So nice!

Besides the beautiful view, this condo has everything. Host was super nice to work with. Within walking distance to a number of restaurants. You really can’t beat this location. No parking problems during spring break. Lots of towels. More kitchen essentials than I thought would be there. Can’t wait to get back.

Excellent place!!!

We celebrated our daughter graduating high school with a trip to the beach. Communication was top notch. We had everything we needed and more. Kitchen was set up for us to cook, view of the beach was amazing. 10/10!!

Perfect Beach Stay

This trip was with my grown daughters and my four grandchildren. It had plenty of room with the bunk beds and full size bed for the kids and then two other rooms. It was right on the beach, and very convenient with young children. I couldn’t have asked for a better spot to make memories with my family.

Couldn't have been more pleased!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The condo was beautifully decorated and clean! The Gulf views were stunning and the location of the condo was perfect...close to many attractions and restaurants! One suggestion would be to have more towels & washcloths per room to decrease time spent on doing laundry. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend this wonderful place to others coming to Gulf Shores!

Simply the best

Absolutely by far the best condo on the gulf. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. Everything from the quality of the furnishings to the awesome gulf views are nothing but 1st class. Really stands out as one of the best. I highly, highly recommend this condo. Can't wait to go back.

Another great time at Hangout Festival

This was our second stay at 1405 SC for Hangout Festival, and the team at Project 15 didn't disappoint. Communication and booking were seamless. Beautiful condo and view !

We just checked out and on road home. So sad to leave. The condo was perfect for us. Clean and spacious. Amazing view. So convenient to get down to beach and back up to room throughout the day. Walking distance to restaurants, entertainment and shopping. This was our 2nd year staying at one of your properties in San Carlos. Thank you for helping us make family memories !

This unit is tired

We selected this unit based on the high rating (above 9). The unit itself, while clean, was far from what we expected based on the pictures. The pictures must be years old. The furniture was very uncomfortable. To top it off, while the description says there's a parking pass "by default" we were told it was not included in the price and that we would have to spend another $50 to have one.
