Nu med ett expressbuss till San Juan, Isla Verde Beach i Carolina, kommer första stoppet att vara i Centro Médico.(medicinsk centrum) 25 minuter från vårt centrum, varje timme avgångar. Gamla San Juan är det sista stoppet.
Gångavstånd till köpcentra samt stadens centrum, museer, centrum och nattliv.
Alla slags restauranger och snabbmat runt.
Kollektivtrafik, två kvarter bort som tar dig till huvudbussterminalen till andra städer också.
Inklusive storstadsområde och hotell i San Juan, vår huvudstad.
Vi är en 25 minuters resa till stränderna i öst och 30 minuters åktur till de i norr.
Vi har i Caguas, The Sheraton Four Points Hotel och Casino med musik för dans på helger. Säker, bra atmosfär.

Agnes Rental

What can I say beyond my gratitude and appreciation for Agnes and her cozy, homey rental. Though this stay wasn’t for a vacation it for my dad’s funeral, Agnes kept me up to date with property and her concern when I didn’t arrive at the specific time. She insured me that it was late and she making sure I was ok. Her place made me feel right at home. Everything I could have possibly needed she supplied and more. She and her husband were very welcoming and any questions or concerns we had she answered immediately. She made us feel like family. I would absolutely rent from her again and would receive her place to my family and friends. Thank you Agnes for your warm and caring hospitality.

We had a great stay overall … Agnes was a wonderful host and very responsive… It was a good location, close to all, restaurants, shopping, mall etc. The street parking was safe and convenient… There were no issues during our stay! The house is comfortable for two people… We enjoyed it and wouldn’t mind staying there again..

Excellent Service

Everything was beyond awesome, super clean and organized. I went to celebrate my Honeymoon and it was the first time my wife visit the island and she love it so much that she want to go back and if its possible we definitely staying here. Everything is centric and close to the house.

My husband and I took a 5 day trip to Puerto rico to visit family and booked this cute house for 4 nights. It was very comfortable and clean. Great location with many places to grab a bite to eat. The host Agnes and her husband were great at comunicating on any questions, concerns or help we needed. We highly recommend this this house to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay while visiting the area or neaby towns such as San Juan etc.

Perfect location for exploring Puerto Rico!

Follow the hosts directions to the house! They are very clear, and Google/Waze/Apple don't have the correct coordinates for the address!We were very happy with our stay in Caguas! The location was exactly what we were hoping for. The house has free parking right in front, which was super nice! Caguas is a short drive to a large percentage of the island and the house is just 4 minutes from the main highways on the island. There were lots of good restaurants nearby, as well as shopping and other entertainment.The house was a great size, and the air conditioning in the bedroom was welcome after long days in the sun. Being able to make our own food in the kitchen saved us money on eating out as well.Our hosts were prompt to answer all of our questions, and they provided a lot of useful extras like beach chairs that made the stay even easier.We plan to come back soon, and now we know where to stay!

Agnes is top tier. Communicates effectively. The house was nice and neat! The house was decorated as requested. The house is in a nice neighborhood. We had no problems at all. I would definitely rent this property again.

Simply beautiful place to stay.

This clean and cozy place was nestled in a nice neighborhood in Caguas, Puerto Rico. So close to everything in the city. And far enough to get a good nights sleep. The owners are really communicative and very helpful. The place was nice and clean when I arrived. And I instantly felt like I was in a home away from home. Thank you for making me experience as comfortable as possible! Much appreciated.

Republic, Barbados, Martinique, St. Thomas, all Virgin Islands, Barcelona, Madrid, Toledo, Paris, Florence, Tuscany, Rome and of course Orlando and the Happiest place on Earth, our favorite, Magic Kingdom and Epcot Center.(6 times).

Varför värden valde detta boende

My home is in the part of the city of Caguas. This means that we are near the biggest commercial area. Malls, multinational stores, wholesalers, fast foods and restaurants of all kinds and prices. Ten minutes walk to Downtown Caguas.
Our development is 5 minutes from a speedway to the East and toll highway to the North and South.
We decided to buy because of it’s location!!!!
And we are not going anywhere else.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

A short ride to take the speedways and tolls highways to North, South, East and West of the island.
Beaches and points of interest 25 minutes ride from us.
My development has six exits for a real fast displacing to the North, East, West and South, each one with its own enchantment.. There are hospital and doctors minutes from the house, as well as the city’s center and downtown life, all of which made it very atractive for our familiy life.
All my guest love the location for it’s facility for anything they want to do, meaning, commercial, professional, familiar, governmental or tourist activities.
