Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the view, but we're truly sorry to hear that other aspects of your stay fell short. Please know the home is on a regular professional pest control schedule, but we’ll follow up with them immediately to ensure everything is thoroughly addressed. We also take guest comfort and privacy seriously, and we apologize for any miscommunication regarding access to the dock—we'll make sure that’s clarified for future guests. We appreciate your comments and will use them to improve the experience going forward.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your stay did not meet your expectations and for the inconveniences you experienced, particularly with the oven and dock. We understand how frustrating these issues were, especially during a family gathering that had been carefully planned. We appreciate your patience as we worked to address the concerns during your stay, even though some repairs could not be completed as quickly as we had hoped. Your feedback has been shared with our team so we can continue making improvements to the property and guest experience. As part of our commitment to making things right, we refunded $1,393.15, which was reimbursement for the issues you experienced and the two unused nights. While we know this could not make up for the disruption to your vacation, we hope it demonstrated our commitment to treating our guests fairly. We truly appreciate your feedback and wish you and your family all the best in your future travels & hope to have the chance in the future to host you again!

Thank you for the review! So glad you had a great stay
