Rebecca, thank you for your detailed feedback, and we're glad the heated pool and hot tub made the trip enjoyable despite the weather. We're sorry the couches, missing amenities, bedding and door access fell short. Since your stay we have added shower soap, wine glasses, guest-house mugs and extra towels and have updated cleaning and linen inspection. The front keypad has been replaced with a more simplified process. We appreciate you helping us improve and would welcome the chance to host you again. – Andrew & Jocelyn

Thank you for your thoughtful review—we’re glad to hear you had an overall good experience at the property. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve for future guests. Regarding your points, we do outline our checkout expectations in the house rules, including leaving appliances in a clean condition, as this helps our cleaning team maintain a high standard for every stay. That said, we understand how this could feel unexpected and will look at ways to make this information even more clear prior to booking. For property access, we use a secure app-based system to provide a seamless and keyless entry experience. However, we absolutely understand that not all guests are comfortable with this, and we’re always happy to provide alternative access options—as we did in your case—to ensure everyone feels at ease. In terms of the exterior cameras, these are in place strictly for safety and security purposes, and they are positioned to monitor the exterior of the property only. We take guest privacy very seriously and do not monitor or record any interior spaces. That said, we appreciate your perspective and will review how we communicate camera placement to ensure full transparency and comfort for our guests. We’re grateful you chose to stay with us and hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future!

Thank you Breanna! We are so happy you all enjoyed your time and we really appreciate your group being so understanding and helpful with the furnace company coming during your stay. Please come again in the future!

Patty, thank you for such a helpful review! Safety for little ones matters a lot to us, so we're glad the gated pool gave you peace of mind with three under five, and that the uncrowded beach and playground were hits. We hope to see your family again. – Andrew & Jocelyn
