Very nice house in a very nice place

We had a perfect stay in Porec, the house was perfect for us (3 adults) and our 2 dogs. Near the parc, the beach and the city, but in a quiet corner. Thanks very much!

Zauberhafte Unterkunft

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Im Haus und Garten ist alles vorhanden was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen. Auch die Lage ist super. Wir würden es wieder buchen. Einziges Manko: zur Promenade hin ist ein Schild mit der Telefonnummer und den Hinweis zur Vermietung angebracht, dadurch haben permanent, also mindestens alle 2 Tage Leute geklingelt und gefragt ob noch was frei ist. Leider zu sehr unpassenden Tageszeiten. Ganz früh oder spät am Abend.

Lovely "half-house" for families, next to the sea

Super nice furniture, 5 places to sleep (each for 2 persons), 2 bathrooms (each with a toilet), full equiped kitchen with a big enough dining space, free w-lan, tv programms for kids, a own garden with a hazelnut bush (squirrels !), 200 meter to the sea !!!, very quiet because of the one-way-street in front and the small street in the back of the house, super friendly housekeeper (Christine) and very kind owner, Mr. Paolo !

Fantastic Property and Hosts

Just back from a great 2 week stay at Villa Sofia. This is a fantastic house in a perfect location. Excellent response from the owner Paolo and we were very well looked after by our hostess Christine. We arrived 4 hours earlier than the entry time and Christine arranged for her mother to let us into the house. I can't rate Christine highly enough as she is very friendly and helpful and Paolo also happened to be in the area and called in to ask if everything was ok. The house has everything needed for a comfortable holiday, excellent beds and showers and is only a few minutes walk from the sea. Lovely area with 4 excellent restaurants within a couple of mins walk. A 5 min walk through the pine trees takes you to the marina and a further 5 mins to the center of the town. A fantastic holiday and I would highly recommend this villa and if I am ever in Porec again I would definitely book this house again.

Wunderschönes Haus

Sehr gut ausgestattetes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Alles ist vorhanden. Ruhige Wohngegend und trotzdem ist der Strand und die Altstadt von Porec in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Perfect Vacation

We had an amazing time at the Villa Sofia. The location ist absolutely perfect. Lovely house. Would love to come back next year. The only thing we were missing was a coffee maker but besides that, the house was equipped with everything we could ask for. Thanks for the great stay!!!

Tolles Haus

Die Villa Sofia ist perfekt gelegen. Nahe am Zentrum von Porec und vom Meer. Im Haus fühlt man sich wie zu Hause. Die grosse Küche ist sehr schön, und ist top ausgestattet. Das ganze Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Der Garten ist sehr gross, Aussendusche, Feuerstelle und Liegestühle. Unsere Kinder hatten grosse Freude am Besuch der vielen Eichörnchen. Der Kontakt mit Christiane hat auch bestens geklappt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Urlaub am Meer und neben Tollen Park

Die Villa Sofia hat uns sehr gut gefallen tolle Lage nicht weit ans Meer sowie ins Zentrum. der Empfang sowie die Betreuung durch Christina war bestens. Das Haus sehr gut eingerichtet und sauber. Leider waren wir mit den Angeboten an Lokalen in der nahen Umgebung nicht zufrieden.

Perfekter Urlaub

Sehr sauberes Haus, direkt gegenüber vom Pinienwald. Große Küche, wo man alles findet, was man braucht. Schöne Terrasse für Frühstück und Abendessen. Bäder schön und neu renoviert, super Duschen. Der Aufenthalt hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir gleich wieder gebucht haben :-)

Excellent

We were with 8 guys and had a really nice stay. Everything in the villa was clean and well organised. Christine, who welcomes you at the villa, was very kind and speaks English very well. The villa has a nice garden with beach chairs. It is also close to the beautiful beach, about 50 metres away, and the citycentre is a 5 minute walk. If you are in Porec with a large group I would recommend you to stay at this villa.

Perfekt für Familien

A Perfect Stay

Very pleasant stay.

We just came back from a week - long holiday here and we really enjoyed our stay. It is very close to the sea and the next supermarket is just about 7 minutes of walking distance away. The house is very clean and comfortable. We were a group of eight people and the house with its living area was big enough for us all. The only thing that bugged us a little was the fact that one sofa bed was located in the living area, meaning that the two of us sleeping there were always woken up in the morning. Besides that we were satisfied in every respect and we defenitely recommend spending a holiday here. We even think about returning here sometimes in the next few years.

Great house in a perfect spot!

We had a great time! Accommodation looks great and is ideally located, 50meters from the sea and a 10 min walk to the center of Porec. Both bedrooms have airconditioning which was really nice. Had some great barbeques in the garden.

Casa accogliente e di ottimo gusto, posizionata in una zona residenziale tranquilla. Ottima per la sua vicinanza al mare, che si raggiunge comodamente a piedi attraverso una pineta. Per gli amanti delle camminate si trova un lungomare di diversi chilometri ben attrezzato con panchine, ristori, bar, gradevolissimo da percorrere anche in bicicletta. Il proprietario Paolo, disponibile e attento a fornire tutte le indicazioni necessarie per consentire una piacevole vacanza.

Una settimana a settembre

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana a metà settembre, la casa è molto accogliente arredata con gusto e curata nei dettagli, la pulizia super, la collocazione splendida a un passo dal mare davanti alla pineta. Il proprietario paolo gentile e disponibile. Una settimana di relax e benessere.

Ideale!

Siamo stati benissimo, la casa è elegante, pulita, ariosa, confortevole, veramente molto ben attrezzata. Splendido il portico dove cenare ed il giardino. La posizione è molto intelligente: immersa nella tranquilla e curata pineta di Parenzo, a piedi si raggiungono sia il centro storico, sia i servizi che le spiagge. Il proprietario è una persona estremamente gradevole e collaborativa, ci ha dato anche dei validi consigli sui ristoranti della zona. A coronare Il quadro un simpaticissimo scoiattolo rosso arriva ogni mattina ed ogni sera a mangiare le nocciole in giardino! Cosa si può desiderare di più?!?
