Vår lägenhet ligger perfekt på 6: e våningen direkt med utsikt över Lazy River på Phoenix Orange Beach med fantastisk panoramautsikt över viken! Undvik hissar och parkera på samma våning som lägenheten !! Vi har också ett nyckellöst dörrlås, så du behöver inte hålla nöden med några nycklar under din vistelse! Du kan njuta av en spektakulär utsikt över viken från balkongen eller genom fönster från golv till tak i vardagsrummet och sovrummet. Med över 1.750 kvadratmeter är enheten väldigt rymlig, nybyggd och ny på hyresmarknaden !!

Bekvämligheterna är rikliga på denna condo i Phoenix Orange Beach: enheten är utrustad med full storlek apparater, våt bar med ismaskin, 65 "plattskärms-HDTV i vardagsrummet och en plattskärm 55" HDTV i master och en 50 "Smart TV i 2: a och 3: e sovrum, tvättstuga med full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det finns en king size-säng i Master och 2: a sovrummet och två queen size-sängar i 3: e sovrummet tillsammans med en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet för att sova upp till 10.

Det finns en fantastisk nollutgång utomhuspool med en vattenrutschbana som förbinder till en lat flod, uppvärmd pool i döden, två stora jacuzzi, toppmoderna fitnesscenter med utsikt över viken, grillgrillar och en tennisbana på 10: e våningen.

Det finns en 25-årig lägsta åldersgräns för att reservera enheten som kommer att verkställas utan återbetalning för överträdelse.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was not very clean. Floors were dirty when we got there and some surfaces in kitchen. The trash cans had nasty residue in them that need to be cleaned. Washing machine drum is broken so you can only wash one towel or small batch of clothes at a time. Oven didn’t have working numbers and took forever to heat up. Nice unit but needs better cleaning crew and some appliance repairs.

Perfect family getaway!

We loved our stay here! The condo was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated, not to mention conveniently located on one of the lower floors (6th) of the property. Between the beach, lazy river, and splash pad, there was no shortage of things to keep our toddler busy. Definitely one of our better stays in the OB area!

Fantastic location and condo

We absolutely loved the condo and the location. The staff were all friendly. The lazy river was fun. The beach access was great! We would not hesitate booking this same unit in the future.

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo that had everything we needed for our stay. Having an ice machine was great! The disposal was not working when we checked in - I reported it, and it was replaced within hours.

Excellent vacation

It was way too short . The Sunday they closed the pool due to weather. Our pool was closed for hours when others were open. We could not find anyone at check in. But that did get resolved once we got someone on the phone . The condo was awesome . Plenty of room and enjoyed all the amenities of the property. Short walk to the beach

Excellent Location and Perfect Condo

4 adults, 2 teenagers, and a child stayed in this condo. It was immaculate. The furnishings were so well made and beautiful and the condo itself was spacious. We felt like we were staying in luxury. The location was perfect with many restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping across the street in walking distance. Basic necessities were provided. Parking on the same floor as the room was such a great convenience. I am positive this will not be the last time we visit this condo at Phoenix Orange Beach!

We will come back!

Beautiful unit! Wonderfully decorated! Beds were all comfortable with great bedding! Kitchen was nicely supplied. Could definitely use more bath towels. Parking fee was strange. It was the first time paying a fee when renting a condo. We rent yearly. Sometimes twice a year. The wrist band thing is kind of annoying. A security guard was chasing my 35 year old sister around because she didn’t have one on. Overall the unit was a 10 out of 10. The property was 7 out of 10. The board walk is dangerous. My 3 year old son slipped and fell through the bars 10 feet down to the sand. They need sandpaper grips or something ASAP. His life jacket seven him from falling through. My teenagers also slipped and fell. It also needs furniture neat the grilling area. It’s just a large open area with nothing. Hard to enjoy it.

