Great vacation week

The furniture was updated and the king bed was so comfortable. We really enjoyed the balcony and the location. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks for creating a great vacation condo.

Beautiful Condo

We enjoyed the condo very much. Everything was clean & as the description stated. The location is perfect, you can walk to restaurants & shops, the sunsets are amazing too!

Amazing views

Condo was just as described. The view was amazing and beach access is perfect. The beds were very comfortable. The beach towels, chairs and umbrella were available in condo's closet. Nice reserved covered parkings. Beach area is not overcrowded with less traffic than Clearwater area.

This property was perfect for our family. Everything you need for the beach is already there for you to use. So many restaurants within walking distance. We watched the sunset every evening from the balcony. We will definitely be booking this room again.

Perfect vacation spot

This was the perfect location and condo for our family of 6. The condo was spacious and well kept. We enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, and easy access to the beach. The bed in the master suite was the most comfortable bed we've ever encountered on vacation! Definitely will be coming back to stay here!

I shall just make a list.... *The hall bath fan is so loud. It comes on with the light and cannot be turned off. *The ice maker makes so much noise my guest on the couch could not sleep *I saw roaches every day. Especially the master bathroom and kitchen *There were no sheets for the pullout bed *Only one extra pillowcase for four spare pillows *After out first shower and walking barefoot, everyones feet were black on the bottoms. The condo is very dirty *All the blinds are very dusty *The fake plants have an unsanitary amount of dust on them *The sliding glass door has two missing slats *Replace the gross baking sheets *There is a lack of Tupperware containers *The hot tub was unusable for the first 3 days of our stay *And we were yelled at by the maintenance man for unloading our suitcases by the elevator, We are elderly.. I am so sorry, but we just love the location and the corner unit there at Oceanside. I wish it were better maintained.

Vacation

It was very easy to book. Getting the code for our place was simple and easy to understand. Enjoyed the pool and beach access. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Perfect vacation!

Lovely condo, very comfortable and quiet. Great location with some very good restaurants within short walking distance. Best feature of course are the beautiful sunsets!

A few things

Everything was great except the locks were difficult to turn at the front door and also at the pool/beach doors. I think a little WD-40 would cure the problem. Also the furniture on the patio is worn and could use an update. We had a great time and the location is perfect

OCEANSIDE201

This was the second year in the condo. The condo is nice but we had some issues. the first year in day one the ac went out and it was 95 degrees in the unit. they did send ut an ac guy but it didnt cool down until middle of the night. This year in day one my wife used the restroom as soon as we arived and came back 10 minutes later and water was all over the bathroom floor and carpets. we used all the towells in the unit and they did bring us more. My wifes new 60.00 sandals were ruined by the toilet water. they did send a plumber and carpet guys out. on day 3 the washer was in a lock mode and would not turn on therefore all the soiled towells were not able to be washed. Vacas told us they couldnt get the warranty company to come out until after we left which was a huge inconvenience as we could not wash any clothes. I am not sure why they couldnt just get a repairman to come fix the issue. It was just a huge inconvenience. I have expressed my disatisfaction and do expect compensation at least for my wifes sandals

2nd Stay in Oceanside 201

Outstanding unit. This was our second stay in three years in this unit. Excellent amenities - newer beds, newer furniture, newer kitchen, newer TVs, etc. Place was spotless. Only little downside is that there is not access to the first floor storage unit - you have to haul your beach stuff up to the room each day. Great stay. Thanks.

Great condo, beautiful sunsets, great location, but please upgrades your locks. Not because its unsafe but for ease of use. We had to walk around the pool to get to ocean because it was so hard to open the gates. Also couldn’t use outside locker for beach stuff

Perfect location

Place is a great location because its a corner unit & beach front. It is close enough to walk to a bunch of great places to eat. Beds are very comfortable.

Oceanside 201

Superb location, nice layout, comfortable bed, well maintained public spaces (although the grills did not work). Unit needed numerous repairs in my 5 week stay and presents as a bit worn (carpets, cabinets,e tc). Wifi does not work in the Master Bedroom and had intermittent outages.

Great place in a perfect location

The location is close to Clearwater, but far enough away to get away from the crowds and provide plenty of space for your vacation. Unit was well maintained, more space that it looks like, plenty to relax and enjoy. View was fantastic for sunset watching.

Loved it! Best view!

We loved the condo and were disappointed that we couldn’t rent it next year, because others had already rented it! The view from the balcony was excellent. It overlooked a small grassy lawn and not the pool. This gave you more privacy and a quieter stay. We also appreciated that the sliders going out to the balcony had tinted glass so that the afternoon sun was not unbearable. There are an abundance Of restaurants in the neighborhood. The only negative was a lack of some of the cooking supplies. The knife block didn’t have a single knife that was the least bit sharp. Cutting lemons and limes resulted in mangled fruit. Similarly there was not a good size saucepan or tea kettle. The silverware was also not the best. There were only four table knives. It would also have been better had there been more matched glasses. We felt like we were using drinking glasses from a garage sale. The only other negative was the worn sheets and mattress pads.
