Denna fantastiskt konstruerade två våningar hem erbjuder en oceanfront plats med oöverträffad utsikt och en unik ottagformad konstruktion. Solsken fyller huvudnivån och panoramautsikt sträcker sig hela tiden från Columbia River-mynningen i norr till Tillamook Head strax söder om Seaside. Stranden och havet omger dig, med tillgång till stranden precis utanför.

På huvudnivån hittar du ett komplett kök med rostfria vitvaror, plus två vackert inredda sovrum, ett med eget badrum. Du kommer också ha ett rymligt, solfyllt vardagsrum och matplats, plus ett annat badrum. I mitten av hemmet finns en spiraltrappa som leder ner till lägre nivå, med ytterligare två sovrum och ett badrum. Du kommer att undra på de strukturella bjälkarna som ger detta hem en unik distinktion. Du har gott om utomhusutrymme också. Med ett wraparound däck på framsidan, perfekt för soluppgift och picknick. Fabulous view! Kitchen and grill very workable.We took most recycling. is there recycling in seaside at the house? WiFi weak. Very weak downstairs.

Great location & facilities

The only critique I hzve is that the upper bathroom shower tub needs a non-slip mat in the tub & a soap tray in the corner.

Thanksgiving

There needs to be a light on the door with the lock that needs a code. Also lights need to be if entering house after dark. Stairs are very hard to navigate with luggage.

great location

It's a 100 yard walk to the beach through dunes. Just a block or two away from the promenade. There is plenty of space and a large closet that would be great for a play pen. There are no black out curtains in the rooms, the tub drained slowly. It's an old house that hasn't been updated much but not terrible. Great price for a great view and access to the beach. We had a lovely trip.

Great view and location - not as clean as most places

The property is as advertised. We had a great view of the ocean and the property slept the advertised amount of people in real beds. No folding couches of futons which was a plus for my family. What you need to know: This property is one of the most unique houses I have ever been in. Due to the shape of the house, some of the rooms are unusually shaped as well. For example, the kitchen is more of a triangle with one ‘point’ being an external door and a tiny space for the washer and dryer. Similarly, the bedrooms are shaped strangle too. However, the bedrooms are easy navigate and are a nice size. Downstairs, the room with the queen bed and twin bed has an accordion retractable wall. This means privacy, but no real sound dampening. If someone was watching tv in that room, the rest of downstairs will likely hear it. In addition, the steps to get to the ground level, are a spiral. Sounds fun at first, until you are actually using them. They are steep and narrow. Some of our group just used the external door at ground level instead of the internal spiral staircase. This was find during the summer, probably won’t be in the rainy season. The floors were not clean. Our socks turned black after only a few minutes walking around. I have rented several places at the beach and know sand is usually on the floor. This was much more than beach sand! It was dirt and hair and miscellaneous other debris including burrs from outside that felt like needles stabbing our feet when we accidentally stepped on them.

Unbeatable location and view

Breathtaking view of ocean, probably 300 yard walk to the water. We all loved the quirky house and the amazing views. Watch babies around the stairs!

Unfortunate and Unforgettable

Would rather not make my comments public as the only redeeming parts of our stay were the beds, the view and the octagon ceiling. Do better Vacasa.

Location, location, location!

We loved this home! We had 5 adults and one toddler. Having 4 bedrooms worked out well! We had pretty much all that we needed and enjoyed it’s unique style. You can’t beat the location - it’s a few minutes walk on the path through the sand dunes to the never ending beach! Relaxing on the deck was a daily pastime as was enjoying the amazing sunsets! We hope to be back some day!

The views are exceptional!

Absolutely stunning views and locale. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We did not use the downstairs as it had a creepy vibe. But overactive imaginations aside, a nice sized house with views that make up for any ghosts or older furnishings.

Loved it!

Very beautiful location and character to the home. Rented for our 10 year anniversary for a few days. Enjoyed the quick walk to the beach and quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean except for some dusty trim here and there. House has no deadbolts on the doors, but felt secure in the neighborhood and at night. Slept very well and beds were comfy! Quick drive to the main strip or could walk if you wanted to! Everything you need I close by and very friendly people we interacted with. It's was fun to watch the storm that rolled in on us, so we watched the beach and played board games. It was a perfect home away from home! Would 1000% rent it again!

Great view

The view is great, the location is great. The spiral staircase is dangerous had too many close calls, had to put the couch in front of the stairs to prevent people from accidentally falling down the stairs. Overall a cool house and glad we stayed.

Cozy Seaside Holiday Home

This property was perfect for our family holiday. The view is stunning, with the beach just a short walk away. It has everything needed to make meals and is just a short walk from downtown. We will definitely be back!

Our Sibling Get-Away

The house was stocked with so much! It was wonderful. The floor trim and heat registers were dusty. A well-chewed straw was found in the couch. Dirt inside the sheets of the downstairs queen bed in children's room was found. Dried milk was on the side of the table. But overall - it was clean. I love that there was no carpet. So much easier to clean the floors that way. The entrance door scared us as it was not a secure door! It was an inside door and shuttered when the wind blew. No way to deadbolt from the inside to feel secure. A good kick would knock that door down! We loved all the modern updates. The house was absolutely perfect for our sibling reunion. Perhaps I am just too picky on house cleaning methods. We would definitely stay there again!
