Cozy Cape on the Cape

September stay

We have stayed in quite a few rentals on Cape Cod now, and this one was renovated in a lovely way - updated but with a few vintage touches. We appreciated the pet policy and the easy walk to the beach, as well as the ability to work in the home.

Ideal mid-Cape location

Cape Vacation

Location and property were perfect for our needs. Property owner was very responsive for few questions I had. We would definitely stay here again. My only recommendation would be upgrade A/C but we rarely needed on this trip.

Summerfell

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The house was adorable & had everything we needed: towels, linen, firestick tv, internet, washer, dryer and so much more. Plenty of sleeping space between the 3 bedrooms and the living room pull out couch. Nice yard with a deck and grill in the back. Very quiet street a mile from local beaches although we preferred the 15 minute drive to the bayside beaches. Kara and Jim were amazing, super responsive. It was a huge bonus that our dog could join us. We would stay again. ♥️

A Great and Relaxing Stay

My family and I had a great stay at Summerfell. The pet-friendly house was clean, updated and in a quiet cul-de-sac. The mid-Cape location provides for easy access to all adventures the Cape has to offer. The communication with the owner was professional and seamless. We highly recommend this property - you won’t be disappointed.

7th Anniversary Getaway

Weekend away

We had a wonderful weekend. It was very quiet all the neighbors were not home. The only downfall was eating out. There were very few restaurants open and if they were the food wasn’t hot for take out by the time we got home. This was all because of Covid not owners at all. Overall wonderful time!

Great weekend getaway!

We had such a great time at Kara and Jim’s house! The property was clean and Kara was very accommodating with check-in and check-out. The house itself was the perfect size and had everything we needed. It was also right in between stop and shop and the beach which made it ideal for early sunrises over the ocean followed by a quick trip to the grocery store for the day. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful time

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Things were as described. The location was nice and easily accessible to the rest of the Cape. The house was well kept and clean. We enjoyed the beach toys, deck and outdoor shower. Thanks for being a good home base for our weekend on the Cape!
