The game room needs improvements. None of the pucks for air hockey were in good shape and actually stayed on the table top. The tips on all the pool sticks were loose. The water wouldn't get hot in the shower downstairs and the whole cabin was very loud from room to room from noisy floorboards and very thin walls.

We had a great stay at this cabin. Everything looked as it is mentioned in the listing. We were able to easily find the cabin using the name board and it is very close to downtown. Jacuzzi was already heated up and we used it right after checking in. Our kids really enjoyed the game room. Overall it is a great stay.

We loved the beautiful views from both decks! We found the hot tub very relaxing after lots of walking during the day. The game room was a nice way to enjoy some downtime in the evenings. Thanks for a great vacation experience!

Wonderful cabin. King suites with comfortable beds. Excellent location in close proximity to both the park and town. Our host, Joyce was very helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

Our family highly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and clean. The view was breathtaking! And bonus, we saw several Bears right at our porch! Side note: heed the warnings to keep all food out of your vehicle and all windows up and doors locked on vehicles and house! :)

My family and I had a lovely stay at this property. Check-in was seamless, even when we arrived after dark. We were able to get up bright and early to beat the crowds to the National Park and we explored Gatlinburg later that day. We also saw bears both days!

Lovely Stay with Breathtaking Views

A last-minute jaunt to the Smokys and had an excellent time. Everything as expected with the views and that's what we came for! Even saw a mama bear and 3 cubs which was a highlight.

Phenomenal view!!

This is our 2nd time to stay here. My kids love it because of the arcade and air hockey. We love the back of the house with a gorgeous view of the mountains. It’s in a great location where you feel like you’re away from civilization but yet convenient to everything (like grocery store, restaurants, as well as pigeon forge for go karts and coasters and then also close to Dollywood). We saw a bear from the cabin too!!

We loved our stay here! The location is so perfect as it’s close enough to downtown but far away to have its privacy and space. The views are amazing and our little one loved the game room! Will def be back!

Great getaway spot!

Truly enjoyed our getaway at Enchanted Views. Location was great and neighborhood was nice and quiet. Property manager was awesome and easy to contact. We will be back! :)

Excellent location and view

Great place to stay while visiting Smoky National Park. Cabin was very clean and a wonderful view. Only disappointment was the hot tub hadn’t been turned on after cleaning and it wasn’t warm enough to use on the check in day/evening. Joyce was great to communicate. Overall stay was good.

We absolutely loved this cabin. Close to the attractions, plenty of room for us, everything was clean and in working order. And the view was the best! We would definitely book here again!

Excellent location to town and clean, bed was comfortable. Tv worked well. We did notice the video game unit did not work. Did not bother us. With kids it would be an issue. The hot tub has a spot at bottom that sucks your foot. scary! 9 out of10 overall

Cozy with a great view

It was an overnight Anniversary trip. My wife and I enjoyed the property very much and the cabin was beautiful with a great view of the mountains. We would definitely stay again sometime.
