Great walking location

Perfect proximity for walking to 3rd and 5th street restaurants and shopping, as well as the beach. Adjacent park setting is serene. On site parking is convenient.

Perfect location for us and our dog!

Being able to bring our dog was a great convenience, the location was great with a park right out the back door! Not to mention the ease of getting to the beach, shops and eating.

Beautiful Location

We stayed Wednesday to Sunday and walked everywhere: the beach (2 blocks away), historical Naples (2 blocks from the center) and downtown (4 blocks away). Great location, quiet space, excellent hospitality.

Loved our stay! The location couldn’t be better-enjoyed the walkability to shops, restaurants & beach. The cottage was clean & comfortable. Our hosts were pleasant & available & happy to assist or educate about the area as needed. Would stay again & recommend to folks looking to stay in old Naples.

A lot of positives

This is a great location with convenient parking. The unit was clean and comfortable. Light sleeper should be aware that two AC units are just outside the bedroom window and can be heard cycling at night. However, this unit is in a quiet neighborhood and we felt safe. We will definitely stay here again.

Very nice property! Very close to beach..easy walk. Wagon, umbrellas, beach chairs and cooler provided. Very clean and nicely furnished. Communicating with the owners was very quick. Thank you for sharing your property!

Old Naples Relaxation

Visiting Naples is what you make of it. In this case, the location of this property is 100%. Two-minute walk to all activities on S.3d St or 10 minutes to 5th Avenue. Five minutes to the beach. Private parking, so no issues.

If you like having privacy and still being just blocks from fabulous shopping and restaurants, this is your place. We ate fresh seafood every night. Perfect place for a couple.

Great outdoor patio; the BEST location for walking to Third Street shops and restaurants and to the beach. We found the stroll (15min) to 5th Ave. very easy (we are in our 70’s). Marilynn was exceptionally responsive to our needs!!

Christmas in Naples

We enjoyed the comfortable layout with the overstuffed couches and firm comfortable king bed. The outdoor porch overlooking the neighborhood vest pocket park with the gazebo was particularly appealing. Also appealing was the convenience to third Street shops and restaurants and the short walk to 5th Avenue and the pier/beaches.

Perfect in every way!

We had a fabulous stay and can't wait to return! Close to everything but still incredibly quiet. An easy walk to the beach as well as stores and restaurants on 3rd and 5th. Patio was perfect for alfresco dinners at home. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. Marilynn and Gary were wonderful hosts.

Perfect location

This was a perfect location for our long weekend. It was a short walk to the beach, which we went to daily. It was a shorter walk to 3rd street district. We enjoyed dinner at several local restaurants. We also enjoyed sitting on the patio. We would definitely rent here again.
