Detta hem är också en mil nordost om underbar morgon och kväll promenader längs strandpromenaderna av Indian Rocks Beach Nature Preserve.

Lodging at best

Old home that needs lots of TLC and investment int he property. It’s a nice bay view but the dock is not boat friendly and the lift is not accessible for guest (even though I asked first , it was miscommunicated)we had to take the boat off the lift it was a 22 ft boat , the only reason I choose this place was to have our boat on the water during our trip . No provided activities for kids or young adults such as board games . It’s a half mile walk from the beach but make sure your bring your own beach amenities to include chairs , beach towels , umbrella, etc and a way to get them there if you are asking . The house supplies a place to cook and sleep that’s it . The beds are hard and very old , in fact the king mattresses are two twin mattresses that you can feel the middle and one of them the one side depresses lower leaving a gap . Would not stay here again , not a very good short get away stay , we were here for 5 nights , not enough towels and no way to wash them since you can’t use the washing machine unless you stay for 2 weeks .

Disappointing! Uncomfortable, stinky frig, roaches, lizards in the house. Not allowing use of w/...

The view out back of the intercoastal was gorgeous and the house had good water pressure. Kitchen equipped nicely -but old old old.

Only Positive is the Location

The location is amazing. The house is, not so much. They dont provide enough towels and you cant use the washer and dryer unless you stay for two weeks. The house smells old, like a museum because nothing has been updated. Its a corporate run home so expect to be nickled and dimed. They painted the walls and added wifi thats about it.

Great outdoor space

We loved sitting on the boat deck watching the wildlife. The house was an older and funky but comfortable we enjoyed our stay and would stay again

Great location and view but needs so TLC

Location and view is awesome! Home needs some updating and more seating. It was good for our group of three but it needs some updates.

Excellent location

This home is great for the price. Excellent location with the most amazing view. It needs a a little updating but if you can look beyond that, it has everything you need for vacation. Kitchen is fully stocked. Home is clean. Definitely worth it.

KEEP LOOKING!

This house was very clean, as it should be, and we appreciated. The view was nice but can not compete with the Gulf views. The neighborhood is not happy with short term rentals in the area.

Sunrise to Sunsets

The house is older but very clean and good size. The location is wonderful. The sun porch is very nice and the dock is too. We enjoyed sunrise and sunset each day!

Well appointed cottage by the intracoastal

We liked everything but the lack of info on when to take out trash/recycling, how to operate any/all appliances and televisions. Lovely home. Dolphins every day.

All about the location

Quirky little house in a great location. Stayed here with my teenage son and parents for spring break. Enjoyed watching the sun rise every morning off the intercoastal. Couple block walk to restaurants and beach. While the house is older, it was spacious, clean, and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay. Management company was super easy to get in contact with on the few questions we had.

Poor property on a great location

This house needed repair and updating. The location on the intercoastal waterway was wonderful . We made the best of it and had a wonderful family visit. Vacasa customer service was excellent

Just what Dr ordered

Was easy,close enough to home,yet still far enough for peace and relaxation. Would definately stay there again and for sure use vrbo. again It was really a pleasurable experience from booking to checking out.

The dirtiest place ever

Dirty sheets, dog poop on sofa, dog pee on sofa, floors, curtains and carpet. The floor was sinking in and we were scared to walk in the back part of the house. Shower was plugged up and a cold shower every night but one. Spent 3 days with maid's, steam cleaners, and plumbers coming in and out. The place smelled really bad. They said they missed the cleaning before we checked in but you could tell the home hadn't been cleaned for a while. They refunded some money but the place isn't even worth paying a dollar.

Utes house

Air did not work from day one in the Florida room. We ended up putting blankets in the doorway to keep out the heat from the rest of the house. This kept us from seeing the water outside of the windows because we had to close the blinds to keep the heat out.

Wonderful location!

Being in Indian Rocks Beach was key for us. Amazing water views of the intercoastal ; close to Gulf. Lots of personal space inside and out. The furnishings and interiors are dated but clean and quaint. Don’t be put off by the absolute lack of curb appeal in the front when you pull up. Kitchen is updated and well appointed. Great that kayaks and blow ups were available.

Great Location

Obviously, the view of the intra-coastal waterway is the attraction here. The home is older but in good condition. The management company was very responsive and helpful. We will return.

Old Florida on the Intercoastal

We enjoyed our stay at the home. However, the very best was my grandson being able to go out an fish at any time he wished. Among his many catches were redfish, sting rays and sharks. It was heaven for him, everything I wanted.

Mom's 90th Birthday

Everything was wonderful. We wanted a property on the water with limited steps because Mom has trouble with mobility. Big rooms to visit in and nice seating out back to enjoy the breeze and intercoastal waterway. Saw dolphins every day.

location is the best part of property

This house had an excellent location, however the property is in need of a total remodel. 10 different floors in house, & we had to scout the backyard & pick up several piles of poo, before we could let our dog out. 2 of the beds are hard as a rock!

Old Florida Charm

Great to have the kayaks, to paddle around the bay, fun fishing off the dock. If you are the types that enjoy hanging out in the yard and enjoying all the natural beauty the intercostal has to offer, this is your place! Grill was readily available and the kitchen was well stocked. Only time we spent inside was sleeping! Comfy beds with all you need to have a laidback vacation. I grew up on IRB so this was the perfect place for us.
