Denna rustika moderna stuga ligger bara nÄgra minuter frÄn downtown Blowing Rock, som sitter vid foten av farfar Mountain, bara tre minuter frÄn Blue Ridge Parkway.

Detta orörda specialbyggda hem har tre sovrum och ett loft som byggdes i november 2018.

Följ spÄret till Treetop Park, en underbar plats för en camp-out, eller utforska Chimney Park. Miles av stigar ger vandrare, cyklister och vandrare med mycket chanser att komma ut och njuta av den fÀrskt bergsluften. Denna natursköna byway strÀcker sig nÀstan 500 miles genom North Carolina och Virginia och omfattar bÄde förhistoriska och tidiga europeiska bosÀttningar. SweetGrass ligger utanför den historiska Blue Ridge Parkway, strax norr om Linn Cove Viaduct och besökare centrum.

Wonderful mountain getaway

The home was in a beautiful gated community about 12 minutes from town. It was kept beautifully and so clean. Literally had everything we needed for a quick weekend getaway. The bed we slept in was very comfortable. The extra nap blankets were a plus for cooler nights. Plenty of linens in the home! There was a beautiful path to walk around the lake- maybe 1.25 miles. It was perfect for walking our dog. He was in heaven there too! The homeowner was very quick to respond and so kind. Thank you for having us!

Excellent winter stay

My family and I have stayed at this home twice and it is always a great time. The proximity to the lake is delightful and the neighborhood is the best. We really enjoyed the hot tub in the winter!

Great escape close to Blowing Rock

Very nice home in a gated community; close to Blowing Rock. The home was very clean and comfortable. The community had nice walking paths and a great play area for kids and pets.

Magical Mountain Get Away

The house and lake-front setting are absolutely beautiful. The house is very tastefully decorated, furnished and well-equipped. The property offers access to trails along some of the most gorgeous rhododendron-lined mountain streams imaginable. Plus - it snowed while we were there! We loved it and will be back!

Beautiful Home in Perfect Location

We stayed for the weekend in October 2023 when our kids were participating in a cross country meet in Boone. Blowing Rock is a great little town with plenty to do. The home is gorgeous, private, and well built. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Perfect mountain getaway

We love Blowing Rock and enjoy going in the winter months. This was our first stay here and it was to die for! We didn’t want to leave. The community is a true gem.
