plenty of interesting things to do there. We hope to return in the summer to take advantage of the pool (which looks lovely!!).

Wonderful Family Thanksgiving

We loved the open feel of the home. Plenty of space. Each bedroom with dedicated bathrooms sure came in handy. We had no problem getting up or down the driveway! Annie was very accommodating and available. One consideration: Some of kitchen pots and pans are a little worn out. If you are going to do a bunch of cooking, you might consider bringing critical pans of your own.

Eagles Nest

Our family had a wonderful fall weekend in this great spot with a commanding view of Canandaigua Lake. The property is well maintained with all the amenities you really need. Far enough away from the city lights to offer an amazing view of the stars and quiet enough to hear the falling leaves. Check it out!

Beautiful Eagles Nest won’t disappoint!

Annie and Gary’s home will not disappoint! The views are peaceful and stunning. Loved having our daily morning and evening visits by 2 deer families. The pictures of this home are spot on. Three bedrooms to choose from for a good nights sleep. An AWD or 4WD vehicle is a must. Thanks again Annie for a wonderful week spent in your home. My daughter was totally surprised by my visit! Thanks for making that possible!
