We booked this property, but got bait and switched to another property. We drove by the complex and saw that the whole property was under construction and they still have a long way to go. They should not have put this property up for booking. We had a choice to pick another property offered through Vacasa or cancel the whole thing. This was several weeks before the planned vacation date. We had taken time off and were ready to go. In the âwindward driveâproperty we picked, there were ants in the living room. My husband just got bit several times, sitting on the couch. That night the kids told me there were ants in their bedrooms also. The area rug is very dirty with black smears everywhere. Something was left under the master bedroom and very dusty. Every dishes and utensils were dirty. It was hot upstairs. The furnitures were dirty and on their last legs. There were no soap, shampoos or conditioner in the master bedroom and upstairs. There were no batteries in the carbon monoxide detector. Not a lot of accommodations. One good thing, there were plenty of beach towels. It was not a memorable stay.
