Vi presenterar Sedgwick House! Helt renoverad 2BR / 2BA strandstuga ligger i det lugnare norra strandområdet, bara 50 steg till sanden och tillräckligt nära för att promenera till restauranger, butiker och barer, Clearwater Marina och den fantastiska piren 60.

Detta showpiece-hem har en öppen planlösning med dramatiskt trägolv, stor sektionssoffa, 60 ”TV, fullt packat specialkök med Schuler-skåp, matchande rostfria vitvaror, bänkskivor i granit, dryckskylare i glasdörrar, LED-belysning, skåp och stor samlingsö med extra djup Krauss sjunka. Andra funktioner inkluderar:

Amazing Beach Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at this beach house! 50 Steps to the beach and close to the stip. New Pickleball courts within walking distance were a nice surprise too. Beautiful house and very clean! Would go back in a heartbeat!

Spring break 2025

Loved everything about this house! My family of 4 had such a great time on our spring break. We prefer house living over condo living and this was perfect. So close to the beach and everything else you would need. Hope to visit again in the future.

Excellent cottage

Cottage was immaculate, well furnished, and a perfect location! Loved the private deck, and the layout of the cottage is perfect for 2 couples - it was only my husband and I, but we would definately return either alone, or with another couple. Owners were great communicators.

The perfect home from home just meters from the beach. Every amenity catered for. Central location in Clearwater beach, safe for young family’s and ideal for local dining and commuting to Tampa. I have stayed here multiple times for many years and will for many to come. First class hosts, excellent value, highly recommend.

Great vacation!

We loved this house. It is located within walking distance to local restaurants and shopping. It is a hop and skip to the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided. The outside deck was perfect for afternoon cocktails. We used the grill almost very night for supper. Great location.

Rob & I both grew up in California. I'm from the small coastal town of Santa Cruz. Rob grew up in Whittier, outside of LA. We met at an Anaheim Angels baseball game, eventually got married, moved to Atlanta & raised two kids. Before we knew it the kids were grown, flew the nest & we decided to leave the corporate world and live in Clearwater Beach full time. We're in the process of restoring our fourth Old Florida home and are excited to manage & host these wonderful properties to visitors from all over.

Clearwater Beach has so much character. It is surrounded by the most beautiful water. It is a combination of Old Florida & Modern vacation destination. The town offers something for people of all ages. The locals are friendly. The weather is perfect. During one of our trips down to Clearwater, we walked some of the neighborhoods & saw the opportunity of Sedgwick House waiting for us. And it's so close to the beach! There was no question that we were going to bring it back to its original glory so that it could be enjoyed for many more years to come.

Sedgwick House has the ideal location. It takes seconds to get to the sugar white sand. It's situated close to the North Beach which is quieter than the Southern part of the beach, yet within easy walking distance to all the action. It's also along the Jolly Trolley trail which can take you all over the Clearwater area. You can leave your car in the driveway during your entire stay!
