Elegant designat anpassat hem med två våningar i det vackra historiska stadsdelen Converse Heights, Spartanburg. Nyligen ombyggd (färdigställd i september 2018) mysig stuga med 2 sovrum, 2 privata badrum och 2 vardagsrumsområden. Noggrant designad och renoverad av värden. Stugan ligger bara 2 kvarter från Converse College, 20 minuters promenad till Spartanburgs centrum och 2 miles från de viktigaste köpcentrumen.

Prisbelönt hem i designerstil för dem som har ett öga för klassisk inredningsestetik. Denna 2-våningar professionellt specialbyggda stuga inkluderar 2 fulla sovrum med 12-tums minneskummadrasser (kylgelteknologi), privata solstolar med dubbelsäng och monterade smarta TV-apparater (Netflix och Amazon Prime Video tillgängliga!). Öppen golvkoncept lövträ appliceras på bekvämt inredda vardagsrum. Stugan innehåller också 2 kompletta badrum, varav ett har bastuliknande brasiliansk trägolv, medan det andra har duschgolv i stensten. Helt fungerande tvättmaskin / torktumlare i huset! Och sist men säkert inte minst, har modernt modernt kök fullständigt renoverats, med professionellt kockprogram och många moderna matlagningsfaciliteter tillgängliga för alla dina hem-cheffing behov!

Cozy and well appointed cottage

This cottage is very creatively constructed with wonderful attention to detail and good taste. It is immaculately clean and organized and fully stocked with anything and everything you could think to need and lots of extra touches, like bedside chocolates, fresh flowers and reading materials. Highly recommended!

Parents weekend at Wofford

Leo always provides a great stay at his super cute house!! We love the lay out!! More amenities than a hotel for sure!!! Boujee coffee pot!! Super soft sheets!! Perfect place to stay while at Wofford as it is close to campus. Leo was nearby all weekend to answer any questions! We will definitely be back!

Clean comfy stay!

I traveled solo and stayed there for a business meeting and thoroughly enjoyed the property. Very well decorated, stocked with needed supplies, and clean. Host was friendly and extended a friendly offer to help with anything I needed while there. I would definitely stay here again.

A hidden gem!

If you are ever in the Spartanburg area, you should rent this beautiful cottage! Our family recently stayed here while touring a college, and we were beyond pleased with this lovely home. Leo was an amazing host; he ensures your happiness from the beginning to the end of your trip. Additional Pros: House is very clean, well stocked, has everything you need! Home is located near all colleges, some you can walk to and others are a quick drive Near downtown but nestled in a quiet neighborhood Beautifully decorated and has everything you would have in the comfort of your own home. Looking forward to staying here in the future!

College drop off at Converse

The cottage was perfect! The location was right across from the school.. the neighborhood is beautiful! The cottage was fully equipped with snacks & beverages to get us unpacked before we hit the actual grocery store! Everything was well thought out and impeccable! We were able to move our daughter in all morning and made it back to the cottage to freshen up before the goodbye ceremony!

Leo's place is a fantastic place to stay. Very thoughtful layout, well appointed, and one of the best stocked VRBOs I've ever stayed in. Also appreciated the 11am checkout time - a refreshing change from the 10am that many places require. Would certainly recommend.
