Orchard House B & B

Detta hem, beläget i vackra Peachland, BC var ursprungligen en "Pickers Cottage" i mitten av 1960-talet. Det är en 3 sovrum 2 badrum möblerad hem med fantastisk sjö och bergsutsikt. Detta hem har allt du behöver och inredningen var precis renoverad!

Barn är välkomna.

• Hemmet har massor av träbeklädnad och en granstråle mellan kök och vardagsrum.
• En sten spis med en levande kant mantel och gasinsats perfekt för de kalla kvällarna på våren eller hösten eller efter en dag snöskor under din vintervistelse.
• En uteplats ligger precis utanför köket, perfekt för en grill och utrustad med utemöbler för att njuta av utomhus och utsikten.

Bottenvåningen är ett öppet koncept kök, matsal och vardagsrum med massor av fönster för att göra det ljusa samt ge utsikt över sjön från Kelowna till Summerland.
På bottenvåningen hittar du ett nyrenoverat kök med alla helt nya rostfria vitvaror,
• gasspis / ugn, kylskåp, diskmaskin och mikrovågsugn. Massor av skåp och skåp utrymme för förvaring och gott om bänkskivor! Utrustad med allt du behöver för att laga en fest.

Hemmet erbjuder Wi-Fi, internet och en TV med Netflix och Youtube. Den har AC för heta sommardagar och en tvångsugn för vinterns äventyrsmånader.

The Orchard House har tre sovrum. Bottenvåningen har befälhavaren med en king size-säng, det andra sovrummet hade ett våningssäng system med en dubbelsäng och en loft enkelsäng. Det finns också en soffa / säng med en enda madrass i vardagsrummet på huvudvåningen. Det tredje sovrummet ligger på nedre våningen och har en queen size-säng med en TV och en soffa. Det finns också ett komplett badrum på nedre våningen.

Bottenvåningen badrummet har badkar / dusch, stor fåfänga och vackert kakelarbete. På den lägre nivån hittar du ett annat rymligt badrum med dusch.

Det finns en full tvätt på lägre nivå om du behöver det. Fråga bara värdarna.

Orchard House ligger 3 minuters bilresa till Peachland och stränderna. Det är 15 minuters bilresa till antingen West Kelowna eller Summerland. Nära till affärer, mat, stränder, parker, vingårdar och alla andra stora bekvämligheter du behöver.

The Orchard House rymmer upp till 7 personer. Om en eller två personer bok, då skulle de bara behöva huvudvåningen i huset. Men om tre eller fler personer bokar då skulle de ha tillgång till hela huset.

Excellent Stay

The Orchard House was our home away from home. We loved everything about the house and the views from the deck were amazing! The location was excellent and our hosts were very accommodating and friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We will definitely be back.

A no stress getaway

This was a girls’ trip, time to talk and eat and sip wine. The accommodations were precisely as pictured, and Murray was generous in starting us off with all we needed the first day. W enjoyed the walks through the neighborhood and the beautiful view of the lake right out our windows. We very much enjoyed our time in Peachland.

This is a wonderful place to rent. We loved the location. The views from the deck were phenomenal. We wouldn’t change a thing and hope to return next year. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful wonderfully maintained vacation spot look no further.

Visiting the Orchard House at The Eagle's Nest

We found the Orchard House to be a most comfortable "home away from home". The hosts stocked our fridge with all kinds of breakfast essentials and provided coffee for the entire stay. The kitchen was well-equipped. The views from the deck were a constant delight. We would not hesitate to stay there again and highly recommend it.

Wonderful getaway

Our stay at The Orchard House was absolutely delightful. The location was great, a few minutes drive from the beach and restaurants. The house itself was very spacious and clean and stocked with great foods for breakfast! And Murray was a great host who was available whenever we had questions.

Wonderful COVID get away

My husband and my sister stayed for 2 weeks at this scenic property. The home was quaint and tastefully decorated. The open concept with a gas fire insert in the living room made this a place we enjoyed a lot of time in. The kitchen was roomy and easy to work in. Murray and Valerie were wonderful hosts, very accommodating and pleasant to interact with. The scenery was a feast for the eyes after coming from Ontario. Every morning we woke up to beautiful scenery which often included wildlife wandering around the property ( mostly mule deer) but apparently there are bear there as well. We only saw the paw marks in one of our hiking trips around the property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Cozy and relaxing homestay

Myself and a group of 3 friends spent a long weekend at Peachland B&A and had wonderful time. Spectacular views, warm and welcoming stay, where we had everything we need. Murray and his wife made the experience special leaving us some fresh food in the fridge and we appreciated the charm of the creative and experienced carpentry built into the natural landscape.

Perfect place

We really enyoyed our stay at the Orchard House. Everything was perfect. The house is very comfortable and the view is spectacular. When we started looking at the house for a reservation, Murray was very efficient and always answered quickly. Perfect place if you plan a visit in the Kelowna area. Perfect for recharging your batteries

This place has a spectacular view in a beautiful location. Easy access to Highway 97 that will take you the length of Lake Okanogan. The house is divine. Comfortable and fully equipped to meet your needs. I loved reading by the fireplace in the big comfy chairs. The hosts are friendly and caring....there is no doubt in my mind that I will return. Five star ratings across all categories Highly Recommend

Great place to stay.

The owners were helpful. The view was amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed. The final bill was almost twice what the advertised rate was. The fees did not show up until after the first payment was made, which was frustrating.

Old friends gathering

This was the perfect place for us to get together. Midway between Washington state and the West Kootenys. We had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The house was spotless and very well outfitted and stocked with essentials for eating and cooking. The view from the deck is spectacular and Peachland is centrally located for shopping, hiking and eating at the many restaurants in town. We all had a marvellous time and heartily recommend this place. Thanks again Murray, you folks have a wonderful place.

Gorgeous view and peaceful place

Wonderfully relaxing place in the Okanagan. Up on a hill, in a natural, forested area. Comfortable house with a good kitchen and excellent deck and view. Very relaxing and quick drive to the lake, shops and other wine farms and fruit areas.

The view was breath taking. Thoroughly enjoyed the sunrise with morning coffee. Very well stocked from kitchen to bathroom to all the different recreational items. Hosts were very welcoming and even invited us to join them on their deck to enjoy Canada Day fireworks. Would highly recommend this B and B to family and friends

Great property! Amazing views and so clean!

This is a fantastic property. The house is well outfitted and comfortable. We have stayed in various Airbnb’s so have a bit of experience with this type of property, the most important thing about this house is it was so CLEAN! It felt like being at home. The next best thing about this property was how easy Murray is to deal with. Although we didn’t get a chance to meet (in late, out early, there is so much to do in Peachland! Check out Parrot Island Sanctuary, I digress) , Murray is an excellent communicator and very professional. He returned my emails and changed my reservation details quickly. We will definitely return when we go back to Peachland. It’s a lovely vacation destination. Did I remember to mention the view? Unbelievable. Gorgeous. Piece of heaven.

A cozy mountain-side sanctuary

The Eaglesnest BnB delivers on what it promises and more. A very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped home, with an amazing view of the water from the spacious balcony. We enjoyed making breakfast with the provided items. Valerie and Murray were very welcoming, and overflowing with suggestions for our short stay with them! Would definitely stay again.
