Minuter från Old Town Scottsdale, baseballstadion, nattliv, cykelvägar, parker, shopping och så mycket mer!

• Gångavstånd och mindre än en mil till Gamla stan, Entertainment District, Giants Stadium. Golfvagns hämtning och avresa är tillgänglig för en liten avgift om du inte vill göra 5-10 minuters promenad. Golfvagnsägare Visitkort på disken.

• Vårt "Resort" -hem har nyligen renoverats och uppdaterats med de bästa bekvämligheterna. Vackert ÖPPET kök och familjerum / bar med trä matbord omvandlas till ett biljardbord med svart filt. High Def TV ligger i kök, matsal, familjerum och även på uteplatsen så att du inte missar ett ögonblick av din favoritsport. Perfekt för fyra par eller parfamiljer. Poolen kan värmas mot en extra kostnad under lågsäsongen oktober till mars. Hot tub tillgängligt och kommer att värmas upp inom 30 minuter efter att du manuellt slår på timern vid badkaret.

Amazing place

Our group of 10 loved the property which had every amenity we needed. The location was great and within easy walking (and scooter) distance of Old Town bars and restaurants. We spent a lot of time in the backyard watching games and hanging out. We will definitely stay again!

Wonderful home, location and communication!

Everything was wonderful! Our host was attentive and helpful and the home was well equipped and appointed. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area. We were within easy walking distance to everything Old Town has to offer without being in the heart of the hustle and bustle.

Great Place

This is the perfect spot for a nice golf and relaxing getaway. The house is very cool with a lot of nice features. Very well thought out to maximize the space. We will be back again.

Relaxing Stay for 3 Couples

Great property and the amenities are wonderful. Appreciated that it was well stocked. I appreciated the take one leave one philosophy with the beer and beverage fridge. We enjoyed a few beers left behind and left some of our own! The pool and hot tub are very nice and the outdoor seating if ample and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Perfect house perfect location

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The location was perfect. Everything was labeled and easy to operate walking distance to old Scottsdale. I love the idea of take a drink, leave a drink in the wine cooler It was the night I arrived and couldn’t get to a store yet

Excellent home

Perfect home for a group of old friends. So many amenities, great location, very clean and accurate descriptions. So many extras. Herb was a wonderful host and communicated with us as needed. We could walk to Old Towne and restaurants, hot tub was nice in the cool evenings, but also utilized the suggested Quick Silver golf cart rides to town. They are wonderful. Would definitely recommend this property to others visiting.

Great Location! Fun House!

We loved the location! Restaurants and shopping so close! Herb's house was perfect for us. We so enjoyed the pool table and the pool and the back patio! The house is very well appointed and very comfortable! There are so many things to do! Herb is a great host! We've already decided we would go back in the future.
