Loft i San Lorenzo, två minuter från akvariet; med möjlighet till parkering

I de äldsta och välbesökta av stadens historiska centrum, 50 meter från katedralen San Lorenzo och 300 från den gamla hamnen och akvariet, vi hyr en nyrenoverad vindsvåning, med kök, badrum och sovrum. Lägenheten, enligt lagen om bevarande, kombinerar antika element - en underbar takbjälkar, beräknas går tillbaka till 1500, samt klinkergolv i sovrummet, en läcker lavandinetto marmor och även den antika åmynningar terrakotta - med moderna inslag, såsom järnstänger som, från taket, håller upp loftet. För denna egenhet inte bara estetiska utan även strukturellt har publicerats i tidskrifter är inredning både arkitektur. E 'fullt möblerade och har avancerade apparater, från diskmaskinen till kombinationen ugnen (mikrovågsugn och ventilerad), DVD-spelare, TV, safe, tvättmaskin, torktumlare, kyl och frys. Det ligger i den bilfria zonen och har därför total tystnad; Däremot kan köra ända fram till dörren - se hemsidan genovaparcheggi. sv för detaljer och villkor. På mindre än fem minuter kan du nå flera offentliga parkeringsplatser och de viktigaste tunnelbanestationerna och bussar. Och 'en idealisk bas för att utforska till fots, området Aquarius (3-5 min), centrum (3-5 min) och museiområdet. Katedralen San Lorenzo är 100 m. Med den gamla hissen sjungs av poeten Caproni är ett par minuter Esplanaden i Castelletto som erbjuder en oslagbar utsikt över hela staden.

OBS 1: Jag kan hyra en parkeringsplats i silor i Via Marina Park i flottan på 15 euro per dag. Den Silos är 700m (8 min promenad) från lägenheten.

Quirky property close to everything

Comfortable stay for the two of us, easy self check. The loft is located in a fantastoc location, close to everything we wanted to see/do. The property is quirky and definitely not for you if you dont like stairs. There arent alot, bit they are challenging. Luckily for me I have a tradie for a partner and he is used to navigating spaces carrying rolls of carpet so a suitcase was no worries. A great restaurant at your doorstep and less than a minute to some great coffee. Our host Paola was easy to deal with and responsive with information.

Best Introduction to Italy

I cannot recommend Genova, this loft, or Paola highly enough -- we fell in love with all three. The loft is beautiful, historic, and perfectly located (downtown, 2 minutes to bakeries, stores, and cafes, but tucked away in a sidestreet so it's not too noisy). The loft is spacious and enjoyable. Paola is literally the best hostess -- she gave us recommendations for things to do and places to eat (and they were all incredible -- we give Paola's recommendations five stars). She even went out of her way to help us plan what to do for the rest of our time in Italy (the time outside of Genova). She was so charming and so helpful. We'll remember our stay in Genova fondly and plan to come back as soon as possible to stay again in this incredible location and eat more Genovese pesto! Grazie!!

La casa è vicina all'acquario e alle principali attrazioni, pulita e ben organizzata. Le scale del palazzo sono molto ripide e pericolose ma dentro si sta bene. Ok per famiglie

Genoa is just the place to discover, it gets better every time you visit the city. And the historical centre will keep on giving if you are willing to walk across and around it. This means that the location of the apartment is perfect. The facilities of the house are good and the host, Paola, is attent and helpful.

Agréable

Très bel appartement, rénové, agréable et bien équipé. Il y a même des jeux pour les enfants ! Comme il est situé en plein centre-ville, c'est idéal pour découvrir le centre historique à pied. Eléna est adorable et nous a aidés à réserver le parking pour la voiture à quelques pas pour un accueil hyper confortable ! Une adresse à noter dans les tablettes

Tout bien !

Très agréable appartement, calme et clair car donnant sur un petit jardin (avec quelques tables d'un restaurant mais pas de gène), avec le charme des anciennes constructions (il a été rénové avec goût). Paola est charmante et l'accueil très sympathique. L'appartement est propre et bien équipé, idéal pour deux (ou une petite famille avec la chambrette). Grand lit très confortable. Il est à noter que la hauteur sous plafond de la mezzanine demande de la prudence si on dépasse 1m80. Réseau wifi très aléatoire en dehors de la fenêtre. Merci à Paola.

Pleasant surprise

My girlfriend and I stayed in this condo for 3 nights this past September and were very pleased with our stay. The condo more than met our expectations and was in a great location in old town Genova. Paola was great to deal with. She was very friendly and helpful. Take heed any suggestions she may offer you, as they were all must see, do or eats.

