Elegant designat anpassat hem med tvÄ vÄningar i det vackra historiska stadsdelen Converse Heights, Spartanburg. Nyligen ombyggd (fÀrdigstÀlld i september 2018) mysig stuga med 2 sovrum, 2 privata badrum och 2 vardagsrumsomrÄden. Noggrant designad och renoverad av vÀrden. Stugan ligger bara 2 kvarter frÄn Converse College, 20 minuters promenad till Spartanburgs centrum och 2 miles frÄn de viktigaste köpcentrumen.

Gratis enkel parkering (upp till 2 bilar).

Prisbelönt hem i designerstil för dem som har ett öga för klassisk inredningsestetik. Denna 2-vĂ„ningar professionellt specialbyggda stuga inkluderar 2 fulla sovrum med 12-tums minneskummadrasser (kylgelteknologi), privata solstolar med dubbelsĂ€ng och monterade smarta TV-apparater (Netflix och Amazon Prime Video tillgĂ€ngliga!). This home was amazing! Everything was perfect. Leo was a great host, he communicated well and the extras were unexpected. The fridge was stocked with a variety of beverages, various creamers and even ice cream bars! The cappuccino machine was a hit with the wife and kids (they are adults) and I enjoyed the variety of K-cups provided! Leo provided a bunch of snacks and candy as well. We have stayed at many homes, Leo is the best host we’ve ever had. There is a great covered porch space to enjoy the outdoors without bugs or if it rains. Leo really thinks of everything, he has drawers full of items that you may need or forgot. I couldn’t recommend this home enough if you are in the area. Thank you Leo for a great stay! We will be back.

Cozy and well appointed cottage

This cottage is very creatively constructed with wonderful attention to detail and good taste. It is immaculately clean and organized and fully stocked with anything and everything you could think to need and lots of extra touches, like bedside chocolates, fresh flowers and reading materials. Highly recommended!

Clean comfy stay!

I traveled solo and stayed there for a business meeting and thoroughly enjoyed the property. Very well decorated, stocked with needed supplies, and clean. Host was friendly and extended a friendly offer to help with anything I needed while there. I would definitely stay here again.

Love staying here when in town.

This is a great place to stay in Spartanburg. Visiting my daughter in college and was able to do all her laundry (she had mono) and fix some home cooked meals. Like a like home away from home!

Parents weekend at Wofford

Leo always provides a great stay at his super cute house!! We love the lay out!! More amenities than a hotel for sure!!! Boujee coffee pot!! Super soft sheets!! Perfect place to stay while at Wofford as it is close to campus. Leo was nearby all weekend to answer any questions! We will definitely be back!

Leo's place is a fantastic place to stay. Very thoughtful layout, well appointed, and one of the best stocked VRBOs I've ever stayed in. Also appreciated the 11am checkout time - a refreshing change from the 10am that many places require. Would certainly recommend.

Parents weekend success!

We had a lovely stay in the cozy cottage while in Spartanburg for a parents weekend! We knew we wanted a kitchen for our stay and found this gem and so glad we booked it! Every comfort of home you could want and then some. Leo thought of everything as he was designing and sticking his cottage. We definitely were happy with this space!

Originally from Seattle, I moved to Spartanburg in 2017. As soon as I discovered this city & neighborhood I knew this would be a good place to live. I was lucky enough to find this wonderful small fixer-upper home, to which I was able to apply my design and craftsman expertise to remodel the home completely. This has been a dream project for me—now I'm ready to share it with travelers from all over. I hope you enjoy your stay at the Cool+Cozy Cottage.

Leo is an On-Site Host: For best stay-experience. You can reach me anytime. You will have the entire cottage to yourselves with full access to the provided amenities included in your nightly rate.
