- Early arrival and/or late departure needs to be arranged with the resort after confirmation of your reservation is received.

- Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.

- Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age.

- Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of Service Animals.

Check in time will be at 4pm, check out time will be at 10am. All other arrangements to check in early or late check out, must be arranged with the resort directly, after we have confirmed your room.

ADDITIONAL FEE S DUE AT CHECK IN: $25 per day resort fee.

Resort Fee Includes: Pools and hot tubs, poolside movies, fitness room, business center computer/Internet and boarding pass printing.

The Welcome Center will send a detailed arrival letter to you via email with check in instructions, late arrival info, everything you will need once you make your final payment on your reservation. If you have paid in full for your reservation, a detailed arrival letter will be sent as soon as possible.
