A lot of positives

This is a great location with convenient parking. The unit was clean and comfortable. Light sleeper should be aware that two AC units are just outside the bedroom window and can be heard cycling at night. However, this unit is in a quiet neighborhood and we felt safe. We will definitely stay here again.

Piece of paradise

We loved it, perfect location, adorable beach cottage. 5minute walk to beach, 2 minute walk to 5th avenue, where everything you’d need is located. Enjoy our stay so much, plan to return. Gary and Marilyn are awesome hosts.

Great little getaway

First time in Naples and this property was the perfect spot to get to the beach and the nightlife. All we needed was beach towels, beach chairs an umbrella and a cooler. Everything was there to accommodate us. Clean property and comfortable accommodations

Wonderful Location and Excellent Hosts

We loved our stay at this location! It was perfect for our anniversary weekend. The home is a short walk to the beach as well as several restaurants and bars. Marilynn and Gary answered all of our questions immediately and were more than happy to make recommendations for local activities, restaurants, etc. We hope we get a chance to stay here again some day!

Fantastic location and great host

Only one block from 3rd street shopping and a few blocks from the beach, the location could not be better. Good amount of space, kitchen with all necessary equipment and utensils, comfortable furniture, and a new washer and dryer. Bathroom could use a few upgrades, but it is functional. Very comfortable stay and we would definitely stay again.

Naples Getaway Review

Great location, easy walk to beach and restaurants. The provided beach accessories including towels, chairs, small drink cooler, and cart worked out great for us. Stayed in off season so lots of early bird menu specials at restaurants. The unit is a little dated and could use some upgrades but is very clean and nice, comfortable bed, etc.
