Privat pensionat med kök och tillgång till pool ligger på egendom. Hela matar och 3 andra livsmedelsbutiker ligger inom en mil. Nära till vandrings- / cykelvägar med spårtillgång ligger i grannskapet.

Möbler är eklektiska med ett äktenskap av moderna och antika. Golv i hela casita är flaggstens och de fortsätter att utvändiga områden, ytterligare blanda insidan med utsidan.

En trappa på gården leder till ett stort utkiksområde ovanför garaget. En perfekt plats att ta 360 grader av den fantastiska röda klippan. Också ett bra ställe att fånga en solnedgång.

Casita eller pensionat ligger över gården och innehåller en separat ingång som öppnar ett pentry och vardagsrum. Från vardagsrummet är skjutdörrar ut till en uteplats som leder till en sida ingång och gården. Bakom pentryn finns två dörröppningar som leder till ett sovrum med king size-säng och badrum.

Fastigheten ligger i bekvämt västra Sedona är i en återvändsgränd och är mycket privat men upprätthåller en mycket öppen, lätt luftig känsla. Vi besökte Sedona för en helg 1998 och blev så kär i det vi köpte så mycket, byggde 2010 hus och casita och flyttade här heltid 2016 när vi sålde vår verksamhet. Kvarteret är de tidigare filmarna till Zane Gray Studios där många västerländska filmer spelades precis utanför dörren. Idag ligger vi inom en mil av shopping, många restauranger, tre livsmedelsbutiker, inklusive en hel mat, samtidigt som du behåller en känsla av integritet. Den vackra naturen förde oss här, men den aktiva livsstilen håller oss här. Med miles av vandring, cykling och virvel på din dörr steg och en pool utanför uteplatsen är det lätt att vara aktiv. Om det inte räckte är utsikten fantastisk.

Sedona ligger bara 90 miles norr om Phoenix men ligger på 4500 fot. Det betyder att det i genomsnitt är 15 grader svalare än Phoenix. Flagstaff ligger 30 miles norr och erbjuder tillgång till mer vandring, cykling och utmärkt skidåkning vid Snow Bowl. Grand Canyon National Park ligger bara 2 timmar bort vilket gör det till en trevlig dagstur.

The casita and surrounding property was wonderful. Great place for a couple to stay. Great location in West Sedona. Our hosts had everything for along with great tips/guidebooks/recommendations. Would stay here again.

Charming with perfect location

Lovely casita with privacy and everything you need. Centrally located to restaurants, shops, hikes. Really responsive hosts who made everything easy. There are plenty of guide books in the casita with loads of local info in case you want to know about hiking trails.

Perfect accommodations for your Sedona stay!

This casita was perfect for my our week in Sedona! Great location, well appointed, very clean, great hosts and loved the roof top access for yoga in the morning or wine at sunset. The casita was a great size and the bed is very comfortable. We highly recommend and will definitely stay there again on our next visit.

Winter Break

We had a wonderful time in Sedona. We were up early to hit the trails and it was so nice to come back at the end of the day to our quiet Casita. The accommodations were perfect for us. Christopher and Gary were available for questions, but also respected our privacy. We hope to return!

Lovely and very private Casita.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well-appointed unit. The owner’s neighbour/property manager Diana is delightful and was readily available for anything we needed. The location is perfect for exploring Sedona but also to access many of the popular trailheads, areas west of Sedona and locations north (such as Flagstaff area) without having to drive back and forth through the busier section of Sedona. We did not take advantage of the pool but appreciated the option. Also much appreciated was the ability to launder our hiking and biking clothes.

A little bit of heaven!

Definitely a 5-star retreat! This little bit of heaven was over and above what my mom and I could have hoped for in a stay. In the 6 nights we were here, all our needs plus more were met, in this comfortable, gorgeous southwest-designed casita. High ceilings and a “window wall” opening up to a private little patio filled with birdsong in the morning, even a visit from cardinals, made this retreat even more special. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood close to hiking paths and just a half mile away from our favorite restaurants. Perfection! Anticipating our return! 💜

We loved the Casita!

We had a lovely stay at the Casita. Plenty of room, kitchenette was stocked with what we needed and we spent a lot of time on our little patio. Terrific location- easy to get to everything but felt far from the crowd. We enjoyed the pool and some sunsets on the garage lookout. We hiked up the trails that were just a few streets up and walked around the neighborhood. Diana, the neighbor/property manager was lovely and was immediately responsive when the ac went on the fritz- it was fixed in no time! We highly recommend this property!

September in Sedona

Truly enjoyed my time in the Casita in beautiful Sedona. Christopher was very accommodating in allowing me to reschedule my trip after a mountain biking accident prohibited me from going during my original booking. Once there, Diana, their neighbor, could not have been more helpful throughout my stay. Traveling solo with my elderly dog was a very comfortable experience & when my girlfriend joined me for a few days, we loved the neighborhood hiking access. The pool was a wonder facilitator for shoulder rehab! I will be back!

Red Rocks Adjacent

What a great location. Beautiful red rocks surrounded this property. Checkin was a breeze. Everything we were told to do to get into the property was accurate. Communication was excellent. We were checked on periodically via text. A book was put together with instructions for everything in The Casita. The space was perfect for my partner and me. Outdoor space was so beautiful. We had a patio and use of a spectacular pool. We enjoyed morning adventures and afternoon pool time. Can’t wait to go back!!

Awesome casita and pool with views!

It's all been said, but I'm happy to add to the chorus. If you like views, a lush desert landscape, and to walk out the door to hike, this is your spot. The pool couldn't be better. The casita's floor to ceiling doors, high ceilings, and light filled exit to the patio can't be beat. There's no way you'll regret booking this.

Perfect oasis

My husband and I stayed at the casita for a week to celebrate our anniversary. It was our first time in Sedona. Christopher and Gary were kind, generous and communicative hosts. They walked us through the casita upon arrival and pointed out all the things that instantly made the casita feel like home. When they found out what kind of things we were interested in seeing in town and around town they even left additional information at the door for us pertaining to the week we were there. The pool was a welcome cool down after exploring. Flagstaff is an easy and beautiful drive. We loved our stay and our hosts. Would recommend again and again.

Paradise in Sedona

This Casita is perfect. Great location, more amenities than you normally get in a VRBO rental, and super great hosts! Christopher and Gary even invited us to join them and the neighbors for a cookout on Memorial Day. A couple hiking trails can be reached on foot from the Casita and several others a short drive away. Will definitely try to stay here if we come back to Sedona in the future!

A Perfect Place in a Perfect Place

We spent a perfect week in Sedona, in great part because of staying in Christopher's & Gary's perfect casita. Sure, the trip to the Grand Canyon, the red rock scenery, the off-road Jeep tour, and the great restaurants made the trip memorable; but coming home everyday to a real home-on-the-road made every day that much more special (& relaxing).
