Holiday Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this location! The house was ready early, convenient to downtown and walkable to the beach and many restaurants. Tons of space for all of us and the kitchen had everything we needed. They did have a Keurig and patio chairs as well.

Great place for a beach front get away!

The house was great - tons of space and has everything you need. The spiral staircase was not a problem for our group of all adults, but would not recommend for a family with younger children.

Family reunion

Great location, great amount of parking, great amount of bedrooms, and bathrooms. Bedrooms had the perfect set up for us with some multiples in one room. A little light in the cookware, but we made do.

Excellent Location

This wonderful home with rooftop deck, one house from the beach, has plenty of parking, and is only a very short walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and pubs. The huge Master Bedroom has a very impressive panoramic view of the beach and the kitchen great room was perfect for our group of 11 adults. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, our host was super responsive to every question or concern, and with the home's generous refund policy we have reserved a week to return next year.

Excellent, as advertised!

We had 13+ guests and it fit everyone comfortably. Easy access to the beach. We had everything we needed as far as appliances went. The only minor issue was not having enough incidentals - garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, etc. - to get party this size through the week.

Rental by beach

Great property walk to beach so close. The spiral staircase is small and taking luggage up to floor with majority of bedrooms was a little difficult. TVs not in every bedroom. Its a very clean property and has alot of amenities.

Great place for family vacation

Great house, even better location. Beach access was super close and there were many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The only drawback was the spiral staircase - it was the only way to access the 4 upstairs bedrooms, and there was a gap between the stair rails and the door frame on the landing. There was a door you can close at the top for safety, but just something to consider if you have a lot of kids running around on their own. Overall, the house was a great fit for our family group, plenty of space inside with lots of bathrooms.

Wonderful family

5 families- 16 people and was the perfect beach house get away while my daughter got married downtown. Loved the walks to taco shop, Putt putt, and anything needed nearby. Many balconies spots to have quiet time and great hang spots with all inside and out. Very clean. Great experience. Large master suite. Morning rooftop coffee. Would definitely rent this again.

Perfect home for a multi-family beach vacation

We had a fabulous stay at Sea View! There was plenty of room to spread out for our four families, all of which had children. We loved the location, as it was steps to the beach and walkable to restaurants and a bar. The space was great, and we loved the large kitchen, dining, and family area, plus the screened-in porches. The rooftop was a bonus for getting great family photos at sunset. There are a few things we would have liked to see differently, but that's us getting picky (maybe all king beds in the rooms with just one bed!), and we were overall very very happy with this home. We would absolutely stay here again, and hope to again in the future!

Lots of Space

We are a group of work friends that have an annual trip every year. We all above 55 and struggled with the spiral staircase (luggage etc). We had assumed it was to the rooftop viewing. The downstairs has been renovated and it looks amazing. the photos show the old kitchen. We had a great time and there is plenty of space for us all to have our own rooms. Beds were comfortable. The staircase to the roof needs some love and the upstairs bathrooms were difficult with the jaccuzi tubs. over all a very clean, roomy and equipped place. Just not for people who can’t claim stairs and haul luggage.

Girls golf getaway

We enjoyed our stay but were most displeased with the cleanliness and overall condition of the home. Light fixtures and fans that didn’t work, hair in the bathrooms, grunge on the appliances and floors, etc. etc. The spiral staircase was tough for our age group but some of us could manage. But when all was said and done we had a good time. The online photos were a bit misleading🥴

Great spot for a group trip or WEDDING TRIP!

My (now) wife and I stayed here with our bridal party for our wedding in the St. Augustine. Waking up to see the beach, just a short walk via the boardwalk in front, was amazing. This was the best weekend of my life and this was a fun place to be with our people celebrating us. It was also a great place to get ready for the wedding as we used separate floors for the bride/bridesmaids and groom/groomsmen. Would love to visit again just as a group trip, or maybe a vow renewal in the future! 😉 Check in/out process was easy thanks to the location having a door code so no one has to share or return keys. Only notes I have are that there is only 1 queen bed, not 2 as claimed. I measured them and one of the “queen” beds is just a full. It worked out for our party but I was confused when first checking the rooms. If you plan on being here more than a day or two you’ll need supplies. They provide one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and some small hotel shampoo/conditioner bottles and a small bar soap. That being said, this place is still a 10/10 for me.

Limited beach view

It was ok but their outdoor furniture was lacking. No tables at all outside, We couldn’t sit outside for dinner and the chairs were uncomfortable. The only beach view was on rooftop and master bedroom. If you stayed on second floor the bathroom was shared with everyone which you had to go through bedrooms to get to it. There were signs that said only 4 people allowed on balconies. So you couldn’t be out there with family. Do not forget toilet paper because they only provide one roll per bathroom. The pots and pans were scattered so finding the items you need to cook was a hunt. No organization. One bedroom did not have a bathroom so you had to go to bottom floor to use that one. The sheets and pillow cases had stains. No extra blankets and sheets were crammed in drawers. The whole family couldn’t hang out in living room because not enough sitting room for everyone. I could have handled everything but the seating outside and all the signs that limited people on the balconies.

Good size home for large family

Wasn’t as clean as I think a rental property should, don’t offer enough supplies for a large family not enough toilet paper or paper towels definitely bring some. Also first night we were there refrigerator was broken I thought it just need a day to cool but turned out wasn’t working. Had some food go bad and the suggestion of maintenance was to get ice for coolers. That wasn’t very helpful considering we had seafood and baby food and formula that needs to be kept at a certain temp. Lost some money in food. The kitchen was a little dirty where the stove was I was sweeping and found some potato chips (we didn’t bring potato chips. All and all it wasn’t terrible but I don’t think we’ll be staying at this particular house again.

Great location

Our original house had to cancel on us due to damage from hurricane Ian. We had to scramble 2 days before our vacation to find a house big enough for our family. We couldn’t believe this great house was available! Plenty of room and beds, incredible location! We would definitely stay here again!
