Vackert hem, stort festdäck med utomhus-TV, täckt matplats med utomhuskök. Levereras med kajaker och paddelbrädor! Hundvänlig. Helt nytt kök. Perfekt för utvidgade familjesemestrar! På hösten, perfekt för golf / fotbollsresa!
5 sovrum - 1 Master BR nedervåningen med stor dusch med 2 huvuden plus anslutande utomhusdusch. 4 sovrum på övervåningen (2 med eget badrum) alla mot vattnet med ansluten balkong med utsikt över sjön. Inkluderar 3 master sovrum (1 kung, 1 drottning) med bifogade, privata badrum (ett med jacuzzi); andra två sovrum (1 drottning, ett med 4 våningssängar) har vardera fullt bad över hallen. Master Bath ner har king size-säng och måsebad. Helt nytt båthus och strandpromenad !!! Övre däck av båthuset erbjuder vackert område för avslappnande, titta på solnedgången eller stirra på stjärnorna! Upper Deck of båthus har också en 60 tums platt skärm.

We enjoyed the location and access to the lake. The outside of the house and furniture was less taken care of, but likely due to the amount of bugs being lakeside that come out at night. We enjoyed the time and thankful for the host for quick responses.

Our stay was amazing! We had a blast skiing and tubing with easy access to the lake. We were also able to fish and swim near the dock without any issues. The kids also enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle boards that were provided. This was our second time at this house and both times were great.

What a wonderful place to spend time with family and friends!!!!

We have stayed at this house several times and each time have such a great time. There is plenty of room and lots of water toys and activities to keep everyone busy. The kitchen is a great place to make food and enjoy each others company. Thank you for sharing your home with us and giving us a lake place to enjoy the water.

Perfect end to summer

Our family wanted one last hoorah before school started back and we chose this wonderful home. Everything is laid out for entertainment and having fun. We loved our 4 night stay.

Lakefront paradise

Perfect home for a group! Plenty of space to spread out. Fun for all ages. Excellent waterfront space to enjoy all kinds of water sports. This is our second time renting this house. Great for multiple families/friends. Owners are very helpful and good communicators.

Excellent place to stay

This property was so great, with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Right on the water, so handy for fishing, and we really enjoyed the lights in the water after dark. We loved that the dining table was large enough to accommodate all 10 of us!

Great vacation spot

We came to the beautiful Texas hill country to view the eclipse with our family and some friends. This property stunned, it was more than we could have ever hoped for. Property was very clean, we never saw a single bug in the house, which on a lake is saying something. The upper level boat deck is so much fun, and the house has lots of separate spaces that allow you to escape your group if you need some down time. Great view directly on to the lake.

We had plenty of room for our family group. We loved being able to use the kayaks and the fireplace. Beautiful view from the living room and all the bedrooms! We had a wonderful Thanksgiving trip there 😊

Great house on LBJ

The second year we’ve stayed here. Love the location and deep water access. All upstairs rooms have lakeside windows and doors to upper deck. Great open floor plan downstairs. Stairs into lake are helpful. Amazing sunsets!

Guys Lake Weekend

Great place for a large group gathering. Nice boat dock for our boat and lots of water toys means we never had to leave the house. We had a group of 12 and there was plenty of room for everyone.

Love this view

While it was super hot in Texas while we were there the lake water was always refreshing. We all enjoyed floating,kayaking and paddle boarding. The kids loved catching fish. And then when it got too hot to be outside we felt like we were still on the water with the wonderful views from the house. We loved how close we were to the water. So peaceful.

Excellent Views With All The Amenities

Great property and great hosts. Stayed at several lake houses and this one has all the views and amenities you need for a memorable lake experience. Excellent indoor and outdoor layout with many thoughtful details. Loved the outdoor lighting for those lakeside evenings. We very rarely stay at the same place twice but we would stay here again for sure.

Great family vacation spot!

The house has plenty of space to spread out, both inside and out. Everyone really enjoyed the kayaks, the paddle board, and the island float. My 3 grandkids got to experience fishing for the first time (night time fish light was great)! We had to get used to the induction stovetop, but once done, the kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of room for multiple cooks. (Bring your own baggies, foil, and Tupperware for both cooking and taking leftovers home) All 9 of us easily sat around the kitchen and outside tables. The coffee grinder was not working and Jackie had one delivered to us the very next day. (Thanks again Jackie!) The sunsets off the upper deck were beautiful. And the grassy area was great for lawn games. All the bedrooms and bedding were clean and comfortable, as was the rest of the house. Even the pool table got good use. Jackie left recommendations for boat rental companies and the one we chose delivered the boat directly to our dock! All in all, a great place for a family vacation.

Shawn and Jackie O'Farrell live in Austin, Texas and have 3 children. We are both professionals in high tech. We are quite busy with our jobs and children which precludes us from going to our home in Horseshoe Bay as much as we would like which is why we rent it out.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We loved Lake LBJ because it is a constant level lake and enables you to have a home very near the lake because flooding will not happen. Additionally, we loved the Horseshoe Bay area because it is close to Austin and also home to many restaurants and amenities. Additionally, it is close to Marble Falls which also has great restaurants and bars with entertainment.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We have 175 ft of beautiful open water front. We can view both the sunrise and sunset over the water from our property. Boat Dock and Jet Ski Ramps included.

The water in front of our home is clear and around 7 feet deep and protected from boaters by our boathouse. It is very private as it is all on the water and a great place to ski, wakeboard, swim, play in the water. We provide canoes, kayaks, lily pads, life jackets. We even have stairs that go into the water so that older people and dogs can get in and out.
