This spacious luxury apt is close to the subway (just a 5-10 minutes walk to the L/G/J/M/Z lines - Lorimer St. station on the L or Hewes on the J/M/Z - 15 minutes from the city).
- Restaurants, bars and grocery are close by (couple blocks)
- Walgreens just around the corner
- There's two 24-hour delis right across the road.

- 65" HD 4K Curved TV with free Roku Streaming (HBO, ShowTime, Netflix, Sling and more)
- Central AC
- High speed internet & Wifi connection
- New kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances
- New bath with amazing "rain" shower head!

The high ceiling and large windows definitely give a nice feeling of openness in urban NYC. I have designed the apartment in a way that is comfortable and attentive to those little needs people may have - whether it's a holder for the kitchen towels, a place to put your travel bag and toothbrush, etc - those little details make a big difference to me when I travel, and I am sure you'll appreciate them.
