Helt nytt ombyggt 110 år gammalt hus. 1100 kvm / ft hus som ursprungligen byggdes i början av 1900-talet. En komplett ombyggnad från ramen upp. Mycket privat plats utan gator.

Köket har allt du behöver för att laga mat hemma eller ta in ta ut. Dedikerad fiber Hög hastighet trådlös. Fastigheten är super bekväm direkt från SR 9. Protokoll till WA-522 och I-405. 2 mil N i centrum av Woodinville och 8 mil söder om Snohomish. En timme bort från Stevens pass (direkt hwy-åtkomst). Djurvänligt (vi älskar våra hundar!) och vi har 6 tunnland inklusive Little Bear Creek du är välkommen att vandra runt. Vi välkomnar människor med alla bakgrunder.

Gratis kaffe! I din vistelse ingår en mängd olika Keurig-kaffebönor. Dessutom ingår schampo, hårbalsam och kroppstvål, tvätt tvål och tvål tvål.

COMFIEST!BEDS!EVER!

After a long day out and about it was nice to be able to come back to a quiet area where we could just let loose and be ourselves! We took full advantage of the amenities the hot tub was a fave for us all! The stocked kitchen was also a great bonus! And last but not least the beds were amazing!

Great location for Woodinville wine weekend

We stayed here with 6 adults total. The house was perfect for a weekend getaway to Woodinville to wine taste. We were close to everything and it was great to come home and cook and enjoy wine while we relaxed at the house. The kitchen was a great place to hang out and we had everything we needed for cooking and serving meals.We will definitely stay here again!

Long weekend getaway

Perfect spot for time in Woodinville

We enjoyed wine tasting and a concert while in Woodinville - all easily accessible by car or lyft from the house. The hot tub was the perfect temperature, the beds were comfy, and the house had everything we needed.

Beautiful stay

The house has reasonable check in and check out procedures, and is immaculate. We loved the hot tub. They seem to use really scented products, and I had a reaction to them. They were nice enough to speedily deliver new sheets washed in water.

Peaceful perfection!

We had a group of 5 women for a mom-getaway and this house was exactly right for us. Beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The hot tub was a lovely space to relax and talk, the kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook easily. Perfection!

Wonderful girls getaway

This was perfect for us girls to get away for the weekend. Leisurely mornings, wine tasting and dinner in town and then some time in the hot tub at night. Very enjoyable and four ladies managed with the one bathroom!

Great Little House

Our stay was great. House is very comfortable for a small group. Best equipped kitchen I have ever seen at a VRBO. Didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub or cute fire pit area. (Too chilly) Very nice stay.

Darrick & Annie Felise är värd

We have always dreamed of owning a vacation rental or two so this is our first property that allowed us to do so! Renovating a 100+ year old house was a serious challenge but worth it as everything we did was in the mindset of offering the space to guests. Darrick has been traveling frequently for over 10 years for work and is very familiar with all the little things that make a difference when you travel. Annie grew up in HI on a property that ran private vacation rentals (her mom still does!) so has years of experience setting up spaces for families.

And speaking of Families, we have 2 adorable Golden Retrievers that we love to death. Allowing pets in our AirBnb was a major decision but we just can't leave our's behind so- we are excited to let you spend time with your entire family, pets included. Our property is 6 acres and has plenty of space to walk your furry family members around!

Varför värden valde detta boende

We purchased this property as our dream home fixer upper in Early 2018. We have now completed remodeling both houses (the one we live in and the Rental). With 6 acres of land and a salmon bearing stream, there is just a ton of really cool things here. We have a resident owl, a huge crane and deer that are frequently on our property. The land has been ignored for 20+ years so ongoing we will be all about getting rid of Blackberry bushes and clearing things out so we can see the native trees and and all the wonderful plants that have been over grown.

Instant Freeway access. Minutes from SR 522 and I-405. 2 miles north of Downtown Woodinville. All wineries and tasting rooms are between 2 and 5 miles away. Snohomish is 8 miles North. Stevens Pass Ski resort in 1 hour away!

We also have Little Bear Creek on the other side of the house, about 50 feet away as well.

Please note- We are directly off SR 9. Traffic and Highway noise can be heard.
