The property was amazing, exceeded all expectations! The property manager was very helpful giving a guided tour and was very quick to respond to questions during our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here and hope to return again in the future!

Perfect Family Retreat

We went to celebrate our son's graduation with family from across the country. This large cabin was absolutely perfect. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, lots of places to enjoy company, and an amazing kitchen to feed the masses. Beautiful house and beautiful property, very private.

Property and grounds are amazing. Every amenity you would even need in a stay in the woods. Bonfires and games for the kids made for an incredible experience.

Our stay at The Lodge was perfect!!!! This is a beautiful home with every amenity you could possibly need. My husband and I took our children and families as a Christmas gift. The grounds were beautiful and loved having the media room for the children. Plenty to do right on the premises... Have already planned a return trip for next year. Kelly was great to work with!

Just a dream

We rented all three properties for my daughter's wedding weekend, and everything was absolutely perfect. The lodge and the grounds made the most stunning wedding and reception venue. The cottage and cabin were perfect. I simply cannot say enough about how fabulous EVERYTHING was.

Spacious and Perfect Setting!

This house is perfect! 10 family members stayed in this house and there was more than enough room. The outside area is so spectacular, right on the Toccoa River with the presence of fall surrounding the house. The property manager, Mike, was extremely helpful and responded to any question we had. The pictures do not do this house justice. Thank you for a great stay!

Great family getaway

Where do I start!! This place is amazing we have a very large family(28). Plenty of room and activities for everyone. Memories made and much needed rest. You seem to be miles away from anything but are just a few miles away from everything. My family and I are already planning or next stay. Highly recommended! You WILL NOT be disappointed.

The most beautiful home I have ever been in! The pictures don’t do it justice. Super clean and organized. I can’t wait to go back. We fished in the backyard. Watched movies in the Theater room, made amazing meals in the new gourmet kitchen

An Experience to Remember!

We were incredibly surprised by the beautiful location/setting and size of the Toccoa Lodge, it was all so perfect. Our family of 16 had plenty of room, each having our own room or bed and bathroom. We loved the game room area, the theatre/movie room and the easy access to the river for paddle boarding and tubing. We cooked in everyday and enjoyed eating our meals both inside and outdoors, with ample room to spread out. Beds were comfortable to sleep in. Showers and bath and steam were fantastic - plenty of hot water and great water pressure. We also enjoyed the hot tub. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Memories were made. We'll be booking again soon!

Unforgettable Family Getaway!

Our family stayed at this breathtaking cabin in Blue Ridge for four days, and it was nothing short of amazing. From the start, communication with the host was seamless and clear—everything we needed to know was provided ahead of time, making check-in and our overall experience stress-free.The location couldn’t have been more perfect. Tucked away by a serene lake, the cabin offered easy access yet felt completely private and peaceful. The views alone are worth the stay, and waking up by the water each morning was a dream.Cleanliness was top-notch. Every corner of the cabin was spotless, and you could tell it’s well taken care of. It comfortably accommodated our entire group with ease, and everyone commented on how well they slept each night—beds were incredibly cozy!The theater room was a pleasant surprise.—the husbands loved watching their sports there. Pictures online do not do it justice. The moment you step into the cabin, you’re greeted with beautiful details and surprises you wouldn’t even expect from the photos. It’s like discovering a luxury lodge, piece by piece.The cabin itself is listed at 10,000 square feet, but the layout and surrounding property make it feel more like 20,000. The Perfect Event Venue

I recently held my wedding at The Toccoa Lodge, and could not have imagined a better experience. The Lodge itself is absolutely gorgeous and comes equipped with every amenity you could possibly want and then some. The lodge is very well cared for and has plenty of space, lots of entertainment options inside and out (hot tub, theater room, arcade games, shuffleboard, cornhole, hammock, grills, pool, etc.), and the spaces inside are very functional while still being quite beautiful. We had 16 guests stay at the lodge, and all of them were extremely happy with their stay. The lawn and outdoor spaces at the lodge are stunning and also offer a number of various areas - a fire pit, a dock, multiple porches, grassy areas and pine beds - that made the perfect space for our wedding. Mike, the property manager, helped in planning out our event layout and suggested configurations that would work best with the space and take advantage of the natural beauty of the lodge and its landscaping. Kelly, the owner, was a breeze to work with along with Mike, and they made themselves available when needed and provided all of the information we needed to make the most of our stay. I cannot recommend the Toccoa Lodge highly enough, and can't wait to have another opportunity to rent one of Kelly's gorgeous properties!

For my wedding

We rented the Toccoa River Lodge and adjoining Toccoa River Cottage for our wedding. I never thought we could find a place on the river, which is dear to my heart, but then found the Lodge. From first contact the management were more accommodating that I had ever expected. The property is amazing, the Lodge more than outstanding in furnishings, size, layout (check out the amazing kitchen) and downstairs for entertaining. There was rain the entire weekend of the wedding but the Lodge has so much room, especially the covered deck and fireplaces for outside seating even when it rains, we had more than enough room for our multiple guests to spread out or cozy up. As the rain continued and we had to move the ceremony, food service and band inside there was no challenge to do so. With a few adjustments the switch was minimal and we did not have to rent a tent. It was more than perfect for our wedding weekend. We hope to make a yearly visit to the Lodge with family and friends. I looked at numerous properties before finding the Lodge. It was by far the superior property. We also rented the third property 1/4 mile up the road for additional guests. If you need more room I would highly suggest you check out all three properties. Allowing for families with smaller children to have a close but "offsite" place to stay but still enjoy all the activities.

We had a phenomenal time staying at this house in Blue Ridge! Twenty-four of us fit very comfortably and got great use out of the game room, theatre room, and kitchen. The location of the house along the scenic railway on the river made it a very peaceful atmosphere. We had a lot of trouble with the outdoor market lights but the lights inside of the house are well labeled and easy to navigate. I would recommend also booking the cottage at the same time for added privacy and fridge space!Overall we would stay here again and greatly enjoyed our time. Both Larry and Sarah were very helpful during our stay.

Lovely and relaxing

The home is a beautiful place to relax. We utilized every aspect of the home-the dock, the firepit, the outside seating areas, the theatre room and the games. We loved the large kitchen having room for several cooks to move around and everyone being able to sit together at the large dining counter. We ended up with only 15 people instead of the over 20 orginally planned for. However, if everyone had come, we would have been on top of each other. We occupied all the beds except for 2 ; so I don't know where everyone would have slept. Sarah was very gracious to answer all of my questions which I very much appreciated. I would definitely enjoy another visit to the lodge.

Great property. It was immaculately clean. Communication with management was great. It was cold and needed extra wood for fireplace and it was delivered promptly but with a cost of $100 which we thought was uncalled for in that we paid over $11,000. for the stay and then was asked to pay for extra wood. Would not let $100 for wood spoil our wonderful get together. We purchased the woods and

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

An easy drive from Atlanta, but truly a world away! We loved the proximity to the Atlanta area and the easy drive up I-575. The combination of the privacy and river views, yet close proximity to downtown Blue Ridge, were just too much to turn down! We loved it the moment we saw it!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

1200' of prime footage on the Toccoa River. Not only is it beautiful, if you're a fisherman you will enjoy the Rainbow, Brown and Brook trout in this part of the river. Hike along the rail road tracks no longer in use for miles along the river.
