Nu med ett expressbuss till San Juan, Isla Verde Beach i Carolina, kommer första stoppet att vara i Centro Médico.(medicinsk centrum) 25 minuter från vårt centrum, varje timme avgångar. Gamla San Juan är det sista stoppet.
Gångavstånd till köpcentra samt stadens centrum, museer, centrum och nattliv.
Alla slags restauranger och snabbmat runt.
Kollektivtrafik, två kvarter bort som tar dig till huvudbussterminalen till andra städer också.
Inklusive storstadsområde och hotell i San Juan, vår huvudstad.
Vi är en 25 minuters resa till stränderna i öst och 30 minuters åktur till de i norr.
Vi har i Caguas, The Sheraton Four Points Hotel och Casino med musik för dans på helger. Säker, bra atmosfär.

The host is very and I mean very responsive. Rented this for my parents 70th birthday week. And they loved the place close to everything. Coffee, food, etc. my dad said “what more can you want to stay in your home town in a great place”. Thank you for everything. We will be back

Clean, roomy and offered so many things (beach chairs, tote bags, beach towels, our own entrance)n full kitchen in this lil home away from home. Area was safe and quiet. Our host Ms. Agnes was amazing. Tho not in sight she was quick to respond and even checked on us to make sure our stay was going great. Enjoyed this vacation and this stay made it even better

I am sure you noticed that we are almost in the middle of the city, in a great location and with every possible necessity near by for you. Highways at 3 minutes driving time, no back patio entrance or shared spaces. Peaceful, safe, well stablished neighborhood, sparkling clean house, identical to photos shown and parking in front, always available. Caguas is 25/30 minutes from San Juan. Please…follow instructions. Not hard to find at all. Look at maps on our ad and GPS is also available. Our place has an urban wonderful location, 3 minutes from main freeways. 6 exits in urbanization. Our neighborhood is a safe, clean, agreeable, mature place next to malls. Old San Juan is about a 30....minutes drive from home. Beaches to the East, 25 minutes drive. To the North, 35 minutes. Look for my address at Google and you will see.

We had a great stay overall … Agnes was a wonderful host and very responsive… It was a good location, close to all, restaurants, shopping, mall etc. The street parking was safe and convenient… There were no issues during our stay! The house is comfortable for two people… We enjoyed it and wouldn’t mind staying there again..

Very nice stay. Cuagas is a little far away from San Juan and el yunque, so we had to drive a lot. Owner was accommodating and let us stay with a 8month old baby. She even gave us extra pots to boil water. The iron stained my shirt and she personally tried taking the stain out and ironed my shirt for me. She gave me some suggestions on fun things to do in the area. The home was neat and organized. She accounted for almost everything. She is very responsive to messages. The location is hard to find in Google Maps but if you put “Agnes’ rental” it goes directly to the house.

My location is a wonderful one for most places if you want to visit around the island, at a very metropolitan city, almost in the middle of the island, creeds but not at the mountains. If you want to be near the far Northeast you should rent around that location. And to the far West, (Mayagüez, Aguadilla) rent near the west and so on. Caguas is 30 minutes to históric Old San Juan, our Capital. 25 minutes drive to the East coast and beach. 35 minutes to the Northern coast, balneary and the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport. Always read the property’s description given by owner. That way your location will match your tourist expectations.

We truly enjoyed ourselves. Hostess was very hospitable. The place was nice and clean. And offered goodies to eat during your stay. The neighborhood was super quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay very much. Will do again

Varför värden valde detta boende

My home is in the part of the city of Caguas. This means that we are near the biggest commercial area. Malls, multinational stores, wholesalers, fast foods and restaurants of all kinds and prices. Ten minutes walk to Downtown Caguas.
Our development is 5 minutes from a speedway to the East and toll highway to the North and South.
We decided to buy because of it’s location!!!!
And we are not going anywhere else.

A short ride to take the speedways and tolls highways to North, South, East and West of the island.
Beaches and points of interest 25 minutes ride from us.
My development has six exits for a real fast displacing to the North, East, West and South, each one with its own enchantment.. There are hospital and doctors minutes from the house, as well as the city’s center and downtown life, all of which made it very atractive for our familiy life.
All my guest love the location for it’s facility for anything they want to do, meaning, commercial, professional, familiar, governmental or tourist activities.
