Liten stadsbo, privat sovrum i vårt hem, full användning av kök. Spår och bäverdammar i närheten. Stor inhägnad gård är bra för hundar. Dubbelsäng. Privat badrum. Utrustning / motorcykelutrymme i garaget. Våra andra rum är Pike's Place (PP) om du föredrar en queen size-säng eller Mountain Majesty (MM) om du föredrar stor säng. PP och MM delar ett bad när båda rummen är bokade. Hundar måste alltid vara hos sin ägare och har ingen historia av aggression mot andra hundar eller människor. Frukosten är kontinental.

Great location! Out of town but convenient

Loved the decks! Having access to the kitchen was a real plus, as was the private bathroom. Hosts were great - it was just what we needed!

Great stay!

Welcoming, clean, comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable. Nice little touches such as a heater in the bathroom, makeup mirror, plenty of extra blankets, shower supplies, and food for breakfast.

Wonderful stay.

Nice stay, Gayle and Ray were very helpful with places to go, weather and how to get around easily. They were extremely nice. Accommodations were great. Highly recommend and will stay here again! Very kind people.

We would gladly stay here again

My wife and I spent 5 nights at Gayle and Ray's lovely home while we explored Woodland Park as a potential place to retire. They are both very gracious hosts and we now count them (along with their dog Seymour) as our new Woodland Park friends.

Perfect stay

We truly enjoyed everything about the house, our room, the neighbourhood, and Woodland Park! The house and our room exceeded our expectations by far! The pictures do not do the justice. The house and our room were so tastefully decorated - beautiful pieces of art and woodwork! The hosts definitely take really good care of the house and make sure guests have most comfortable and enjoyable experience. Even though we ate out most of the time, we were amazed to see that the kitchen is extremely well stocked. The bed is super comfy and the bathroom is nice and large. The room is very large, too. It is very quiet and peaceful at the house and in the neighbourhood. Gayle is a very gracious host. Our only regret is that we wish we'd have stayed longer!

Feels like Home :)

If we were able to give Gayle and Ray 10 stars we would gladly do it.. This place is so clean and so wonderfully equipped.. This will easily be our go to place the next time we are in the area. They make this feel like home.. Super clean very friendly great location... They truly make it feel like home.. 2 Big Texas Thumbs way up !!!! AAA+++ We are going to miss their dog Seymour , he is such a sweetie :)

Quick trip to Colorado

Loved this place. The owners were great, the house was warm and cozy and very comfortable. We had to cut our stay short due to weather, but would definitely stay again when we’re ablevto go back and stay a while.

Mountain adventure

Ray was very accommodating and hospitable for my son and I over the Thansgiving holiday. Their dog Seymour was such a sweetheart. The location was excellent for us as we were within 20 minutes of all our mountain adventures east and west of Woodland Park. The master bedroom was very comfortable and cozy with amazing furniture. The pillows were like soft fluffy clouds. Even more spectacular was all the wildlife just outside the window. This was an amazing comfortable stay with amazing owners...including Seymour.

Great place

The homeowners are a lovely couple, both very kind and welcoming. The listing is as discribed. It's a nice and comfy home, with beautiful mountain views. If you're looking for nature views, outside the city, quite, and affordable, this is the place!! P/S: the property is smoke friendly anywhere outside. They have three decks/patios.