Awesome flat

Simply awesome. Beautiful flat in a very old house in the very center of Genova. The flat was really spacy with everything we could possibly need. The owners were very helpful and it was a pleasure to communicate with them. We also appreciated all the information about Genova and its surroundings. And last but not least - few bottles of cold drinks in a fridge waiting for us after a long hot journey. All recommendation from Czech Republic

Un piacevole soggiorno in una casa di altri tempi

Siamo stati benissimo!

A prescindere dallo splendido scenario in cui è inserito l'alloggio, un centro storico medioevale tutto da scoprire (non esitate ad entrare nei palazzi, come ci ha consigliato la proprietaria!), la nostra vacanza ha goduto di uno speciale sapore al ritorno al passato in questo gioiellino inserito nel centro di Genova. L'appartamento ci ha meravigliato e totalmente soddisfatto per la pulizia e la completezza dei comfort e per la tranquillità e il silenzio della sua ubicazione. Per ogni aiuto o suggerimento riguardo la vostra visita, vi consigliamo di chiedere alla proprietaria che si è sempre dimostrata affidabilissima e disponibile alle nostre richieste. Ci ha accompagnato ad un paio di ristoranti in zona e ci ha portato delle lenzuola supplementari quando gliel'abbiamo chiesto. Se proprio dovessimo trovare un difetto, le scale sono un po' mal tenute, anche se dovete fare solo due rampe.

Una sistemazione lussuosa

Questo è uno degli appartamenti più belli che ho trovato. E' stata una vera emozione trascorrere del tempo qui, perché l'aspetto della casa e i tantissimi dettagli antichi rinvenuti e curati dalla proprietaria con vero gusto e molta cura ti fanno vivere a contatto con secoli di storia. L'appartamento è allo stesso tempo dotato di tutti i confort di una casa moderna, dagli elettrodomestici ad incasso alla cassaforte e quadri moderni e allegri.

My name is Paola. I spent in Vico Indoratori my first 6 years of marriage. When our second child arrived, we moved to a larger apartment. The loft has become my studio - here I come to work and I can spend entire hours undisturbed, forgetting about life outside. Also Lorenzo, our first child, loves coming back to visit the house where he was born: he climbs up the stairs and goes back to what has been his first room. Of our three children he is the only one who lived the sounds and colors of the old town, he is the only one who has memories of this apartment dunked in centuries of history.
I graduated in Computer science and I am currently working as IT at an international school. I speak german, english and french, I spent long periods abroad and I love meeting people from around the world and showing them corners and secrets of a city that is known to be reserved and closed.
I love traveling myself and discovering the secrets of other countries and cultures. I love photography and each trip represents for me a new oportunity. I love reading, music and sport, in particular we very ofthen spend the best days of the year sailing on our J80 boat.

Varför värden valde detta boende

An overview of the surroundings.
The ideal stay in Genoa is of three, preferably four days. The must does are:
1. Portofino and its surroundings, with Camogli, San Fruttuoso and, possibly, Santa Margherita: 1 day visit. You can reach Portofino by car, by train or by ferry from the Expo, two minutes from the apartment. You can also hike on the promontory of Portofino, or stroll through the villages, transfering from one to the next by car, train or ferry. Keep in mind that San Fruttuoso is only accessible on foot or by sea.
2. Cinque Terre: 1 day visit. The best way to reach Cinque Terre is by train, with an Intercity to the first village, Monterosso. To reach all the villages on foot it takes about 5-6 hours. The nicest as well as shortest path (30 min) is between Rio Maggiore (the last village) and Manarola.
3. Aquarium and the historic center: 1 day, i.e. half a day for the aquarium and another half for the historic center. For lovers of architecture and history, however, I suggest a whole day for the old town, visiting Via Garibaldi and its museums.
If you want to stay a few days longer, you can not miss Bocadasse (half a day, or better, one evening), reachable by bus or by foot along the waterfront); Villa Pallavicini in Pegli (half day), accessible by train, bus, car, or ferry from the Expo; a quick ride with the Castelletto lift to see the whole city at your feet! The cimitery of Staglieno, one of the largest monumental cemeteries in Europe a real open-air museum.
Remember, finally, that from Genoa you can reach even the French Riviera and Pisa in just a couple of hours, and in both directions there are wonderful stops, such as for instance Dolceacqua, or Sestri Levante, Lerici and Portovenere.

Children under three years of age are free of charge. For them there is also a baby bed and a high chair.
There are pots and pens, towels, sheets and blankets. There are also books, social games and toys for kids.
There is no ac but since the walls are rather thick, the air is always fresh; there are fans for the hottest days.
Very important for summer visitors: all windows are equipped with mosquito nets!
Light, water and gas are included in the price.

NOTE: There is the possibility to rent a parking slot in the Garage Marina Park in Via della Marina (700m) for 15 Euros/day.