Beautiful unit

Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful unit. Can’t say enough about how beautiful and well it is decorated. It is brand new , very clean and decorated by designers. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We were able to park on the same floor as our unit which made it convenient for loading and unloading. My only complaints were the young guy that checked us in had a attitude and greeted me with a “what’s up” and the patio furniture was too tall (bar height) for husband to sit in with his Parkinson’s. It had 2 nice chase loungers but he had a difficult time getting up since they are low. It Would be nice to have regular height patio chairs or sofa since he enjoys reading on the patio and relaxing. This unit is on the 6th floor and right above the water slide ,so it was very loud with kids screaming. The lazy river is great but the outside pool is quite small and is part of the lazy river. The inside pool and hot tubs are very nice. Cayce, with the rental Agency was very nice and helpful.

Great location and property amenities

Overall, good rental experience. Had some cleanliness concerns at checkin with the master bed linens. Many peices of hair and hot pink toe nail trimmings found in "clean" sheets. Contacted property manager and got a call back within 2 hours. Someone brought me clean set of king sheets that afternoon, no king blanket was delivered, and no one offered to remake the bed or take the dirty linens. I had to strip the soiled linens myself, remake the bed with clean sheets, and wash the blanket my first evening there before i could go to bed. Manager did offer to refund my cleaning fee of $265 for my troubles. I also found many hairs on all bath towels and face clothes. I ended up washing all the bath towels on second day. A clean king blanet was delivered to me on day 3 of my stay and no one ever collected the soiled linens. Manager did offer to have someone picked up on day 3, but i was not in the condo to put the dirty linens by the door the time the cleaners stopped by. Otherwise, the unit was clean and as advertised. Clean kitchen, shower/tubs, floors, ect. I hate that my experience involved the cleanliness issue of linens or i would have rated 5/5 for all areas. Property has excellent amenities and well maintained. Close proximity to food, groceries, shopping.

Great vacation location

We enjoyed eating at the original Doc’s on Canal Rd and Cosmos Restaurant on Canal Rd.We also enjoyed steamed shrimp from Blaylock’s on Canal Road. The lazy River and zero entry pools met our needs. The only drawback for us was the height of the beds and the dining table. One person in our family has disabilities due to stroke so the height made it difficult for him. Being able to park on the level of the unit was great,

In my opinion, some of the pots and pans should be replaced and the hairdryer in the main bathroom was broken. In one of the guest baths the toilet paper holder needed replaced. We enjoy staying at the resort because it is clean, well run, and the staff very welcoming! We plan to stay again!!

Great Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband, along with our 2 grown children, their spouses, and our 3 grandchildren stayed in unit 602 for a week-long family vacation. The bedroom setup worked perfectly for all of us, and we had plenty of towels. We had plenty of room to spend time together in the living area and balcony. The beds were comfortable, but I would bring my own pillows next time. The only cooking we did was breakfast. There was sufficient cookware and dishes for that. We were happy to have the large coffee maker as well as a Keurig. The only suggestion I would make is to update the pots and pans because the non-stick coating is quite worn. Overall, we had a fantastic week. My husband and I plan to stay in this condo again in September with friends.

Annual OBA trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed the condo at Phoenix in Orange Beach. I do wish the pool area was better for littles. Security seemed to take their job serious which is always a plus. We did notice that our floors in the condo we were in were not clean. My child’s feet were extremely dirty after being there for 30 mins. Everything else seemed pretty clean. The size of the condo was perfect for 3 families but we probably wouldn’t stay here again due to the pool area.

Phoenix Orange Beach #602

The location is awesome! You have amazing views of the beach, sunrise, and sunset. The unit has plenty of room for everyone to relax. Couple of issues while there- The stove was not operating properly, we made contact with the office and they sent someone out to repair. One of the lounge chairs on the deck was broken. The head piece is not able to be raised. I researched reviews and someone had mentioned this in August of this year. While speaking to the office I mentioned this-hopefully they will get it taken care of! Overall, this is a great place, in a great location.
