Sleeping arrangements
With space for up to 14 guests, the home features 7 bedrooms, 7 beds, and 5.5 bathrooms across multiple levels. The ground floor offers three bedrooms, including one with a roll-in shower for wheelchair accessibility. Upstairs, flexible sleeping areas accommodate larger groups, while the Light Keepers Suite, accessed by an outdoor spiral staircase, offers a queen bed, private bath, kitchenette, and sweeping 360° views of the ocean and waterway.

Living spaces
Two full kitchens, two living rooms, and laundry areas allow guests to relax together or enjoy quiet moments. The main floor opens onto a spacious deck where you can breathe in fresh sea air, while the upstairs sunroom fills with gentle coastal light. A second kitchen with a bar and beverage center makes entertaining effortless after a day by the beach.

Kitchen & dining
Both kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and dining table. Barbecue utensils are available for outdoor grilling. Cooking basics are provided for easy meal prep, and shared meals flow naturally from the kitchen to the deck’s breezy setting.

Outdoor living
Two decks capture panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding palms. The private entrance and on-site parking for up to four vehicles make beach outings simple, with direct access just across the street. Whether you’re enjoying the salt air from the balcony or watching the sunset over the marsh, the setting invites calm and connection.

Amenities
Inside, you’ll find Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and TV. Essentials such as towels, bed linens, soap, and toilet paper are provided, along with a washer, dryer, iron, and hangers. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. A dedicated workspace offers a comfortable spot for remote work.

Neighborhood
Located just 4.5 miles north of the Vilano Beach Bridge and downtown St. Augustine, and 3 miles from the Guana Tolomato Matanzas Reserve, you’re close to scenic trails, kayaking spots, and local dining. This serene coastal setting balances easy access with peaceful privacy.
